Things always seem to happen on the weekend. This past weekend, we were invaded by an over…read moreabundance of wasp activity that had moved to our upstairs so it was time to call someone with wasp expertise. Fortunately for us my urgent call was responded to by an efficient call center and an early morning appointment was set for the next day with Anytime Pest Elimination & Pest Control. Bright, early and about 5 to 10 minutes before 8, I received a call from "Andrew" that he was on his way. He arrived within that time frame, checked out the situation and immediately targeted where the pesky little critters were congregating inside the house as well as checked the outside and recommended places to be additionally caulked or screened. He prepared his solution and said we should leave the house for about 2 hours. We took 4 hours and ate out and ran another errand we had been putting off. Andrew was very professional, wore a mask and put slippers over his shoes without being asked. His equipment was top-notched. We have a brand new RV that we are using as a home away from home for work. We began seeing critters moving around inside after returning to our camper from a recent vacation. Harmless spiders, but all spiders are tarantulas in my household! Especially when they are crawling across the bed comforter. We had a problem, I needed the camper sprayed ASAP if I was to convince my wife to sleep inside again. The next morning, I got to work and searched online for help with our critter issue. We were having awful bug infestation, ants coming in our home in every bedroom in every restroom, just everywhere. We've also had wasps coming in our home (very terrifying) we had spiders also coming and we also had roaches in our garage basically everything! I called Mr. Miguel to inform him about our situation he answered all of my questions and my doubts, he was very respectful at all times. He informed me of the two options we had the one time work or even the one year when they comes 3x a year service, Mr. Miguel explained both options very well and we had to do the one year just in case our situation came back and so far I'm writing this probably 2/3 weeks after our treatment and I have not seen no bugs no more! Mr. Miguel employees were very respectful of our home informed us when they were coming in even had cover ups for there shoes! and were very sweet and nice. Great quick reliable service this week (9/14/26) just like when we needed them in Jan 2018 to…read moreprotect our last home from more intruders when we found out that mice/rats had been in the attic and garage while previous owners lived there.... over 8.5 years we never ever had a squirrel, mouse, rat, racoon enter our home or attic or garage despite seeing them all over our neighbors' yards who all fed outdoor cats 24/7..... we wanted this house protected as well... we knew who to call. Michael and his wife were fast to respond, clear with what we could choose to do (lots choices) and quick to execute once we decided. We caught one squirrel the first day and two the second.
