I just moved to the area and needed a new service provider. The home I moved into was a foreclosure and then flip. It was vacant for over a year so insects had full run of the place, I needed someone reliable. I compared the reviews, pricing, and services of at least six companies and opted to give Bulwark a try. I haven't been disappointed at all! My technician, Cole B. has been diligent about laying a thick barrier inside and out of the home at every visit over the last 6mo. Normal visits are scheduled for every other month but because my home had a lot of activity to start, Bulwark has been great about coming out whenever I see activity while the treatment takes hold. They aren't reluctant about it at all either, there's no attitude whatsoever either on the phone or with Cole when I ask them to come back out. They are the nicest people and very happy to do it, around MY schedule! My overall insect activity has dropped to basically nothing at this point and I couldn't be happier. I love bulwark. Their customer service is amazing. I truly do enjoy calling them for service because their team is super friendly and proficient. I wish every customer support experience could be like calling bulwark. I also have never had a negative experience with their service. Every person who has come out has communicated effectively (about arrival time, procedure, etc) and has listened to my concerns (where I am seeing ants, bugs, etc) even though I am sure they know exactly what they are doing and don't need any info from me, lol. Another very important consideration for me, bulwark ALWAYS communicates delays with me. Of the two times there were delays (out of a few dozen visits over the years), they immediately called and worked to accommodate my schedule as well as respect their servicemen's time. I know plenty of companies who just don't show and leave me having to call them to figure out the new situation. My last service was done by Chad. He was very friendly and worked efficiently. Bulwark is a recognized name in Houston area and few of my friends had good words about its services.After the first service, I was disappointed. Since the company has a policy to treat the house at no cost if you are not satisfied , I requested another service. Unfortunately it didn't work well. I was thinking of terminating the contracts with them, but things changed when they sent Chance Parmley for the interior and exterior services. After his visit we could see difference. The Roaches and ants were all gone. Chance took extra care in cleaning the spider webs around the property. He treated the front yard and backyard well for wasps and ants. From there on Chance has been performing the services at our property. He is knowledgeable and professional. Bulwark customer service center is helpful, it easy to schedule / re schedule appointments. They send reminder text message for upcoming appointments. I wanted to leave a review for Charles from Bulwark Exterminating. He came to my home today to perform a re-application of chemicals due to me having a reappearance of bugs in and outside of my home. Charles was polite, pleasant, and thorough in doing his job. He arrived right as my wife was putting my toddler down for a nap and he suggested that we do her room first. That showed me the sign of a considerate individual who always thinks on his feet and puts the needs of his customer first. After thoroughly taking care of the inside of my home he attended to my garage and backyard as well. He made sure to do a complete job in both areas just as thoroughly as he did the inside. Literally, before he arrived, I received an emergency call which would have caused me to leave home and miss my service. Bulwark has always been an efficient and attentive company in our experience. They follow up frequently to make sure all of your needs are met. They provide natural alternatives when I ask and are always kind too and careful for my pets. (Currently we have one dog, but we used to have two little bunnies around the house for which we had to be very careful.) Their technicians have always been polite, and thorough. Most recently our visit with Jamie D. was very smooth. She was considerate enough to wear her mask while in the house ( I still wear mine when someone comes over, but 2 are better than 1!). She alerted me that the fresh treatment for ants should be avoided by our pup for at least 30 minutes. She even texted me when she left to alert us that our gates were securely closed with a picture. I've been using Bulwark Exterminating for our moth infestation problem. We've been dealing with this issue since May 2020. I called them some months ago and every one of the guys have been good. I especially want to thank Evan Marcano! He came over and found a hole in the attic where they and other insects must have been coming from. All the other guys didn't see it. Evan checked for other holes and he dusted our roof area. Evan dusted the attic really well, placed more traps as well. Evan is truly an asset to your company. Bulwark sent another tall guy after Evan and I asked him to go in the attic to dust and spray further in. (Bc we still are having issues). I pay extra for that- he didn't go in the attic, he literally stood on the attic ladder and replaced traps and sprayed a little. I was super disappointed. I had the pleasure of meeting Alec today who came to service my property. He was extremely pleasant and polite while answering my questions regarding a lil bug I saw in my pantry. Alec was very tall and was able to see the lil bug on the ceiling without even touching it. Come to find out it was a moth, he didn't have anymore bug trapper in his truck, so he politely said I can call and have them come out again at no charge to me, which I will follow up next week. Additionally, I paid to have mosquito services every month where they come out and spray the grass and near my deck area. I stated the mosquitoes live and breed under a tarp where I cover my outdoor furniture and when I lifted the tarp the mosquitoes where flying everywhere. He was careful not to compromise my pets' safety and focused on my mentioned target areas. He noticed some wasps and without hesitation, added the service for them. He was thorough and informative. He's a larger man, so he made sure to be gentle and non threatening so we and our service dog could feel safe and comfortable. He was polite and diligent, so the visit didn't take best long at all. I Highly recommend Bulwork Exterminating for your pest control needs. My home was treated and the tech, Chad Dear, went around my home to spray a chemical barrier to keep the bugs out. When Chad left I went outside and noticed he didn't spray my porch. I immediately called to complain. My complaint was handled professionally and the company sent Chad back out. I met with Chad who explained the chemical that he was using sometimes leaves a white stain so he avoided the covered porch. He told me if I didn't mind the possible stain he would happily spray the porch. On August 12, 2015 Kelvin Jones stopped by my home and convinced me to give Bulwark a try seeing as Orkin was scheduled to come but never showed up I decided to give them a try. I am very happy that I did. The next day James and Seth Stegall came to my house they were very knowledgably. We had a problem with "sugar ants" they exterminated the interior and exterior of the house. The ants came back so the next week Seth came out again and re-exterminated the interior this time he found the sugar ant nest and got'emmm! We have not seen one ant or any bug for that matter.
