I used Rabka Pest Control for the first time today to take care of roaches that come frequently. Rustom is very nice, thorough with his services, and knows what's best for their clients. His rate is fair and he was able to come on short notice. This was mentioned in other reviews, but I also like how his company doesn't oversell and does a one-time service (a lot of other businesses I called require us to pay high fees for multiple services). I was introduced to Rustom Setna and Rabka Pest Control by a friend in 1998. This was when we moved to Sugar Land. I met Rustom when he came to the house and told me about their pest control service. They used the bait method and did a quarterly service. If necessary, they would come out to treat any issues in between. We moved within Sugar Land in 2005 but have Rabka servicing our pest control needs even now. Living with dogs we see the need for safe pest control treatments which we are getting from Rabka. I have no words to say as to how impressed I am with Rabka Pest Control, their knowledge and expertise in the services they provide. They have been doing my extermination quarterly for 20 years but I decided to write a review now due to the excellent service and response I ran into most recently. I noticed that I couldn't walk out of my front door because my front porch was taken over by bees. I thought they were honey bees and I searched high and low trying to find the comb with no luck. I called Rabka and told them what the problem was and they sent Steven the very next day. He came and promptly informed me that these were "carpenter bees" (something I had never heard off) they attack wood and he showed me all the sawdust on the floor. I have a cedar swing on my front porch which they had gotten into and had bored holes in my swing. When he showed this to me I was floored. Could not believe the amount of damage these carpenter bees had done. He sprayed the area and informed me that the whole swing will need to be treated and he would return the next day with extra help. He promptly returned the very next day and brought the owner of Rabka with him. They tirelessly filled every single hole the bees had made with some medicated putty looking thing, sprayed the area and within a few hours all the bees were gone. He asked me to spray clear acrylic on the swing to prevent the bees from coming back which I did. I was elated having the bees gone and my swing looking brand new. I would highly recommend Rabka for any of your pest control needs. I have four dogs and have NO bugs in my house. Comes to mind another incident from 6 years ago when fire ants got into my dogs treats (4 bags of very expensive chicken jerky) I freaked out and called them. They were there within the hour. They traced the fire ants to the outside of my house where there was an anthill and they were coming in my house through a weep hole in my brick exterior. He immediately sprayed and destroyed the anthill and sprayed the affected cabinet and within 10 minutes the ants were dead. Ofcourse my maid had a lot of cleaning up to do. Could not believe how many dead ants came out of that cabinet. These guys are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. If you are looking for an honest, hard working pest control company that guarantees results - please look no further! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner himself and I can personally guarantee his work ethic. My husband was out of town, and we found a mouse in our pantty, I dont deal with pests/bugs/rodents well and I have young kids - so as I am frantically calling my pest control company at 4pm and other companies to see who can come. My company flat out refused and said sorry its too late. Other companies were charging an astronomical figure to make a night run. The owner of Rabka came to my house at 9pm because he said he heard the fear in my voice and since I told him I had young kids he said he would do it just to help me out. He didnt charge me a dollar for the service!! I signed up with him to do out pest control going forward and cancelled with Bugco.
