When an entire colony of tiny ants and spiders took up residence in my car, I tried spraying, vacuuming, and even superheating my car (not too hard an endeavor when it's summer in Texas) to try and get rid of the critters. I eventually called EnviroCon out of sheer desperation, making it a last resort before trading in my car. I'm not sure if pest control companies receive too many calls about vehicular infestations, but they took my call with politeness, calm, and - most reassuringly - a plan. We made an appointment for the very next day and they agreed to send someone out to my apartment complex. The entomologist, David, was not only punctual to a tee, but called me while on the road to let me know he was on his way. Once arrived, he assessed my car with a careful eye and then laid down commercial-grade bait, along with spray in all of my car's crevices. All the while, he explained everything and answered my dozens of questions with perfect patience. I was concerned about the spray being harmful if breathed in, especially in such a closed space like a car, but he explained that the products EnviroCon used were restaurant- and resident-safe. It's now been about a month since the appointment, and I've held off from leaving a review until I was absolutely sure that the swarms of crawlies were gone. Sure enough, I haven't seen a thing since my car was treated. I'm SUPER grateful and would absolutely recommend the wonderful folks at Envirocon for any pest needs. read more

Good Customer service- prompt and on time for appointment but it ended there. The tech did not go up to the areas where we heard activity, I asked four times and he said it should be OK when he showed up the next time he asked if we still heard activity and I said yes in the area that you didn't go to last time and he still didn't go there. The worst part is that when he came back the second time he pretended that there were three animals caught when there was really none and we had him on camera. EnviroCon was recommended to me from multiple people on the Next Door app. Once I got around to calling them I had a wonderful experience speaking with Steve and getting a full and thorough explanation on what the process is and how the treatment works. Joshua was the technician that came out and was also very knowledgeable and informative and did a very good job of taking his time and carefully treating my property. I also just received a call from David as a follow up and making sure all needs were met and assured me if I had any questions or still notice pests to call them and they would take care of it. 10/10 would recommend! read more

Signed up in June 2011. Cost $161 for first treatment. Bugs seemed gone. Called a few weeks later because bugs had returned and they said they would come right out if bugs returned. I left a message because nobody picked up the phone. Never got a call back. In Aug I tried to cancel and the man on the phone was rude. He told me he would charge me that same day for 12 months. Fortunately my bank as a lock mechanism. I locked my account and got a new number. When checking my banking I see they charged me $31 in July and August but had never done even a second treatment. I would steer clear of people like this. read more

Unfortunately, the service was not sufficient for ants/spiders/earwigs . We called back to have them spray again & they said it was NOT covered even though we'd previously been told it was. It only changed once we had informed them we would not be signing up for more treatments. Shady. read more

I can't say enough great things about envirocon. The team is friendly, knowledgable, and always super responsive. I received a text from EnviroCon reminding me to unlock my side gate so later that day their employee can spray the back side of the house. Unbelievably great!! What other company would be this organized? If they hadn't reminded me, I would've missed out on my termite & pest treatment, etc., and it would've turned into a headache for all. Con is the important part of their name. They said they would return if I saw bugs. I called 6 weeks later and told them ants were all over the kitchen but they refused to come back for a touch up unless I bought a full year of treatment even though I am moving in 3 weeks. Avoid them like a plague of locusts. read more

Had Envirocon com out to our house to treat for ants and various bugs in around house/garage area. All in all, paid well over what anyone would reasonably expect to pay for the service.....they sprayed pesticide all over my floors without regards to where it was sprayed...it was mopped up the next week when we cleaned the floors. Threw pesticide granules in our attic....which got all over our boxes and stained the plastic tubs in our attic...same for the garage. Do yourself a favor, buy a can of bug spray and do it yourself and save yourself $170. read more

The entire EnviroCon team has been amazing! We called them about an issue on a Saturday and they came out an hour later. A couple of days later we needed more assistance from them and they again came out same day. I definitely feel like a valued customer and like they were willing to go the extra mile to work me into their schedule even though we don't have the same day visit package. George and David were both extremely friendly, professional, patient and quick. I strongly recommend this company for any pest control needs. I am very happy with this company. The owner was very nice and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain things to me. I called, kind of freaking out over a roach that made it's way into my home, and I'm almost sure it was after hours! Top notch customer service! We will be sticking with them and continuing regular visits from them. The service guy that came out the next day after I called, was very professional and very nice. This pest control service is extremely professional and helpful! I called and the receptionist calmed my fears of infestation and offered a phone number to send pictures of the pest I found. I texted the pictures but was having poor reception and the entomologist followed up with me twice, waiting for the pictures to identify the pest.
