All about the money. Zero integrity. Killum Pest Control had no problem billing my credit card month after month--for 95 months--totaling over $6,400--while rarely performing the services I was paying for. No interior treatment since 2019, no bait station service since 2023--but the charges just kept coming. I've been battling cancer since 2022 and even let them know, yet they offered no alternative, no adjustment, no discount--just kept billing like clockwork without delivering the service. What's worse? They recently told me that the bait stations on my property belong to a third party, something they never disclosed when I paid for installation years ago. Now they want to retrieve the stations but still refuse to acknowledge the lack of service or offer any credit for services not rendered. I asked for a resolution. They refused. They are more concerned with equipment and recurring billing than customer care or accountability. Stay far away from this company. Jacob is highly knowledgeable and experienced. Based on the odor and the footprints, he quickly identified squirrels as the source of the attic noise. Even though the appointment was delayed by a few days, he arrived in the morning, set up an effective cage trap and successfully caught a squirrel that same afternoon. After Eric removed the squirrel, the team continued to monitor the attic for several more days. Once no further activity was detected, Jacob sealed the entry point, resolving the issue. The guy that came out did an awful job. I have had worms hatching and spiders in my kitchen, a huge roach ran in my back door and a giant beetle flew into my hair as I was reading a book in bed. That was so much fun. When I called them, the girl said we don't cover spiders. I have called her twice since about the roach and the beetle. She started to tell me that they didn't cover beetles but only roaches and I pointed out to her that roaches are beetles. Never will I use these people again. Ever! Ever! read more

Robert, my sales rep, was informative and he told me that I did not have active termites. I already knew that and told him I still wanted the contract for 2 years to protect the house. The technician came out Friday and actually did the work. He was fantastic and I am very happy with the work he did. They sprayed for ants at the same time. I passed by there Shop stopped in to see if I could buy a few traps. They sold them to me on the spot their traps worked perfect. I have three dead rats so far it took one hour to get one. Great service from the employees will be returning to get more traps. read more
