ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Robert Holmes was the inspector who gave the quote, and the pricing was completely dishonest. I was massively overcharged for work that was not properly explained or quoted upfront. To make things even worse, the actual work was done horribly. My backyard is completely destroyed with open holes, badly installed items, and an overall careless mess left behind. I wish I could post pictures here.. working on canceling this and getting my refund. DO NOT let anyone from this branch come to your house unless you want to deal with overpriced, sloppy, and unprofessional work. Unreliable! You must be on top of them to do their job, otherwise they just show up, put ant bait and leave. No wasp nests removed, no garage traps replaced. We requested interior service 3 times and the account t records showed as completed, but James never showed up. When we called customer service, they said he came and we weren't home. We have cameras and James never showed up. read more

We have used a pest control company and they weren't able to get rid of our problems with roaches, ants and spiders. We decided to call Orkin and are really happy that we did. The technician was very friendly and answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns with the treatment. The treatment included spraying, bait and traps. We are very pleased at the thoroughness. read more

Had 2 no shows so we canceled our service. My daughter talked me in to trying them again, against my better judgement. All went well the first visit. When I called to reschedule our second visit I was told it was not time despite the agreement I had when I called the 800 number to sign back up. During the call to reschedule, the local employee was not helpful. I requested a supervisor. Michael came on the phone and said he didn't care what I was told, only he could approve that, and since he didn't approve it they weren't going to honor coming that soon. I had to wait two more months. Period. I tried to remind him the reason they (corporate) had offered for them to come back out again the second month (and at a reduced price) was for their failure (at the local level) to come as scheduled those 2 previous visits; we had been at home waiting on both days all day and nobody showed up. I was told it did not matter, and he did not help me resolve the issue. He said they (corporate) could not make him come out twice and he was not going to do it. He never apologized for my inconvenience, simply said, "Nope, I don't have to, so I am not going to." I highly recommend looking elsewhere for pest control, I know I will be. read more

If I could give negative stars I would!!! I'm literally disgusted and exhausted with the lack or care and integrity this company has. All that "we treat your home like our home" bs can be shoved where the sun don't shine. I thought when shopping around for pest control company with out a doubt this would be the best fit for me. Apparently I was swindled , being all the promises made to me when not only scheduling an appointment but also paying I've yet to receive a proper service but (1) out of the (3) times I've been working with your company. Your not honest as a company so why would expect any else from the employees your hire. I was finessed within my first month of my initial payment of over $200 were I was put on automatic payment to be withdrawn from my account which I had no knowledge of . When ask how can you charge for a service I have yet to be called scheduled for she got an attitude and stated "well do you want to schedule now ? " and we can unenroll you in the automatic payments . I stated " no" I will go ahead and keep the auto payments just to ensure the process could be handled and be done quickly. I scheduled an appointment for the next Saturday which on my account states I'm only available for Saturday's due to my work schedule. For the tech to come out and blatantly LIE and state he serviced my home which is gated and you CAN NOT enter from any point if its locked which is was that day .. So please explain where and when did he service my home if he could not enter due to it being LOCKED !! I called and asked from them please send someone else out because clearly that tech had issues with completing his duties and I didn't feel comfortable with someone LIEING about service my home coming back but instead they sent the same tech. He sprayed but when asked can he put the gel down for the ant issue I was having he told me it was unnecessary. Me think he's the expert I listened and a couple weeks later same issue ANTS and my money yet again being withdrawn without any message to get scheduled again or anything. I took it upon myself again to call because at this point I feel bullied by these ants and this company for my needs not being met but yet I'm money is being spent. I scheduled for this past 5/4/24 Saturday waiting nearly 2 weeks for this appointment when YOUR automaniac voice systems states " if you are having issues between appointments no worries we can get schedule as soon a possible no fee" is false advertisement if I have to wait nearly 2 weeks to be serviced. Nevertheless I wait and 2 days before I call and request for whatever tech they send to please bring the GEL for the ants because that seem to calm them done the first time. For Saturday to arrive my appointment scheduled between 10 am- 4pm I'm presently home with the gate unlocked with not 1 but 2 vehicles outside of my door. At 10:25am I receive a message stating the tech has arrived I can visibly see him outside my window so I open my front door where I can see him inside his truck I'm think oh maybe her hasn't started and will walking up to the door soon.. NO ! as I'm looking out the window I see him pull off and leave I immediately called Orkin as I'm on the phone with the rep watch the man pull up to the stop like I then receive a text message at 10:35 stating he has serviced my home. But how if on the phone with Orkin before he can document him finishing. When I received the email report he stated he finished at 10:45 but still I'm confused when I didn't even finish my call with company. He stated he knocked but no answer the rep confirmed that if no answer is made the techs have company cell phones which they are to call the resident as another form of communication which was not done .. But also keep in mind there was (2) vehicles present at the time but a note was left on my report no live action was seen !! For me not to even offered for him to come back later that day or anything just basically deal with until Monday I still had to reach out myself. Unacceptable . Tried setting up an inspection for pest control services a month back. Set it up online and was give a date and time for them to come out. No one showed up to my address so I called the 800 number and complained. I was told they would notify the shop again and reschedule the inspection visit. Still haven't heard a word from them, judging by the other reviews sounds like the POS shop manager cant be bothered with new customers. Looks like I will be taking my business else where. Want my advice, don't bother with these guys they love to waist time and allow people to be invaded by ants without a single care in the world. read more

