I love her branding and am happy to support a woman-owned local biz instead of a big chain. I've gotten multiple services done here and am thrilled to say that I have been happy with all of them! Erin remembers things I've said in past appointments and is kind and courteous. The booking system is super easy and I can always find an appointment time that works for me. If you need to, you can reschedule your appointment easily as well -- just make sure it's AT LEAST 24 hrs before your initially scheduled appt. Payment is really easy too. Erin's studio is clean, cute, and inviting. It's easy to get to, and there's plenty of free parking and things to do in the strip mall and nearby. She also has products stocked that you can pick up to maintain between waxes, like oil, exfoliating tools, and others. You can also buy online if you'd rather. I highly recommend trying out on a month where they have a special! It's pricey, but it's worth every penny. My entire face felt reborn after the treatment. It's now day two after and it still feels smoother and clearer than I've had in months. It was a great "end of winter" face reset. My aesthetician was incredible! She walked me through the whole process, explained my results to me and gave me some tips for what to try after my facial. The whole experience was on par with the excellent service I've received at other Face Foundrie locations. I love that they ask if you want a blanket and to take your shoes off, it makes it way more comfy and relaxing. I also love when they offer to walk you through it (or stay silent so you can relax).
