I give high marks for Patrick's service and personality. I had critters in the attic which turned out to be possums. I got several quotes and this was among the most affordable. There wasn't any upselling on different approaches for patching entry holes where the animals were able to get in and on capturing existing ones. While he primarily uses black foam for patching holes which was agreed upon, there were several areas that required metal flashing which he was able to install without additional charge. He very personable and honest as he explained the process. He had no problem keeping the traps awhile longer even though no sound of activity had occurred in over several weeks. I would want to take this opportunity to express how great a service that Blackhawk PM provided. We have a garden with a lot of roses. My wife tends to leave leftover fruits under the rose plants as fertilizer. One day she told me that there is some kind of critter eat these fruit every other day. We found out that there is a total of 3 opossums that enjoy these leftovers every night. We contacted Patrick at BPM. He came by and set the trap on the same day. He always texts us 15-20 mins before he stops by and replaces the trap. We ended up getting all 3 of them. In addition, there was one week that I had to be out of town for work related.
