I work in the service industry, so I know how hard it is to work in customer service and to get reviews like this, but all I can offer is honesty so this could be approved in the future so that you guys can keep getting business. The quality of what I received was pretty rough. She did a decent job with the design, I would rate that 8/10. BUT 24 hours after I got my nails done (got a dip manicure), one of them cracked off, as she was trying to add length instead of filing them all to a shorter length so they could all match like I had asked her to do. She said that was "too much work" and that she could add length instead, I wasn't sure and I even said I didn't want that, but it didn't seem to matter what I wanted as far as length and she did it anyways and this is what I got. Also, just realizing they never trimmed my cuticles, who does that when they're getting a manicure, not trim the cuticles, that's kind of important. Cracked manicure. Back to the search I guess.

The salon is under new ownership (Tommy) so all your negative past comments and complaints can be checked at the door. Tommy has remolded the shop with brand new chairs, decor, fixtures, and equipment. "Whatever is old looking must be new," was his renovation motive. It truly looks wonderful and is hands down the cleanest nail salon I've ever stepped foot in. I was in desperate need of a gel manicure and pedicure. Starting with the pedicure, I got the basic pedicure with callous removal for an extra $5. The pedicure was good with lots of soaking and massaging, not so much nail filing and trimming BUT my toenails and much too short for that anyways. When I get a pedicure I go in to relax and this was definitely a well relaxed experience. My nail technician was Tina, I highly recommend her for a pedicure. The gel manicure by Nikki was also fabulous. She trimmed, shaped, buffed, and exfoliated my nails and hands. The color I choose was vibrant and fun (peach paradise I think it was called). Nikki did one coat of base, three coats of gel polish, and two coats of top coat for strengthening the nail. She knew her stuff! We chatted the entire time and she was the friendliest technician I've ever had! Nikki constantly reminded me that the customer comes first so whatever I wanted she would do for me, and take her time doing it. No rushing! They also do a paraffin wax treatment at the end with a 5 minute hand massage for no extra cost. For those still reading, they offer a punch card system to reward you $10 off your next visit for every 10 manicures you get. Plus for their new soft opening, every service until mid July 2018 is 20% off. The prices are fair for the service you receive- $28 basic pedicure, $27 for gel manicure, $5 for callus on pedicure, etc. Overall my experience at Elite Nails was AWESOME. Although I now live in California and am just visiting home for a few weeks, I will most definitely come back whenever I am back in the 952. This was my 10+ massage and 2nd HydroFacial from the Spalon Montage in Chanhassen. I found JJ when I was pregnant and saw her for Prenatal massages every other week in my 3rd trimester up until I gave birth. I continued to see her postpartum and will only book with her from here on out! She's the highest priced masseuse and for a good reason. My 2nd HydroFacial with Ja'Nice was much more thorough than my first. I felt Ja'Nice really took the time to unclog the most congested areas of my face and I left feeling clean and hydrated! I look forward to booking with both of them again. The Spa has a nice quiet waiting area with a roaring fireplace to keep you calm and cozy. The women's locker room is always clean and I appreciate the complimentary water, tea, and coffee. I enjoy arriving early for my appointments so I can curl up on the couch and read my current book to get Zen. Parking is limited as it is shared with the other tenants in the building, but I haven't had an issue finding a spot. Can't wait to schedule my next treatment!

When I went to the front desk the woman was completely unapologetic and offered no reason for the delay. If I had been 20 minutes late to the appointment as the customer, I would have been charged for the service regardless but they didn't even offer me an explanation, just agreed to let me cancel the appointment. Their attitudes were so careless, I'll never go back.
