Nails start popping off after a week. Your service starts getting lousy. If you are looking for a diamond in the rough, look no further than this little gem. Like Nails uses great products and takes pride in their work. Comments from the manager were "it may cost a little more, but we want to take care of your nails and keep you coming back". Went and got a pedicure today. The gel polish is inconsistent- thin in some spots. The girl was so busy talking to someone that she drug a towel over my wet top layer... Then to top it off I came out to pay and the receptionist/owner (not clear who she was) had posed and taken pictures of her self with my car in various positions. Overall it was an awkward end to an overpriced pedicure. I won't be back. Update- I now have an ingrown toenail that is infected because of how she cut my toe nail. Super not happy and in pain. Worst pedi of my life. I will denote that my friend, also getting a pedicure, had a great (and much different) experience than the one I had. And the salon is beautiful. We walked in and were greeted right away and put in chairs to soak. My friend's pedicure started before mine and her technician was very pleasant and kind. My technician came over and introduced herself and asked which pedicure I wanted. Side note- their bottom price for pedicures starts at $37 plus another $20 for gel so I was already looking at $57! I was going up to the cabin that weekend so opted for the basic pedicure. That's when it went down hill. I told her the pedicure and she goes, Oh no you want the lavender one ($10 more). I explained my situation and she once again tried to upsell me until I said "No thank you" and told her what color I wanted. She barely had my feet in the water and asked if I also wanted a manicure. Once again I said no thank you, I'm going up to the cabin and want to do them when I get back. She didn't stop. It took three tries before she let that go. Two more minutes goes by and she does the same thing about an extra callus removal of my feet. Once again, after three times saying no, she stopped. It seemed as if she couldn't get any more money out of me she did a bare minimum (if I'd even call that) job. She left dead skin on my feet, didn't cover my nail fully in the polish, and even worse I had three toes that had polish on the skin. Not that she overshot the nail, but that she bumped the brush on. My friend got a leg massage that was supposed to be complimentary, my technician went and sat in a chair at the end of the row and started talking to a coworker. Didn't say she was done, and left me sitting there not knowing what was going on. By the time I saw my feet I was fuming. At the end, my friend was helped out of the chair and escorted up front. Once again mine sat and chatted. Didn't help to drain the tub, didn't come over and check her horse sh*t job, nothing. Until it was time to pay than she came up and asked for payment and said goodbye. If I was there by myself and not with company who experienced a much better time I would've refused to pay or asked for a completely new pedicure. read more

Today was my third time here. They don't have someone stationed out front so you usually have to walk back to the pedicure area to ask about a service. All 3 times I've done a walk-in. My very first time there I didn't do gel as it was still winter and I didn't see the point since I wasn't showing my toes to anyone. The polish lasted a long time. Second time there they took me in and I sat in the chair soaking for a good 20 mins before the pedi began. Today, I was helped almost right away and certainly appreciated it. The gal was super nice and did a lovely job. I always am blown away by their ability to make a French pedi even look good! Today I was offered a bottled water (other times was not). This place is fairly new and very serene, relaxing music, and the chairs offer quite a massage. I haven't asked about WiFi but all 3 times I've been in there I cannot get a good signal. Perhaps it's a a sign to sit back and just relax and unplug from the screen! They have a number of stations both for pedi and mani. Note that you have to tell them up front when checking out on any tip you want to leave. One minor complaint they must have had an employee smoking out back and left the door ajar. The cigarette smell was wafting in and filling up the studio with the smell! They also have WiFi you just have to ask. I finally did! read more

First time here I had an amazing experience. It was Monday mid-day and I didn't have an appointment but they told me walk ins are welcomed, appointments preferred. The lady took her time from start to finish and it was the best pedicure I've ever had. My return visit was quite the opposite of my first experience. Because my first visit was so great I brought 3 other people with me. I made an appointment this time around but that didn't make a difference because the lady rushed through mine to take on another customer that walked in. She didn't ask me any questions about what pedicure I wanted or nails trimmed. She only asked what color I picked out once she was done rushing through it. My daughter was charged $27 just to paint a gel color on her hand, this DOESN'T include a manicure. Price is pretty steep compared to most place around the area. Another person I brought said most of the colors she selected from their selection was told it wasn't available. read more

This place has new owners. One worker was soo rude. An older woman was requesting that the worker not use the hard metal grater on her foot because she is diabetic. She asked if she could use the softer. Buffing pad. Instead she got out a nail file and filed the lady foot. Not nail but foot(heel, arch). Once the woman said no I'm not referring to that one she got a bad attitude and continued to file the woman's foot very hard. I then explained that you can not do that on a diabetic foot. She gave me a look as if she dared me to say another word. So I continued because I know she knew better if she is a Certified technician. I decided to pay for the elders pedicure because I saw the same lady forcing tips from people at the check out. When checking out. She kept asking if I only wanted to ring in to service total. So I asked if she was requesting a tip by asking me the same question 6 times. I then repeated just the bill total. No Tip, for your rude ass. read more

I love this place! I've never had my hands done but the two pedicures I've gotten had been amazing! I get the "Jelly " pedicure which is soooo worth the price. **TIP! ** If you go during the week you get 20% off ANY service...which means my normally $65 dollar luxury pedicure is 50 bucks...not bad at all considering the extra services, more massage time (and additional as they massage your hands and forearms at the end) and the overall experience of it. I hope they keep the 20% off special (its on their website) because I will continue to make it a point to come during that time. Beautiful and relaxing salon too. :) read more

