Save your time and money. All of their dip powders are either mislabeled or have gone bad. Twice I have gone for a dip manicure and twice the color on my nails has turned out in a neon or other shade other than the neutral color selected. The woman in charge feigns ignorance each time and then offers to correct it by covering it with a different shade of gel. If that's not bad enough, on the last visit she spent nearly the entire time while giving me a manicure answering the phone and taking appointments. This salon started off so well and is now a consistently terrible, over-priced experience with inferior products. There are plenty of other reputable and lovely nail salons in the area. Really great place for a quick and clean pedicure. Called and made an appointment easily - the wait to have someone service me did take a bit but wasn't bad. They always listen to what I want and that's what I walk out with! Huge amount of colors to choose from - regular, gel and dip. I've had both manís and pedis. Both were great! I've had good experiences getting pedicures here in the past, so when I needed a manicure, I made an appointment. What a mistake. They were rude, completely ignored my presence and instead talked about me and giggled to each other. It was the quickest manicure of my life, I was rushed out of there. They did not soak my hands or do any cuticle work at all. After the polish was done they did not clean up my hands at all. The manicure did not last very long. They were a mess! The reason for a 3 star review is the attitude of the staff. Also, being charged $5+$8 extra on top of a gel manicure for a shape change from pointy to barrel and the technician attempting to take off some old powder residue (on one finger) is odd to me. Well, I have been coming to this salon for about 2 years now. I stopped for a short period of time because of a customer service issue trying to use a gift card. I get a dip manicure when I go. At $50 a pop and a tip I do expect some professionalism. Last Saturday I had my dip done and today I noticed I was double charged on my card. I called and asked to speak to the manager but Jay said she was not there and I should come by tomorrow. Come by tomorrow? I tried to provide the date of the charge, the last four digits of my card number and he just talked over me and over me. He kept saying "IF you were charged twice and IF there is a problem it would have to wait until tomorrow. I finally asked him to stop mansplaining to me and told him this was unacceptable. He was unwilling and unable to help in any way which is ridiculous. Really, there is not a manager on site to assist with issues or concerns. Between being told I had to come there, wait until tomorrow, not believed and spoken to like Jay did - I will never come back. The question will be, will anyone call back? Will they refund my money? Will I have to dispute the charge? Beware of your pocket book here! read more

This place is racist and does not want to serve Black people. when I came in the manger was literally staring at me with the most hateful stare. The moment I walked in the door like I didn't belong there then she asked me what I wanted not how can I help you and told me that they wouldn't have time to do a pedicure or a manicure that I could only do polish change, I said yes to the polish change I asked for another coat of polish. She told me that would be an extra five dollars. And then tried to charge me $35 for polish change for my feet. I asked to see the price she said no. I said okay l came in here two weeks ago and I asked the price and it was 35 for hand and feet... she did no I said well let me see the prices list then she no we dont have one. I said ok let me go get yall money..they watched me like 4 of them in the door way watching me Like a hulk and then when I looked up they ran away from the window. I felt so discriminated against and racial profile. I will never be back. When will we all be able to live in this world without so much hate for a person or profile them just because of the color of their skin.... Definitely a new favorite. I went here with my mom and grandma. Every staff member was very kind and friendly, and were excellent nail technicians. The store itself is beautiful and relaxing; I love the decor and the displays. They clearly took COVID hygiene very seriously; everything was very clean and felt safe. I'm sick of these nail places opening and the owner allow people to work in them and they don't know how to treat all of their customers with respect. My daughter went to this nail salon today for a full set and her nails look like her four-year-old brother did them. She's the paying customer and telling the nail tech that her nails wasn't right, and the tech ignores her as if she wasn't talking to her that's an issue. Not only that other tech surrounded the table and seen that her nails were horrible, and no one did anything. My daughter was born with a defect in both thumbs, and you have so called grown people making rude comments about her hands that's not cool. I've been to this nail salon once myself and would never go again. They are not friendly. Learn how to treat people and provide better customer service. read more

I noticed this new nail salon and decided to give it a try. The interior is refreshingly beautiful and I loved that. My gel mani and pedi were ok but the staff were cold and unfriendly. When my pedicure was drying, I was left to sit for a long time before I finally asked if I could use their light dryer to speed up the process. Even though my nails were trimmed and needed no filing, I was charged more than I usually pay elsewhere for a full gel mani and pedi. This salon is the the closest nail salon to my home but I won't go back. Customers have so many salons to choose from. Horrible, horrible and did I mention horrible experience. If I could give this place zero stars, I would, without hesitation. My wife asked for a simple design on her big toe and they said they couldn't do it, because it would take too much time as she didn't want gel polish. My wife said she didn't mind waiting for the nail polish to dry, but they still refused to do it. Are we not the paying customer here? Also, my wife got the deluxe pedicure which includes a 20 minute massage, that the did in 10 minutes. Once we were finished, they were really demanding about getting their money from us while we were still sitting in our chairs versus waiting for us to pay at the counter upon leaving. It seems like this place cares more about making a profit than ensuring the "paying customer" is satisfied. We used to like coming here, but not anymore. I noticed Vick's Nail Lounge, a new nail salon in town. I know our area has a huge number if nail salons but I thought I would try Vick's. From the front it looks like any other nail salon the front area is a check in desk and nail stations. For pedicure appointments they take you to the back where it feels more spa like. Big windows soft music is playing and when I went I was the only pedicure customer. I went early in Monday after the July 4th Holiday. They have a nice menu of services to choose from four different pedicure options I believe all comparably priced to other salons in the area. My usual salon is fine but they do have a bad practice of having one person begin the service then they leave you and 15 or so minutes later another person finishes the pedicure. Even with an appointment made in advance this happens so I am in the market to try a new nail salon. I am quite satisfied with Vick's and Heidi my nail specialist was quite friendly and accommodating. I received a nice foot and leg massage as part of the service I chose. I also appreciate the sign at check out allowing you to tip using Venmo, cash is also accepted. read more
