Response time was very quick. Gave a very detailed summary of cost based upon the amount of services that will be required upon site inspection. Had a small hiccup that was addressed with discounted services when it came to scheduling. Once that was addressed, Travis arrived on time and was very professional. Opened my siding and removed what I believed to be a very big honey bee hive. Unfortunately the removal forced bees into the house through a crack. After being alerted of new concerns, Travis completed his work outside and entered my home and removed the bees inside. Travis then sealed up the area to prevent any more entry. Travis with Bee'n Green is awesome! We had a major problem with bees making a home in the soffit of our house and had to literally evacuate the entire second floor due to bees coming inside. After 2 failed attempts by another company to resolve the issue, we decided to try Bee'n Green. These guys did an outstanding job. They went above and beyond to remove the bees, clean the hive and associated nasty stuff out of the house, and sealed up all the potential problem areas on the house. They had to remove soffit material during the work and Travis was nice enough to show me that one of the boards he removed was rotten, I had a new board in my garage and was able to cut a new board and he installed it for me once he was finished with the work.
