To end at the same time as the other person getting their nails done, for skipped the foot massage that I had paid for. Also there is no air conditioning and we were sweating the whole time. Would not recommend.

The pedicure lasted a week before it chipped and my gel manicure was chipping after 2 days! I paid $10 extra for chrome and that was rubbing off and peeling within 5 days. The bottom of my nails was coming up on almost all of my nails in a week. I had to remove them. So bummed. And this was a bridal trial, I was assured extra steps were taken. Will not be coming back.

i was absolutely stunned at this place (in only the best ways possible)…read more i came w some pretty f*cked up nails and my nail technician was SO amazing. she was gentle, taking the old acrylic off, cleaning up my cuticles that were also all messed up (as in i picked them bloody). she took her time getting the shape and finding the colors i wanted, and knew exactly what i wanted. this was acrylic full set (with removal of old acrylic on some nails) and gel french tip w diff colors and it was only $55 !!!! (i did have to take a star off bc one my nails popped fully off within a week but i bought store glue and put it back on. no big deal to me. also photos are after a little over a week)

My appointment was for 5pm but I was not taken until 5:20. I hate soaking my feet for too long and getting cold without being worked on so I declined and sat in my chair until someone freed up. When I make an appointment I expect to be seen on time. The pedicure and the massage were great and I felt very relaxed. Upon returning home I could still see calluses/dry skin and the whole reason I pay $70 for a pedicure is so someone to buff/scrape my skin until it's baby soft. She used an electronic buffer instead of a pumice stone/sponge like I've had before. Technology is not always better. There was also nail polish on my skin near my big toe that she did not wipe away/clean up. The new remodel looks beautiful and the customer service was much improved. The male working the front desk was so nice and kind, apologized for my long wait and kept me updated on the status of someone getting to me.
