I've been coming in every 5 weeks since October and am obsessed. Kassy is amazing & always does an amazing job; I rotate between brow tint/laminations and lash lift and can't go back! She really makes sure you understand the processes and upkeep to make your services last. I've never had a problem booking. The services are on the spendy end, but are more than affordable given the quality of service. Being right off 35 makes it super convenient to access as well! read more

They really know brows, I have tried other salons but I always come back to Brow Bella (I won't go anywhere else now, I just don't see the same results at other places. I had been hunting for a good place to get my eyebrows done since I moved back to the Midwest from California and could no longer take advantage of the Benefit Brow Bar. After several mediocre or overly expensive experiences I found Brow Bella. Krystal is the best! She does very thorough work and my eyebrows always look amazing when I leave. Even though I live in Minneapolis and it is a bit of a hike from here, I still make the trip every month because I love the results. I have had my eyebrows done here twice and both times the experience was amazing!! I've never loved my brows as much as I have after going to Brow Bella! I have been going to this place for years intermittently and the only reason I keep coming back every few months is bc Krystal knows what she is doing. She always make my eyebrows look amazing...however...Krystal herself is quite rude and unwelcoming. My appointments are not relaxing at all...so if you are willing to put up with that then I would go to this place. read more

This was an appointment for eyelash lift and eyebrow with owner Crystal. Personality was pretty dull and flat and did not appear welcoming. The phone is never answered so questions can't be asked about the procedures ahead of time. I got a response 2 weeks after my first inquiry about eyelash lift. She said that she had done 'alot' of lifts. Scheduling is done online which is a bit confusing initially- 3 people from work including myself used the online appointment. They didn't bother after being frustrated and went to another place. When I asked Crystal about this, she said - 'hasn't been a problem for anyone else". I went ahead with the appointment - was not asked about my history of perms although I did tell her that my hair takes a perm very well and gets too curly just so she was aware of that - she said that she uses a rod to fit the lash but nothing about how long to leave the perm on . I then sat in a very uncomfortable chair for the perm - procedure went ok and looked ok while wet. That evening, my eyelashes were curled to the point that they were curled over backwards - couldn't even get past them to put on eyeliner! Mascara was impossible without looking like a clown. Of course, no answer at the salon because they were "closed" for the next 2 days. Left 2 messages and got a response on Monday - Crystal left message stating that this is how it's supposed to look and that 'hasn't been a problem for anyone else". Wow! What an interesting response to everything!! Doubt that it is true that NO ONE has had a problem I went to a different clinic in Minneapolis and they were appalled at what my eyelashes looked like - relaxed the perm for me. Apparently have had to fix mistakes like this for other clients. Beware of this very small place that isn't even listed on the cosmetology approved site. read more

Today was my second time back for an eyelash perm and brow wax. The eyelash perm, as silly as it sounds, is life changing. My lashes grow either straight down or weird...anything but where they should be. Perm lasted about 6 weeks, going back in for a lash tint. My brows have also never looked better! After 5 years of service I'm breaking up with my brow artist. Krystal is rude and condescending and her know-it-all attitude has me fed up. It doesn't matter what you say, she'll make sure she corrects you and lets you know you're wrong. It's a shame because she's good at what she does. I will never go back. read more
