The wax by these new employees is pulled so slowly that it's extremely painful. When I am scheduled with someone that I have had 'okay' experiences with and if they are not in for whatever reason they don't even call to try to reschedule or even get a heads up my technician won't be there, they just move me to another employee...and then it's been really awful because I have felt those technicians have zero experience on what they are doing. I have tried talking to the front desk manager and I feel like I'm being lied to when I'm trying to figure out who there has the most experience to attempt to have a positive service again. I'm not sure why it's such a revolving door of staff now when previously they had the same people there for years that provided incredible service. I'm just so disappointed because this was so convenient for me to go to this location and now it's not somewhere I want to go back.

They fired a manager a few years ago who had some moxie. I'm starting to wonder if they are good people to work for? The service I've received has been mostly decent, but it depends on the technician, and there seems to be a change all the time. I may switch to another location.

Magic Eyebrows is not magical in anyway. The women, who was the only person working there, does not know what she is doing. In a process that should only take 10 mins, it took 30. She brutalized my brows, I had to request her to straighten so they were straight and balanced 3 times, she goes extremely slow, which makes it extremely pain, and worst of all she was trying to remove hairs on my eyelid (which none grow there) and tore my skin. I now have a scar. DO NOT GO HERE. Eyebrow threading is amazing (when done right), this place will make you never want to go again. No one should have my experience.

Well, that's what I've heard. I only go to Magic Eyebrows because its close to me and i refuse the waxing method... The chick, who is also the only person who appears to be working there, is nothing special. Her hands smells like oranges and occasionally an unfamiliar spice. For a while now, I have wanted to let her know this but have hesitated since it is the only threading place i know of in EP. Did I mention how over priced they are... I dint remember paying 12 bucks for threading.. aside from that one time at Zibas back in Cerritos- but they are a chain and at least their employees wear uniforms and don't have smelly hands. I

I rarely write reviews for any service or product that I purchase, but I am so satisfied with the…read moreresults that I received from Laura Grace that I felt the need to put it in writing and tell others about it. I have been very curious about and interested in eyebrow microblading since I heard of it last year. I did some digging online and found a very affordable Groupon for the service from Laura Grace's Beauty Bar. I read some positive reviews and decided to move ahead with purchasing the Groupon and setting the appointment. It has been ~4 weeks since I've had it done and I couldn't be happier with the results. As a child I was in an accident and had nearly 30 stitches in my head, going across my right eyebrow, causing it to grow half the length of my uninjured left eyebrow. As silly as it sounds, I have gone through endless amounts of teasing and bullying as a child/teen because of my uneven eyebrows. Therefore, as a teenager and now an adult I have done everything I can to improve the look of my brows with a whole array of makeup products, which never looked very natural or normal. This is why I am so thankful for the work that Laura has done. My eyebrows look even, full, and natural. I just absolutely love them, it's so nice that I don't have to worry about sweating them off at the gym or washing them off at the pool anymore. I know it seems like a simple thing, but this simple thing has made a huge difference in my life and I am so pleased with Laura's work. Not only is she great at her job, she listens to your requests and is so kind and accommodating. It was worth every dollar and I can't wait to go in for my touch up and start seeing her for my eyelash extensions as well. - TP
