Clearly eager to leave for the day, he wanted to first check whether there was even a pest issue before deciding if treatment was necessary, rather than simply performing the service I was paying for. He also informed me that a complete service is typically performed every six months, which directly contradicts what the salesperson told me at the time of sign-up, when I was assured that complete service would be provided every two months.   Despite this pattern of incomplete service, Natran has had no trouble charging my credit card every single month without fail.   When I informed Natran that I would be out of town for an extended period, they refused to move my appointment up by even a couple of weeks, even though the result would be my home going over three months without any treatment at all, far beyond the standard service window I am paying for.   Reading through other reviews, it is clear that missed appointments, poor communication, and unresponsive customer service are not isolated incidents but an ongoing pattern with this company. I regret choosing Natran and would strongly encourage anyone considering their services to look elsewhere.

We have a brand new RV that we are using as a home away from home for work. We began seeing critters moving around inside after returning to our camper from a recent vacation.