Reliable service. It's a little pricey but the service is needed and I'd rather not do it myself. I signed up for 1 year and will renew when my contract is up. The guys that come are always friendly and very thorough. I've had no problems at all with the service. read more

Horrible. Horrible. Thought this was a great company, back in the day..... guess they fooled us. My wife stated he walked around and looked the house over and did more talking and asking questions about: "Who all live here? You live here with somebody?" Our wedding photos were all over the house. When I went outside to see did he dust down spider webs, they were still up there and the spiders were alive also. Never use this company for nothing. They stated they were to go in the loft and spray for prevention, since we had no problems in the home.... oh well, he did not do this either. Got my wife to sign a "agreement", but I cancelled that thing immediately. If you are trying to get pests, call these guys, they have 2 legged ones also. read more

Please do not use this company!! I cancelled my account November of 2016 and I got a bill in the mail of November of 2017 stating someone came to my house and sprayed. I never requested to be done let alone thought it would be done period. I cancelled my account a year ago, why is this company making fake invoices to bill people and scam them! I called them December 20th and told them about their mistake billing me and she said she would take care of it. I get another bill in the mail December 26th. I called again told them how upset I was. The lady on the phone was less than professional. Avoid this business! read more

Avoid Orkin - they will not deliver, send you random technicians, never answer the phone, and charge you for their lack of service. 10 years ago, Orkin was THE BEST you could get. We never had a bug problem, always had the same technician, and their customer service was responsive and helpful. Now? You can't speak to a customer service person because they will put you on eternal hold. You will have a different technician every time and they won't arrive on time. Scheduled one of our last appointments 4 weeks in advance; did not receive follow up of any kind and then when the technician completely missed his window, their office could not get a hold of him. Finally, they come back on the line and tell me that he will call me directly. Weird. He calls me and says that he didn't know he had an appointment and to just contact him directly from now on. THEN I needed service in between visits, called and left a couple of messages, never received a call back and they never showed up. The final straw was when they did not let me know they were coming out for their bi-monthly treatment, the tech just shows up at my house and they call me when he is already at my house and ask if we need treatment indoors as well. Supposedly he treated outdoors, but 2 weeks later I have bugs in my house now. Needless to say, I have cancelled, they won't give me a refund because their manager is ALWAYS out of the office and I am going with a different pest control company. read more

really wish I could give these bums a zero. avoid this company like the plague. they lie through their teeth. they do not respect you as a customer or as a person. they are garbage. they should be deeply ashamed of having the audacity to bill for their NONservice. edit - I thought I should flush this one out a bit, so I actually came back to add some detail. this review was not a mistake or an off-the-cuff remark. I mean it from the bottom of my heart. my tech is a hardened liar. i caught him red-handed for the last time and i am not getting screwjobbed any more. this company has done jack squat but fraud me out of my trust and my hard earned money, and it boils my blood just thinking about it. from what I can tell, this stinks of a company that has no regional oversight, and does not hold their technicians accountable to any authority. the thing about it is that I have what has to be one of the easiest accounts you could ask for. its only a 1000sq ft house with outdoor attic access. I do not have any problems inside the house, only a few pesky roof rats in the attic because some idiot who moved in the neighborhood started feeding the stray cats, who usually take care of the rats. I checked to see why my attic still had the problems a few months into the service to find that the tech not only did not bait any of the traps, but left them in a pile near the entrance of the attic, and to make matters worse, some of the traps were already sprung!!! he was literally just showing up, and putting a work receipt in my mailbox! shameless!! and not at all funny. I called them to report this, and they said they would have someone come out here and take a look. they never did. the last time my tech came by, I made sure to be here. so he went up into the attic. I followed him up into the attic, which he didn't expect, and that's when he put on a show about "finding the traps in a pile" "who could've dunnit?" and that whole jazz. he was bold faced lying through his teeth. when I asked about baiting the traps, he said that he is not supposed to do that for liability reasons. (sounds like bs) then he goes to his truck and produces a bag of dog food, used as bait. (why would that be in there if he does not bait the traps as part of company policy? another lie that's why). as far as i am concerned, this company stole my money. read more
