We found a bat inside our home and called them out in early 2024. They claimed to not find any colony and they sealed up all entry points. Several months later we found another bat in the house. They came out and found they missed sealing a spot and there was a large colony that they could not remove yet due to the season and baby bats. Finally in late 2024 they got them out and sealed up the house again. Now it's January 2nd 2025 and I get a call from home with screams of panic because a bat is flying around the living room. I rushed home and it was like a scene out of Dracula with a bat flying at high speeds around the living room and dive bombing me as I wildly tried to catch it with a fishing net. Thankfully I got it and took it outside. But I don't feel safe in my own home and these pest control "professionals" have failed to live up to what I paid them to do. The fact that this is multiple attempts to get it right and admission of mistakes has me irate. I'm still awaiting a call back from the manager to address my concerns.
