They also take walk ins. They did a great job and I got a very light color since I know that non gel polish doesn't last long. My only concern was that their pricing on their website is incorrect. Basic manicure on their website says $22 when I was charged $25. I even asked if it would be cheaper if I paid with cash. No difference they stated. Went for a manicure and pedicure for my 1st time since I'm from out of town. First was the gel pedi. Then the manicure which was fine. Got home and my French pedi had already chipped off. While my pedicure bath was filling, the staff offered me a beverage. The massage chair is so relaxing, and the water temperature is so perfect. The highlight of the pedicure is the AMAZING massage given by Pam thung, which is the best one I have ever received. She took her time, and it was definitely relaxing. I had a mani and pedi with my sisters here. For my mani, the manicurist spent over two hours on it. The staff were very nice but the manicurist was not as efficient and I ended up leaving the store after 8pm. I wished the manicurist would have mentioned that they did not know how to do the design and I would have picked something easier. However, the pedi was phenomenal. My friend got her nails done and the lady kept tugging on her arm during the process, my friend wanted French tips but she painted her whole hand red. at the end she smudged one of her nails and didn't fix it. On the other hand I got really good French tips! I was really upset when I brought $60 thinking it would only cost like $40 or maybe $50 at the most but it cost $67 plus tip. I wanted a silver line under my red French tip and they told me the reason it cost so much was because of that tiny little silver line (that cost $12 more dollars). It wasn't even a cm long! I have gone here once before and I only got nail polish and it cost $22 which seemed okay. I thought if I got these super short acrylics it would only cost like $40 I will not be here again! read more

I still had old nail polish at the edge that she didn't even care to remove or even cover! I don't understand why this place has such high ratings. There must be an inequality to how they treat their customers, as regulars or if they have the potential to be a repeat customer, as I was from out of state. I guess you should always just say you are from the area. There was a sure difference on how they treated other persons of color while I was there. This is my second review I have written for Elite. I have a bad experiencea year ago. I have given them another chance over and over again. But I am done WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Several rude employees that have argued with me on how I wanted my nails. I have gone to cosmetology school for nails so I DO KNOW how it's supposed to be done CORRECTLY. This last time was the deal breaker. After being very aggravated because of fighting with the employee. Just to have her using the nail dremel to grind down my cuticles which is not supposed to happen. The CORRECT way to remove cuticle is to use cuticle oil and then trim them. Because she had grinded them she had cut my skin above my nails and now over a week later they are finally getting scabs over them. I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THAT PLACE AND EITHER SHOULD YOU. read more

First off, I've never had nothing but positive things to say about their employees and services provided. What really gets me upset and frustrated is that you make an appointment in advance only to show up at said appointment and to be asked to wait/come back at a later time because they are behind, etc. Last week I made an appointment to get a manicure today. Walking in a saw a friend who had been sitting and waiting for her 4:30 appointment. A mother and daughter waiting on their 4:45 appointment and a couple waiting on their 5pm appointment, 3 ladies for a 5:15 appointment. My friend finally got placed in a foot bath (not sure how long she'll be sitting there). The couple cancelled and left (I believe the woman rescheduled) the mother and daughter continued to wait. The ladies were asked to come wait/come back at 6pm, they were visibly upset, and couldnt do 6pm (they rescheduled for tomorrow). What's the point in making an appointment if they cant honor them? I get running a few minutes behind but 45+ minutes is unacceptable. They have to figure out a better way to deal with walk ins and still honor appointment or I don't think they will keep their 'regulars' or have return customers. read more

I have been a client of Elite Nails for 3 years. The staff are all friendly and very capable. The shop is very clean, and tools are sterilized between clients. The pedi spas are jetted but pipeless, and a new liner is used for each client!! No need to worry about catching someone else's foot fungus!! Clean place and nice people. The nail tech did a good job shaping my nail, but half way through I felt like she was working so fast. This was literally the fastest I've ever gotten a gel manicure (35 mins), which isn't a bad thing at all but it definitely showed in the results. (At the end I realized a regular of hers walked in during my appt which I'm assuming is the reason, but I could be wrong.) MAIN PROBLEMS: 1) She didn't paint the polish on the sides of my nails so if you're looking at anything but an aerial view of my hand you can see the space between the gel polish and skin. 2) The polish went over the bottom cuticle line which makes the polish peel off easier in about a week because your nail is growing. If it wasn't painted over the skin and started at the bottom of nail, it won't chip and peel so easily. Granted I'm very particular when it comes to a manicure, but the only reason is because I've received great results and it's hard to want anything else! read more
