People in there are nice, which I appreciate. Unfortunately, I felt like I was overcharged for an acrylic fill ($55) and they weren't done very well. I had polish all over my fingers and on my acrylic the polish was lumpy and not dried all the way. After having them on for 3 days, the polish on one nail chipped off. My daughter and I went to get pedis for the both of us. She paid an extra $25 for a deluxe pedi and I got a regular pedi. She was supposed to get a bunch of extras with hers but she basically got the same as me and we finished the same time when she was supposed to get an additional 20 minutes of hot towels, calf massage, etc. We were both very disappointed and probably will not go back there again as they don't seem to care... read more

The tech who did my mani and pedi did a terrible job. First of all, I went there for the top mani and pedi which is the hot stone one with the works. She didn't cut cuticles on my feet, scrub any callused areas or even massage and lotion so kind of a waste. The gel polish is at least hard to mess up. Then for the mani same thing, didn't cut cuticles, didn't lotion, do the massage or use cuticle oil at the end. Also, I'm very dissatisfied because I wanted acrylics and she talked me into dip nails so I gave it a shot but she did such a terrible job I wish I wouldn't have even gone. Two nails are crooked. The lengths are off, the shaping sucks and they are not smooth. The sides are misshaped on two nails. I also watched her put her DIRTY tools back in the box that says clean. And watched her drop one on the floor and put it back like nothing happened. So with this experience and a grand total of 114$ she takes my card and tells me it's a cash only tip and asks me to go to the atm to get cash for a tip? Don't ask for a tip, ever, that's tacky. And don't demand I go elsewhere to use an atm and come back. I will NEVER return to this salon. read more

Went with my pre teen daughter. I am not certain they clean their tools as when she went to use the clipper another person's nail clipping fell out. The employee laughed and continued to use it. Also my daughter got a manicure and they pulled her hang nail off which resulted in bleeding. The hot towel wrap was merely a wipe off of our legs with a hot towel that lasted maybe 2 seconds- not worth paying extra. Our nails look nice but probably not the most hygienic place and it seems like they over charge for small amenities- we probably will not return. read more

I called to complain, the manager said to come back so she can see. I came back she agreed that the job was not done well. I requested to at least half my money back she said but she cant give me a discount. Why would I want to come back to this place???? So you can mess my nails more? And plus with the animosity and tension why would I want to risk that??? Then the manager said I should I picked another color, I responded maybe you should have better quality nails! I have been coming to Euro nails for 6-7 years.. the staff has always been very nice. I would like to offer advice since the new change in ownership, I came in yesterday just for a fill, it took an hour and a half ( no biggy) but 30-40 minutes longer than my usual appointment. The gentleman that did my nails was new, he told me at least 50 times to RELAX and pulled my hands and pushed my hands aside. He also pulled my arms forward, I felt very uncomfortable, didn't matter how I was sitting, I felt relaxed until he would tell me to relax over and over. I couldn't wait for my appointment to be done. Euro nails is not that close to me, and I usually go out of my way to drive down there due to their service and products, however if I had that new guy again with that same experience, I would look for a nail place closer to home. read more

I was very excited to try this place based on the reviews, however I managed to have a terrible experience here. I started my pedicure with cold water and when I mentioned it was cold nothing was done about it until the very end when she drained the water and mentioned the uncomfortable temperature. I also paid extra for a massage which I never received. If only my nails were taken care of I'd at least be satisfied somewhat but they were never clipped or even filed. This all lead up to nail polish being slapped on and now it's all over my toes. I will not be coming back and would have rather saved the money and just done my own pedicure at home if I'd have known it would be this terrible.. read more

Terrible experience. I made three appointments for gel manicures. First they called me to have one of our party come in early due to over scheduling. My appointment was rushed. I had difficulty communicating with my technician. Received a very rough manicure & over trimmed cuticles to which they bled. My daughters nails chipped within a day. Do not know what they use as a base but all three of us experienced damage to our nail beds (peeling and breaking) to the point we all had to trim our nails short due to the damage. Tonight was my first experience and was impressed!! I first checked out their website and as far as an "in and out" quick nail shop they were miles above any other nail shop!!!! It explained online that they were giving you a higher end salon experience without the high end prices and THAT they did!!! It was VERY clean and the decor was great! I was able to just walk in and get a euro pedicure which I HIGHLY recommend and also a manicure. I will definitely be going back for my nail needs! If I had to give a negative it is still my sadness that amongst themselves they speak their own language which I know they aren't talking about me but still feel uncomfortable not talking to them at all while they speak to each other....... read more

I live in Lakeville and did not know about their facility. A friend and I decided to try and see if we could both have a pedicure done on that Sunday afternoon. We were able to walk right in without any wait on this particular day. Both of the ladies did beautiful Pedicures - they took their time and made sure we were both very comfortable at all times. Loved the Pedicure chairs -great massage(s) during the Pedicure porocess. Absolutely Loved it and would recommend them to everyone -The best Pedicure I have ever received in my Life time.
