Service 3/5 The first time I had a walk in with Heidi. She was personable, provided good recommendations. One downside: I later discovered some nails were uneven to the touch; not so much the appearance. For my fill, it was 10 mins. over my appointment time. No biggie however unacknowledged as well. Tou completed my fill. I preferred her gel building technique, the nails were equally layered and smooth. There was a language barrier which made it awkward at times. She was a bit rough w/the filer which she apologized yet continued to file just as rough. I had to redirect her again and my skin was red and bruised afterwards. Price 3/5 To my surprise, the fill cost was the cost of my first set $70. Fills are typically cheaper. I went to double check on their services form, the cost of a fill wasn't advertised. Leaving me to question whether they were charging as they saw fit. I base this off overhearing another interaction as well. Overall 3/5 I value personable, professionalism with transparent prices. My second nail set is beautiful and even however I don't see myself returning.

I was very specific for tip style, length, and color. Kim was very accommodating and detail-oriented, which I super appreciated! The salon felt clean, neat, and organized. I also think it is nicely decorated which contributes positively to the experience. The small lobby area had bottled water, coffee, and tea, along with some mints/candy which is a nice touch. Expect street parking, but there is usually plenty nearby. There is also a Dunn Bros coffee right around the corner so the location is great for grabbing a to-go drink and then heading for some enjoyable salon time. I love the way my nails turned out and the staff members were very nice. This is not a cheap salon but I feel the quality, attention to detail, and the environment is worth the price and seems fair. I paid $55 for my nails to be done and added a tip. I certainly recommend this salon, and plan on going back for the next time my nails need attention.
