I had Jeff come out to get a second opinion on pests potentially in our attic. Whereas another company said that it would be a $1500+ fix, Jeff said that it looked like we did not need to take immediate action and the signs of "pests" were likely from maintenance workers fixing our AC previously. He could have easily quoted something but was honest and said that we didn't need any work done at this time. I hate having to deal with pest control and every time the door to door guy comes by, I'm willing to listen because if it's at a good price they got me. The guy that came by gave me a good deal for the first treatment and locked me in for 1 year. I did feel that after I cancelled my previous pest treatment the pest did increase. This was my first time to use TruForce. Scheduling the appointment was very easy & they were quite accommodating. They made sure to call & email ahead of time to remind me of the visit. The day of the appointment Andre made sure to call early in his route to let me know his plans & when he would arrive. He was spot on. Very friendly & courteous. We have had two treatments so far. Both encounters provided excellent customer service. The technician, Jaylan was very knowledgeable and explained the process thoroughly and offered to answer any questions before, during and after the treatments were performed. We have just moved into our home in August and our home had a ton of bugs on the outside while it sat for 9 months with no upkeep from previous owner prior to me moving in and I saw a HUGE decrease in the amount after just one treatment. This company provides treatments every other month for upkeep and I will 100% keep this company for all of my upkeep treatments. These folks are the real deal. I was shopping around for some estimates and TruForce was one of the few that responded in a few minutes and not with a generic message. They sent out one of their managers (Jeff) within a few hours for an estimate while others wanted to charge or sign a contract just to take a look. Consistently unreliable. Despite scheduling appts weeks in advance, they cancelled or rescheduled multiple times. That in and of itself is not a big deal. It's the way they did it. One time they sent a text message 20 minutes before our scheduled time window was over, and had rescheduled the appt without even talking to us. No call to give an explanation and/or to discuss rescheduling options. Another time they just didn't show up. No call. No text. I left several messages and no one called back. When I finally talked to someone, no apology was given. Instead, they offers to just cancel my contract. If you care about customer service and common decency, don't use this company. The only reason I didn't give them one star, is because when they did actually show up, they did a decent job. Again, I understand things happen and appts need to be changed. But all they had to do was call. Simple as that. read more

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I was lied to about my plan and what it includes by the salesperson and I still have spiders. The salesperson told my husband and I that they treat for flees and ticks. Well that was not included because my dogs got fleas. I called and spoke to someone about the problem and was told that it was not included in my plan. However, the salesperson said it was and that was the reason we signed up in the first place. The person I spoke to on the phone said he would follow up with the salesperson and see why he didn't add it to our file if he told us he was including it. That didn't happen. I had to call back several times to keep inquiring about it. We are three services in and we are still seeing spiders but now worse than ever. I called to cancel the service and was told that we have to pay the remainder of our contract to cancel. This is ridiculous to pay for the rest of the services when it is not working. I am very upset and will never recommend this company. This has been a very unpleasant experience. read more
