I planned my day around getting this massage that I scheduled a week in advance, I drove 30 minutes and the owner only realized they were going to miss me when I rang the door bell. They texted and said it was a family emergency which I hope everything is okay and well with that. But they texted and said that they have an emergency and that they forgot about me. I mean...I certainly had better things to do than drive an hour round trip and wait 10 minutes to get nothing for it. This person didn't even have the courtesy to call and apologize or offer a discount or do a free add on on a future service. Just a way too late text that seemed to think that missing an appointment was a little whatever. Like, I get things come up but if I have a family emergency, I can't just not show up to work and not tell my boss? But this person seems to think it's okay. In fact, reading the other reviews here, this person seems to lack a basic level of professionalism. I think what's more frustrating is that they seem to have a pretty stringent cancellation policy and I confirmed my appointment multiple times. So clearly they expect respect on their time. This is very rules for thee but not for me and I'm just feeling so disrespected and I quite literally waisted an entire afternoon.

I had some shoulder pain keeping me up at night so I needed to find a place for a massage and came across this place. It's a small business in a cute business center where the outside of the business center look like little houses. It's basic interior decor (not a fancy spa), but cute and clean. When you first enter, you will be required to pay before the massage. They prefer cash, but they do take credit card for slightly higher price to cover the cost of the credit card transaction. Prices are good and my massage therapist, Lily gave a great massage! When she first starts out, she massages for awhile with the sheet on your body, later she moves to using oil. She uses good sweeping motions with her forearms, great pressure with her hands and even was on the table a few times to apply the right amount of pressure. I prefer medium to firm pressure and I thought it was right on. I felt like she worked really hard to give me a good massage! My shoulder and my whole body feels so much better! There is a little bit of a language barrier, but she didn't seem to have a hard time understanding me...there was a few times I had to ask her to repeat herself during our conversation. That doesn't bother me as she was super sweet and professional. I even made another appointment for my daughter to get a massage, they are very accommodating with days/times. I gave a 5 star based on my level of massage I received, I feel like it was as good or better than some I have received in the past. I will be back again!

My therapist was Sherry S. without knowing anything about me she sure was tuned in to my trouble areas. I am diabetic with poor circulation so my feet are always cold, she really worked on getting that circulation moving and I had a failed knee replacement almost 2 years ago and she was concerned about the inflamation in my knee. This was one of the best massages I've ever had, and I feel Sherry was very friendly and personable. The salon is cute and very clean, very professional. I will 100% be back for more massages and other treatments that she does, which is a very long list. Would also love to try her body contouring and a facial. Kind of a one stop shop, which is great!!! SO nice I stumbled upon this gem of a place. Thank you Sherry and I will for sure be recommending you to all my friends! I sent this email, called, went in person to talk with owner with no result... so here goes:…read more Hello, My name is XXXXXX, and I spoke to you on the phone regarding the unprofessional and unacceptable experience I had yesterday. I have been to your "spa" about a dozen times. I usually enjoy the massage, but I have never enjoyed the experience. It is always loud, door bells, people talking in the foyer or on the phone, and employees talking loud in the hallway. Many times my massage therapists have left the room, or opened the door to talk to other employees. I have twice left positive reviews because of the massage results only. Out of kindness and wanting to support a small business, I did not complain about the noise. I stopped going because it was NEVER a spa experience (meaning quiet, relaxing, and pampering). For the same cost, I can get both a good massage, and a relaxing experience. You are close to my house, and do not need appointments so I decided to give you another try yesterday. You were unloading supplies from a van when I arrived and I decided to wait until you were done before entering, thinking it would be quieter if you were done with that task. This time I brought headphones to drown out any noise, but I could not get them to work. I asked for a 90 minute massage and was put with Coco. I was rushed into a room. A man also started his massage across the hall around the same time. My massage start3ed around 945. The door was left ajar by Coco and that is uncomfortable when I am nearly naked and a man is across the hall. Shortly after the massage began I heard the door bell and a man asking for a massage. I am not sure if he was in a room or not, but suddenly female employees started yelling in the hallway right outside the doors between me and the man across the hall. This went on for several minutes. Coco opened the door and yelled at the women. She closed the door and the yelling continued. Coco yelled again this time while she was massaging me and right above my head. I jumped. The yelling continued. Coco opened the door a second time and yelled. Their shouting continued again. Finally I yelled "Hey, I am trying to relax in here!!!!!" and they went back into the back room and after a few minutes quieted down. Coco was clearly stressed asking dozens of times if I liked the massage. I never relaxed the entire time. I called you and shared my complaints. I should not have had to pay for that experience, yet I was charged full price. I wanted to tip Coco, and that is all it should have been. I am asking for you to credit the cost of massage. The tip can stay. If you will not do that, I will edit both my previous reviews, and add this email to a third. As much as I want to support a small business, I will not feel right by sending anyone else there. This needs to be addressed. I expect a "wellness spa" to be exactly that... a spa. Please call me and let me know how we can process a credit or otherwise resolve this issue.
