Called for a pedi, gel. They were able to squeeze me in. Husband and wife duo that appeared to have a pretty good system but there methods were a little backwards and different than what I'm used to. I got the massage first and paint last. The paint job was not the best but I do feel like it was rushed. Wouldn't recommend. I was very happy to see they were near the airport and open until 8:30 on a Sunday evening. I've been going to nail salons since I was in middle school. I've never experienced someone so rude in a shop. I need to reschedule because of a sick kid. Instead I got hung up on mid sentence, and ignored for my next couple call backs. I just bought a house in the neighborhood so I was really looking forward to getting to know them more. With their prices, I can't pay them knowing they're so disrespectful. The chairs in their facility are upscale. I got a pedicure there once and it was moderate for the price. I've been here a few times. My first time going there they've done an amazing job but since I've been back the quality since has been terrible. I have cracks, bubbles and a bumpy nail finish. My sister and I are from Oregon and came here after our flight, as it is conveniently located near the airport. The owners are very nice and friendly! Our shellac pedicures turned out just right. The leg massage with the pedicure may have just been the best one I have EVER received! Tiffany and Alan were wonderful hosts, opening the shop early for myself and a friend to get pedicures. The pedicure was incredibly reasonably priced. We were offered drinks. The massage chairs are top notch. The massage portion included warm lotion and hot stones. Because the business is run by just the two of them, please be sure to make an appointment on weekends and be very aware of rescheduling or canceling. They explained to us that they are sure to book things perfectly so everyone has the best treatment, and they suggested contacting them a few days in advance. Under new ownership. I haven't been here under the prior ownership so I can't compare, but I do like the service that the new ownership offers. I originally found this location as part of a living social special. The owners are a married couple that manage their clients so that each receives undivided attention, as if in a spa. They had a pedicure special that included gel polish, a hollywood pedicure and a massage for under $30. The customer service that I experienced while here was superior. My awesome pedicure was performed by the husband, but he appears to do this on the side. His wife, Tiffany, is the one that usually performs the service. Even though she didn't perform my pedicure, we had a good conversation and I could tell that she really cares about the health of her customers nails. She provided me sound advice. While the decor does not appear to be spa-like, the spa vibe is created by not being overcrowded and not having televisions blasting like other nail salons. I was also offered a beverage while being serviced. If it was alcoholic, I would have accepted it... Its hard for me to imagine anyone going here and not enjoying the service and prices provided. Tiffany is so great I was having an absolutely horrible day had to take my lunch at work to get my nails done for my event on Friday so I thought I would stop in here being it's only like 2 blocks from my work. I was so pleased to find such a clean and tidy nail salon in the area and when I walked in she greeted me with a smile and introduced herself which I'm sorry to say that has never happened at any other salon I have been too. She not only offered me something to drink asked me about myself but got my full gel set done perfectly no mistakes in under 40 minutes. My mom and I went to Nail Art for the first time over the weekend. They got us in for last-minute appointments for pedicures and I am so glad they were able to squeeze us in because they are amazing! Great services and product , terrible customer service skills. Got my nails done on Friday (gel set) and on Monday they were peeling told the owners and they told me it was because they saw that my thumbs weren't in the uv light and told me to come back to get them fixed. when I told them I wouldn't be able to make it this week they told me it's their policy to fix them within a week which is completely understandable. I told them I might just end up going somewhere else (the commute from Saint Paul to Bloomington is not close) to get them painted but would be back for a fill their response was that it to happens with some colors - I should BE NICE and it wasn't their problem in general . I was really happy with everything up until this point but when 5 of 10 fingers are peeling two days after you get your nails done and your telling the salon owners this and they are saying first it's your fault second it's the colors and third you should "be nice" that is terrible customer service. I'm in town for work and found a Groupon for here. I tried to call because it said I needed an appointment. I called and a woman answered and then immediately it disconnected. I called back and it went to their voicemail saying that they couldn't answer and I needed to text a different number so I did. I waited all day and never received a reply so I decided to walk a mile to the place and on my way I called again. The owner answered and said that they weren't there and I needed to call back in an hour to get an appointment. at 4 p.m. in the afternoon they weren't even there because they were at lunch. I asked about the Groupon on a Monday they don't accept Groupons so he said I couldn't even come in and use it anyhow.he said there are only certain days I can use it. I don't know if they actually do a good job because I never ended up going but good luck getting ahold of them or getting an appointment or using a Groupon if you bought one. read more

I've gone here so many times and there always so nice but when I had to cancel/reschedule my appt they were pretty rude about it. Anyways I made a pedicure appt a day before. I then woke up with an infection in my eye and so of course that's way more important. The only time the doctor could get me in that day was 10:30 am when my nail appt was scheduled. I called Tiffany early the morning of my appt around 830 am to give her a heads up I needed to reschedule. I told her that I needed to go into the doctor and I was sorry. I asked if she had anything later in the day and she bluntly said "no" like she was pissed off. I then proceeded to say let me go ahead and find a different day/ time and give you a call back. Before I could even barely get through twords she just hangs on up. A TRUE HIDDEN GEM. A coworker told me about this place as I was searching frantically for a decent nail salon that is open late (past 6pm) on a Saturday. Her #1 tip: make an appointment. Best advice she could have given me! My friend and I arrived for our appointment and Tiffany was immediately ready for me. I got a basic gel manicure. It took her about 15 minutes to do from start to finish but my nails look as if she spent hours on them meticulously making sure my OCD self was happy with how they looked. I love going to this nail salon. Allan and Tiffany are so kind and caring - and they work very well as a team. It is also very conveniently located and easy to find. When you walk into the salon, you are greeted in English - and you are made to feel welcomed. They have a fabulous selection of colors; both gel and non-gel polish. Both Allan and Tiffany work in the salon; they do not have any assistants; they work hard. Tiffany is fabulous, she does an excellent job of taking care of ingrown toenails - you don't even feel it!
