Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

From the time we signed on, communication was clear and prompt - the ladies at the office are honestly some of the nicest I've encountered in Houston, and every person who came out, from the person who did the pre-install visits to the team that came out to do the actual job, were courteous and explained very clearly what to expect. No interior treatment since 2019, no bait station service since 2023--but the charges just kept coming. I've been battling cancer since 2022 and even let them know, yet they offered no alternative, no adjustment, no discount--just kept billing like clockwork without delivering the service. What's worse? They recently told me that the bait stations on my property belong to a third party, something they never disclosed when I paid for installation years ago. Now they want to retrieve the stations but still refuse to acknowledge the lack of service or offer any credit for services not rendered. I asked for a resolution. They refused. My husband called to let them know we were interested, but no one answered. We tried calling 3 more times and still no answer. We decided to leave a message. We tried one more time about 20 minutes later, and still no answer. Finally the lady called back, I believe her name was Loretta. We made an appointment for a few days later (earliest appointment they had available). The man came today and he was very nice. He sprayed everywhere in the house as well as the garage and around the house and backyard. He was very nice and talkative (in a good way). The visit was very quick, I kind of would have liked a little more explaining like when should I not see any more bugs, and if I do see bugs still if I should call and they come by again? I just looked it up on their website (they do come back if you see bugs) and noticed that they offer a 20% coupon to new customers.
