I had to find a new salon and Heidi's was recommended, as was Ben. I have never felt so pampered and cared for as I did today. Ben was careful and gentle with me and listened to what I wanted done. He had a very soft touch on my legs, which are quite sensitive to touch. Ben also did a wonderful job on my fingernails, getting them to exactly the length I wanted and finishing them superbly. I've been going to Heidi's Nails for years.....7/26/25 - made pedicure appt on 7/25 for 10am. Rushed to be there right at 10. Was told 10-15 minutes and to get a coffee and come back. Returned at 10:15 and was told to pick polish and sit in chair. 10:35 there was no water in basin or anyone preparing my service. I left. They should not take appts if they don't honor them. Had my eyebrows micro bladed done and she literally tattooed my cheek with the brown ink. She said she was getting it out by going over it more with a needle but no clue what she was doing besides jabbing me more with needles cause nothing came out she couldn't. She did nothing so I have a brown random tattoo . Also the ink came out of my left brow at the starting point and my right brow she went down further than the left. I never stepped foot back in and I still have a brown tattoo on my left cheek from her not holding her gun good enough. Worst part, no one will touch my eyebrows unless they remove the ink, shave my eyebrows and then grow back out first. read more

Heidi's has been my only nail salon for years. I initially went for a treat yourself mani/ pedi for a wedding . And ended up being hooked on the fun that this little bit of monthly self care can bring! I've learned it's best to make an appointment and they're usually pretty accommodating. Most of the technicians are really good though some are pushy and rude. I could do without all the "honeys" and the "dears" but that's just me. Overall I'm a pretty low maintenance and easy to please client and I've had no serious complaints until now. I think it's time to find a new salon. I had an appointment and was on time for my appointment. I got started on the pedi part with one of my favorite technicians ( score! I don't request specific technicians but when I get assigned certain ones, I feel lucky), About 25 minutes in- my feet were soaking and one of my hands was wrapped, the tech inexplicably left me hanging mid pedicure to go treat another patron that had arrived to the salon after me. Apparently, Matt told her that the other patron has requested her and she was to leave me in order to see to the other customer. I was more than a little annoyed and expressed mild objection that that was not really fair since I'd been there first but I didn't want to be "that person" and be a loud mouth jerk about it. So I just took it. Where was I going to go? To make matters worse and annoy me even more, she was really condescending to me "oh, now you can have more time to relax! ". I had to just sit there and seethe for 20 minutes, cooling my jets until someone else was freed up to finish my pedicure. It wasn't her fault, but the substitute tech was newer, and slower and there was a communication issue. After the manicure was completed and my total was tallied, it came as $20 higher than normal- Turns out I was given the milk and honey pedicure. In all the years I've been going I never get the milk and honey.. ( Ok, yes, I didn't explicitly say which manicure I wanted, but I've been such a regular, it's implied) . I just didn't want to argue. I paid and quietly told her that this would be my last visit to Heidi's. It was beyond poor client service to leave a client just hanging mid service....It is rude beyond measure. Poor client service and a total disregard and disrespect for my time. Very disappointed. read more

Husband and I went for a pedicure. First time to Heidi's and won't be back. We made appointments, they were NOT busy. Our pedis were half a$s. If my husband can notice a poor job, you know it's bad! My technician barely rubbed lotion on my legs, much less a massage. Overall, the trimming of cuticles/skin was minimal. Gave me a quick clip and color. They were kind and that was appreciated and not overlooked. And my color looks lovely. read more

The advertising says that walk ins are welcome. Not true. Missing leading advertisement. Upon my walk in a lady told me five minutes for a manicure and then I was told by the man (five minutes later) I would need to come back in an hour. Suggestion for Heidi Nails: post a sign/message on your doors and website stating that walk ins are welcome but maybe subject to a 30 minute to an hour wait before services are provided. Mixed messages equal lost in business. You just lost my monies. read more

I had a lovely pedicure. Heidi nails is always very clean and the staff is so friendly. I enjoy going with my girlfriends and getting a little pampering from time to time. I also like that the technicians talk to their clients as opposed to some salons where they ignore you and talk to co-workers. Also they do not pressure you for upgrades. I normally don't leave reviews but this experience made me not want to go to nail salons ever again. The tools used during my pedicure were dropped on the floor multiple times then immediately used on my feet. I got a classic pedicure and i kid you not my feet were in the water, clipped down to numbs, then had some polish slapped on . The polish didn't cover my entire nail , was very uneven , forgot to do my pinky toe and CLUMPY. I was in and out in 15 minutes..... What is advertised w/ the classic pedicure is an aromatic foot soak, cleansing, shaping, cuticle care and a tension relieving massage with choice of moisturizers lotion or massage oil. Finish with polish.... No soaking, cleansing, massage, or lotion but was still charged $60 + when it was advertised $34... My feet look worse than when i came in. Was almost in tears when i left from how raw my nail beds were left. I am wholeheartedly disappointed. I will never ever be returning. read more

Walk-ins welcome, clean pedicure stations and plenty of options for manicure and pedicure services.. The staff are respectful, kind and knowledgeable (no one used a blade and sterilization policies were adhered). There is no true separation of Heidi's from another Vietnamese owned nail parlor outside of the staff and cleanliness. I'd go back as the price is fair, location is good but ultimately, I'd need to bond with a member of the staff to commit to 5 star rating. read more
