I saw Micheal's message on a local Nextdoor App and he had an immediate appointment open for 1pm. Technician Will Loza came up and introduced himself as he walked out of his TruForce Truck and said I will start outside for about 30 minutes. Then I will ring the door bell as I am ready for the interior, he sprayed everywhere and then waited for special instructions as I wanted him to get the "Concerning areas" and made sure to hear me out, and oblige. Then went above and beyond to ask me if there was anything else that I needed to be done before he went out. I had TruForce service my business, the initial service was fine. But 30 days afterward they did another service and want to charge me again. The information was never related to me, that they will charge when they come out within the quarterly period. If they had informed me about before, This If that was the case wouldn't use their service. So technically I have to pay double for the first 3 month period. Previous pest control companies I used never charge me for a respray within the first 3 months. read more
