I have been a dedicated regular at this salon for the past year and have always appreciated the wonderful, high-quality work of my regular nail technician. I have consistently returned because of the great service she provides. Unfortunately, I will no longer be patronizing this salon due to the unprofessional conduct of the management. During a scheduled appointment this past Monday, my regular technician --who was available and ready to perform my pedicure--said "hello" and waved me over. However, she was suddenly reassigned to another customer (the man of a couple who also had an appointment). When I politely suggested that the technicians simply swap to accommodate our preferences, the manager began pointing and yelling at me, stating, "No, no, no. I assign and no ask--no ask." The nail tech even went quietly over to the manager to quietly try to resolve the situation and only got yelled at by the manager for the whole salon to see. I will guarantee the man didn't care who did his pedicure that night. Following this outburst, I was left sitting alone and ignored for 10 minutes before I ultimately decided to walk out. When I called the following day to address the incident and to speak with the manager to find out who did all the yelling, the manager refused to provide her own name and remained completely uncooperative. At the time of the incident, I didn't realize it was the manager who was yelling and creating the scene. A nail salon should be a place to relax and unwind, not a place to be yelled at or treated like dirt. It is incredibly disappointing that a simple, logical request was turned into a public scene by leadership. As long as this manager remains in charge, I cannot recommend this establishment and will be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I have been going here for about 3 months and have nothing to complain about! I feel they do a great job and I'm now comfortable getting dip nails done regularly (I have never been a person to get my nails done!) The salon is clean and everyone is friendly. I feel they are always busy! One thing I would like changed is consistency of the manicure. If one person cuts cuticles and another tech doesn't, it seems strange! Been going to Tina at Bella Nails for over five years. I appreciate her honesty and focus on the customer. She always makes the visit about the customer. Horrible quality. I wanted my dip nails removed and I couldn't get a new manicure due to work. I would never come back for a manicure anyway. I was charged $30 to get the manicure removed and my cuticles shaped. No nail oil or the lotion and the shaping was awful. They wouldn't refund any money. I didn't even want to go back and get them fixed because I'm so unhappy with how they turned out the first time. read more

This is the second time I have come to this nail salon & my experience has gotten worse with each visit. The fact that they are talking about you in front of your face in their foreign language, complaining about how my toes looked, makes me feel like I am a burden. Everyone there is overtired and rude, especially Tina. She was the only one who was very vocal about her personal beliefs & her occasional exaggerated comments. I had just come from out of town and thought I could have a relaxing pedicure, but instead felt sick to my stomach, and how these individuals can run a business like this. I asked to speak to the owner and everyone there apparently didn't know who was the owner or didn't have a contact number for how to get a hold of her. The last resort was to just give them my feedback since I could not contact the owner and let her know what was happening while she was off somewhere else doing who knows what versus being at the shop and putting some type of priority on her business. It has been one of the WORST experiences I have had in a long time. I came to have a relaxing experience and leave know I will never spend my money there again. I try to be balanced in my reviews and give people a chance to make things right BUT it only got worst as I was completed my pedicure. The tech was just horrible. She was rough on my feet and I did not feel relaxed at all. This world has truly came down to racial prejudices. It was clear she did not want to do my feet but since I'm going out of town and my schedule is pretty hectic for the rest of the week I let her finish. I have had more bad experiences at this salon than good. I don't normally do reviews, but I'm very disappointed. This nail salon is so unclear about pricing, and will charge you for EVERYTHING. I thought that cutting cuticles came with the price for a full set, and they charged me for an extra coat of gel polish for my toes. I paid $156 for a basic pedicure and full set of nails that I had to ask them to fix because they weren't even filed correctly. Not worth the money when you have to ask them to do their job correctly. If I'm paying $70 for a full set of nails I expect them to all be even and for it to be a good job. When I asked the lady to change my nail she said she sees nothing wrong with it. and i paid 70 dollars for a shitty job and my friends were 60 and they look amazing. I used to like this place. They used to do a good job, but now seem to be using sine very cheap nails. I've had 6 of my nails snap off. In all the years I've been doing my nails I've only ever had one break, and it was really old. These were all brand new nails, and the first broke within the first 3 days. Don't waste your money here. I hope they learn their lesson and don't use these nails anymore. Awful. read more

My daughter and I were very pleased with our experience here. It was our first time at this salon. We both received the vegan gel pedicure. The staff was friendly, gentle and very thorough. Even though it was busy on the day we visited, the glad took their time and it was quite relaxing. I have psoriasis on my legs so I'm usually embarrassed to have pedicures and leg massages done. Everyone wore gloves for pedicures and not one eyelash was batted at my red marks. I will be back. read more

I scheduled 3 pedicures for Mother's Day. They sat us in 3 chairs near each other. We waited about 10 minutes to start the water. When they came over, they asked me to move so that someone else could have my chair (a single person who had an appointment at the same time as us). I waited 50 minutes for another chair to become available! By that time, the other two were done with their pedicures. I will not be back. read more

I can't be the only woman in the world who has a hard time digging at that and wanting to screw with your feet afterwards. ... That is half the reason you pay someone else to do it, right? By far and away, the Best gel set I've ever had! They were very clean and very cordial. They also had a ton of colors to pick from. I went with my sister and since she was using a walker, they were very kind and didn't make her get up to wash her hands, but brought a warm towel and did it for her. Gone here twice and would definitely go back for more. Pedicure chairs are new, give a great massage, and place is clean :). Staff does a great job and will take extra time to give a massage if you go with the Deluxe Pedicure. Got a gel manicure and I like that they use a primer. Hours are great as well given they are open 7 days a week. read more

Took her over an hour to give a pedicure and went to check out and my feet weren't much better. In December I had a great experience, with a wonderful, lasting manicure/pedicure. I raved so much, my daughter decided to treat myself, her and her two girls-ages 3 and 6-to a manicure/pedicure. None of us received a 'wonderful' service. The calluses I arrived with, I took home. My untrained sister did a better paint job, two weeks ago. The one lady was downright rude and hostile. It was very obvious she did not care to deal with children. Both children were exceptionally well behaved. Less than 5 hours later, one of the girl's finger paint has already come off. I suppose it might be too much polish remover added to the polish. Yes, I witnessed a girl adding to the polish, to thin it. Don't go here expecting anything other than a rushed, sub-optominal service. My daughter informed them we would not be returning. No remorse. No caring.
