I came for a full set and the service was very rushed. The lady was very rough with my nails and they still hurt. I also prefer my cuticle work to be done slower with intent and not rushed leaving them bleeding and looking worse than before I came in. I also tried a design and gems for the first time ever but they turned out a little sloppy, uneven, and uncentered on most of the nails. unfortunately i will not be coming back. put two stars because the lady that did my nails was nice read more

1st appointment was great. Todays appointment was absolutely terrible!! Horrible service and a very rushed though pedicure. I'd say around 15 min from beginning to end. She burned my skin with scalding hot water--this is after her 10tj attempt to "upsell" me a more lavish (expensive) pedi. To which I just wanted a basic. She then poked and prodded at the fact that I NEEDED to do gel because of all the reasons she could name off. Got the lady involved that was doing my moms nails and she then began saying everything negative about regular polish. I declined probably as many times as we were asked or forced. After their many failed attempts to get us to buy a $70 pedi adding gel for another $80. They began talking and sounding upset. I'm not sure I need to speak Vietnamese to know they were talking badly about us. After this the pedicure as mentioned was extremely fast. 12 minutes might have been really what it was. And if I'm being honest 10 min. We wanted manicures and they accommodated my mom and denied me because I told them no to everything we didn't want. They didn't even talk to us and that's fine. However they held conversations with their customers and took their time on another ladies pedicure and flashed right through ours. My moms dip powder manicure is so ugly and chunky and way to thick. My mom also told her to sand it down and she refused, she also didn't clean up her cuticles at all and left gel dip stuck on her skin by the cuticle. We will gladly pay $2-300 dollars on services when they are courteous, kind and don't use aggressive force when trying to upsell you!! If I was going to pay I wouldn't have left a tip. The vibe to me in there was off from the moment we walked in and didn't feel welcomed at all so -- I would absolutely ever do business with them again. On a scale from 1-10 and 10 being the best nail salon. Is give it a 1. The ladies that were doing our nails should probably not use curse words in Vietnamese as I actually know some... this is why a lot of people feel uncomfortable because if you feel like they are talking about you? If I could give zero stars I would. I spent $110 on a dip manicure & pedicure on Thursday. That same day, my nail chipped. I couldn't get back in over the weekend but called on Monday & was told to come in at 6 pm to get it fixed. When I got there, I was told they didn't have time to fix it & I'd have to come back tomorrow. Ummm..no. I got there at 5:50 PM & once they FINALLY AGREED to the appointment they had already confirmed, I was told to "sit in a corner" until they could help me. (I was totally fine waiting but the tone & manner I was treated with was awful. The mistake was NOT mine, I merely wanted my nail fixed.) The quality is sub-par (sloppy edges & easily chipped) & I was treated horribly. Needless to say, I won't be back. Save your money - find another nail salon. Mistakes & chips happen, but the way I was treated was embarrassing & unprofessional. So disappointing! read more

Went in and asked for a manicure and didn't get anything a manicure entails from cuticle trim, to lotioning, to anything. Then she burned 4-5 times when the electric nail filer thing during the shaping of my acrylics. Then I got nails that looks NOTHING like what I asked for, different shape, color, chrome when I wanted glitter, etc. As well as through this whole experience they are not following proper sanitization and are pulling tools out of an old altoids box that's covered in other people nail dust. uncleared and gross overall. Not a single thing was sanitized properly or prior to use on me which scared me as she was burning my cuticles off without asking me. at the end she took a clipper and pulled 2 of my nails off from under the acrylic to the point they were gushing blood and would not stop bleeding. When trying to stop the bleeding she was shoving her own nail with a thin cotton into the cut making it hurt more while repeating "sorry. sorry. sorry" which I took but could not believe after doing that once she did it again and then continued until I had to basically pull my hand away and give her a hard look. then when asking price she still charged me $70 for giving me nails I hated, and a traumatizing terrible experience with this salon. I would not recommend anyone going here as i called to try and get a refund or at least a partial refund as I will never be returning and they were nice but ended up texting me at midnight later that day I could only receive a 50% off my next time. I told them I go to college in a different state so I would not be back as well as how poorly I was treated while in the salon and after trying to get a refund. If you don't want an infection in your nails from poor sanitization, not get nails anything close to what you wanted, while basically be tortured the whole time and producing bleeding aftwr leaving the salon. I would avoid this place at all costs read more

Some of the best nails I've ever gotten! She took time to make them so precise and they turned out exactly like my reference photo. Only $55 for a full set which is cheaper than other places that do a worse job. She did my cuticles as well. They were super nice and welcoming :) clean place too. highly recommend read more

First time at this nail salon. My Mom and I wanted to try the powder dip treatment. Super disappointed and we each spent $40 on this. My moms fingers were stained from the powder and a couple nails look wrinkly not smooth. Mine are crusty around the cuticle almost like glued. Colors did not match the sample at all. And worst of all technicians dipped out nails right into the powder and taped excess powder back into the jar. We were told this was not sanitary. We are so unhappy about this experience and the color. We will most likely go into another nail salon and have it removed. read more

This is my 4th time here. Love this place. Everyone is nice and service is superb. Made an appointment and was greeted at the door. You pick out polish from a book which is neat. They are organized and clean. Been coming once a month for a pedicure. They do walk ins. You may have to wait but it is comfortable and relaxing. You don't feel rushed even though they may be a little behind. They take their time and make sure you are treated right. read more