Didn't have an appointment but they got me in really quick. My nails came out really good. The only downside is that the lady went down a little too far when doing my cuticles. But wasn't a big deal. Also the inside is really elegant and relaxing!! Staff is friendly! read more

I just had my nails done by an older guy there that did not seem to know what he was doing. First he presented me with a color I did not pick. He kept saying it's a good color for spring ok fine. Then he is doing cuticles and kept cutting me 4 of my fingers have marks and were bleeding. Then as I'm trying to get out I put my coat on and my nails were not dry. He insisted it was the fault of the UV. Sorry Emily you are great but this was inexcusable. read more

My daughter made pedicure appointments online for us at 11:00 on 10/23/22. We were at the salon before 11:00. Business door actually says they open at 10:00 on Sundays. Staff did not arrive to open until after 11:00. After checking in and waiting nearly 15 minutes, a staff person that was there finally acknowledge that we were there. At that point, we were told one person was there and they could get another to come in to do our pedicures. We made the 11:00 appointment because we have other things to do today. Mediocre at best. Too expensive for the kind of job done. Every trip here and there's a miscommunication about what I want even though I ask for the same things each time. I have gone to this salon several times now. I have to say it's hit or miss. I have had exceptionally good experiences and exceptionally bad experiences. This last time I wan5ed my dip nails soaked of and a full pedi and mani no gel. Just to let mybnails rest. I was less than underwhelmed with my mani and she did not soak my nails off but ended up using the grinder so now my nails are a total mess and I had to go to another salon to get my pedi done correctly. I will have to rethink if I'm going to go back..because I have had good experiences in the past but this one was really bad. Note.. this is not because I don't tip. Horrible service. My nails were not even shaped correctly. During my fill, the guy working would look at his phone and then go back to touch my nails and forget what he was doing. He was very distracted. He also kept pushing my cuticle back which caused it to bleed because he couldn't remember what he was doing. Do not go to this place. read more

*PLEASE READ* this is by far the worst nail experience i've had in MANY years. i get pedicures with a friend of mine pretty frequently and we are currently trying to find a solid new salon. this isn't it. from the start we arrived at 4, our scheduled time for 2 pedicures and 2 acrylic sets. my friend and i were sat and her pedicure began immediately. the guy doing my pedicure was busy running around the salon and kept telling me he'd be right with me... he came and took off my prior polish and then walked away again, leaving my legs out of the water, wet and cold. once my friends pedicure was done he finally came and sat down and began, she began her nails on the other side of the salon. he seemed nice enough during our conversation, but i could tell the pedicure was rushed and a few times i felt that my cuticles were being cut too short and i pulled my foot back out of reaction and he grabbed my foot and pushed it back down to continue. he did end up drawing blood. he then brought me to begin my nails, while working on them he asked if i was ok with shape, i pointed out i wanted sharp square nails and a few were lumpy and crooked... he gave me attitude but fixed one nail. while filing my middle finger his nail file went back into my knuckle, once again cutting me. by this time it was 6 and a woman walked in for her set, she was told to sit down and they'd be with her soon. during this entire time the phone is ringing off the hook for people scheduling and i was so shocked how many calls they were getting for how poor the service had been so far. after 15 minutes the woman up front came back asking if their was a scheduling issue, the man said, "no she will be with you soon, sit down..... please" he then turned to the other woman and began yelling at her in their first language, he completely stopped my nails and faced her and kept raising his voice and pointing to her, and her face began to turn red while friend and i looked at each other like "oh...my...god" due to that i was scared to ask him to correct any of the nails and fixed the shape when i got home... but noticed he forgot to even put the gel clear coat on my pointer nail. i texted my friend while we were still there and said "never again" and she said "no way" i've attached photos of my terrible toes, my cut to my toe, my cut to knuckle and the missed clear coat on the pointer nail. read more

I got a basic gel polish at Tu Nails and I had the guy there do them and I believe he was the owner. He seated me a very messy and dirty nail station and just shoved things aside when I sat down. He didn't seem to care all that much he barley evened my nails out filing them out and when he buffed them he wasn't even looking at my nails he had his whole head turned around. When he applied the gel polish it was uneven and polish all in my cuticles... I had to ask multiple times for him to fix them. Overall I wouldn't come back I felt very rushed and there was no time taken. read more

Very beautiful interior in a great location! The wait to get your nails done is pretty typical and they always confirm your appointment beforehand in case you forget. My biggest issue is that my nails are not totally even and the choices for colors are very limited. Last time I went in for a gel manicure I had one specific color I wanted. They didn't have the color or anything close to the color in gel, and I was told I could not do a regular polish? Then I said just give me matte black. The person doing my nails could not find the black gel color. So I had to get a charcoal grey instead of my first or second options. LOVE. IT. Best nail salon I've been too. It looks very "bougie." Like it would be 200 dollars for a gel manicure, but the pricings amazing. It's very clean and organized. Everything is sanitary. If you go there get my lady her names Jennifer. My nails look amazing, thanks to her!! They really do take care of you there and how your nails look in the end. 20/10 recommended.. i came here to get a full set done and they weren't done properly. i have chips in my nails from where they didnt catch, the polish is spotty and has a bunch of bubbles.they didnt even cover my whole nail. what bothered me the most is the person who seemed like the manager who was doing my nails, was looking at lingerie on his personal phone in full view in front of me. ive never felt more uncomfortable. read more
