It was an absolute MUST that I leave Tyler a great review. My service appointment was scheduled for 9:30am - 12:30p. Literally, before he arrived, I received an emergency call which would have caused me to leave home and miss my service. As I was on the line with a gracious and understanding customer service rep, guess who rang the doorbell at precisely 9:35am?!!!! Tyler... He was punctual, polite and understood my urgency. He informed me of the timeframe needed to access my home (which he covered first) then he would complete the outside work. The young lady on the line stayed on to ensure my issue would be resolved and no rescheduling was needed. Tyler performed the routine checkup in a fast and thorough manner. Thanked me for my time. Not only did he spray the residence but also sought out the reason spiders were appearing. There was a slight crack over the front door that he quickly fixed. You want these guys doing your bug killing! We have used them since we moved to Texas nearly two years ago. Our house had been sitting empty for a couple of months before we moved into it, and the ants moved in before we did. From the very beginning Bulwark did a very thorough job certainly going beyond my expectations. The results have been terrific. Our home borders some open land which is full of critters including fire ants but none make it on to our property anymore. Tyler is about as friendly and helpful as a person can be. I love bulwark exterminating! They were the 2nd company I hired to get these spiders and bugs out of my house and they have done a great job. I have been with them for about a year now. I love how they spray a dust Inside of your walls instead of a liquid to get the bugs that are living inside the walls that we can't see. Tyler is so nice and helpful every time he comes out to our house. He takes care of all of our concerns and comes back anytime in between free of charge when we have some extra little friends that come to visit. This company is always on time and fits me in! So today I just had my second service, which should've been my third, but I've been to busy for service. Anywho Tyler came over again, sprayed my place a little heavier, since I've missed my past service, and told me about some wasp nests in my fence that he killed. I didn't even know they were there! Tyler is awesome! Every time he comes out he does a thorough job and makes sure I am completely satisfied. We were having trouble with wasps and he came out and took care of them. It took a few times to get them all. They didn't charge me for the extra trips and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He is so friendly and helpful.
