Highly recommend Pest Bros. I had a terrible experience with bed bug treatment from a huge national chain, and Randall came in and really helped me out. He was thoughtful, thorough, and great at explaining everything in a way that helped me understand and gave me a lot of comfort. He was able to find bed bugs where the other guys weren't, but also confirmed that the treatment they had done should work. He didn't charge me for the inspection but he did give me good advice. I found the pest bros when looking for a local provider for the in2care mosquito system- a passive, biological mosquito control system that doesn't impact other pollinators. as you know, the official bird of houston is the mosquito, and they are super in to me for some reason. anyway, the office personnel is top notch and answered all questions i had about the system. the techs came when they said they would and were very knowledgeable and helpful. they helped answer some questions i had about other pests without trying to sell me additional services- much appreciated! the pest bros do take care of all pests: insects, and furry types. they come as scheduled every month and service the system. invoices are sent immediately. it's great to find a provider who is on their a-game and doesn't require hounding. read more

Randall is the best! He showed up on time, assessed our issue and confirmed it was Indian Meal Moths invading the pantry of our newly purchased house, rather than the termites that I feared. The other companies we contacted had a 3 hour appointment window and Pest Bros only tad a 30 minute window, which was great! We had three other pest-control companies out to do bids. Mr. Parker's recommendations - and his demonstrable reasoning behind same - were what won Pest Bros the contract (e.g. Here's what I'm seeing, here's what I recommend doing immediately, here's what I think you can do later, & here's what I think the other guys got wrong & why). Pest Bros employs the most up-to-date pest control methods that exceed industry standards for safety & effectiveness.
