Was charged $76 for a manicure and pedicure and given a "discount" of $5 because I waited a bit. All I asked for was a buff, but wasn't even given that. Also cut me during my manicure, making me bleed. I will not be going back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Polish on my skin, uneven trim, rough skin on sides of my toe. Poor customer service for a high price.

We made an appointment for 4. Showed up 10 min. before our appointment and she was finishing up another customer, which was fine. Another customer had been there since 1 as she told the customer 1hr. 45 min. wait. When we showed up, she told that customer we had an appointment so she couldn't see the customer until she did ours. You can tell the other customer was upset and proceed to argue with her because she never mentioned that she had people coming in at 2:30. the service itself was rushed and low quality. We ended up not doing the 4th person after the rush work she did on the three. She claimed $17 was cheap fit kids nails when another place charge $40. nails was done in 5 minutes. Quick file with nail block, base coat, two layers and then dry in the fan dryer. She looked at my daughter's nail after the fan stopped and said it was dry but it was not. Place was not very clean. Only one worker this whole time. Other customers came in and she was very abrupt with them the way she said "no time!" read more

Do not go here!!!! Read all current reviews on Yelp, Google, etc.! They don't even deserve one star. They are rude! They argue in front of guests and talk to customers very rudely. Worst pedicure ever! My tech was angry from a previous customer so I had to listen to her and another tech argue the whole time which caused her to do an extremely poor job on my pedicure. Run away!!! If I could do zero or minus stars I would. I took my14 year old granddaughter for her birthday. The only comment from both of us was" we will remember this" ... we were early but thought we would sit and wait until our turn and it would give a 14 year old time to choose a polish. However there was nowhere to sit and relax while you wait. Oh no, we were directed to pedi chairs right away and never were asked the usual opening line" pick a color." Never mind that there wasn't anywhere to sit BESIDES the pedi chairs. Granddaughter decided on the way there that she didn't want a pedicure because of a recent medical experience so just had her toes painted and got tips and a mani instead of a mani pedi, so far so good. The toes took a max of 90 seconds, and that may be generous. Then she went to the manicure tables and the lady flipped out because she had no idea what the problem was with a missing nail shape card that was in the check in stand...she's only 14! Then there is my pedicure. I wanted a particular OPI color which salons don't always have so when they don't, I bring it and it's never been an issue. Today apparently it was. She brought the color palate to me again and I said that this was the color I wanted AGAIN. I was "assured" that it was the same. Let's go with no it wasn't and I've already painted over it and it's been about two hours after the cluster of this appointment.By then I just wanted to leave and not ruin a 14 year old's day. All the time we were there not a word was said to either of us except to say $65 dollars to me and to others who walked in the door. And did I want a manicure too? No I don't and asking me 10 times isn't going to change the answer. Not only was English not spoken but also not understood I think, maybe by choice. They spent the entire time we were there speaking to each other and not to either of us or the others who walked in the door. Except $65 dollars. When it was time to go and pay a bill close to $200, I put a $20 on the counter and then she tapped her finger on it!. I told her that was for both of us and had decided given how relaxing and enjoyable our appointments had been that I was being generous. I forgot to add that when I got home and was repainting my nails, I was able to see that there was a navy blue line around the edges of my nails from the polish I had on when I got there!!!!! I'd say $200 wasted. read more

Overall, the salon was fine. My (gel) pedi took around 30 minutes and cost me approximately 60 bucks. If you want a long lasting and relaxing pedicure, this place probably isn't for you...if you just need something quick (yet expensive) give it a shot! read more

paid $64 for a pedicure while visiting from out of town and it was the worse one I've gotten. My heels were untouched so still looked like I needed pedicure and my gel polish was chipped same day. unfortunately I went there before heading out for my flight back home but do your research before going. read more

Went in as a group for pedicures, told to pick out any color. So we all picked out our colors and the staff told some of us that they didn't think the colors we picked would be a good choice. Mind you they didn't say it to all of us, just some of us. Then proceeded to get pushy about not wanting to do what we asked. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
