I would highly recommend staying away from this company because they tend to just show up on the day of your service on their convenience and never once have they been able to accommodate the timeframe that I was promised I just canceled my contract with them after being with us for several years and have been dealing with this issue every three months. Over the series of experiences I've had, it was strangely somewhere in the middle. The positive side was that they were incredibly responsive. The customer service is on point and the attitude of their management is definitely a class act. I have no doubt this is a major driver for their most positive reviews and deservedly so. The part where I struggle is the mixed experiences from the various technicians that had come to one of my properties that had an ant, cockroach, and spider problem. The initial $160 was a bit higher than I expected, but a small price that I was willing to pay to rid the property of creepy crawlers. Jason and Servando (sp) extremely brief in their initial run of the place. Even after their treatment, I still saw plenty of spider action where it was clear were not that thorough. After explaining my situation to their staff, they assigned the manager at the time, Daniel, to come back and apply treatment the way he intended. He went nuclear with a whole host of sprays and was extremely thorough both inside and out. His work made a world of difference and there was very little bug activity for close to a year. He was thorough in his explanaition and super transparent with his approach. If every experience was this thorough I think I'd be more receptive to future service. He has unfortunately left the company. Typically they recommend treatment 3 to 4 months. The subsequent visits after my initial concerns were not charged, which I'm thankful for but should not have taken that many times just to get the desired result. It was close to $250 for carpet ant treatment, which felt out of my budget but was assured that the chemicals would be different than the standard ones used for treatment. I was presented with a 30 and 60-day warranty which is fine but not something I elected to go for this past time around. While I'm sure they've done stellar work for other households and other properties, I do wish that I was able to experience the same magic on a consistent basis.

I looked for a company to remove and treat the affected issues. I could see two areas when they came out they found one more. We assume it was raccoons not in the attic nor crawl space. First time having this issue but it's been resolved. I am a bit concerned since it rained last night post cleanup and treatment. I'm hopeful it solves the issue and I won't need to address again. There are no pictures post cleanup. I documented photos of what I saw to get an idea if I was calling the right company to handle.

They did an excellent job! Pam had come alone previously and tried to do this job by herself but really needed an additional hand moving the washer and dryer. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. I have an existing contract with a large company but they wanted to charge me over 4k for treatments, special insulation, etc. so I reached out to Bug State on a recommendation. Bug State saved me from spending $4300 and getting an unnecessary treatment. Ken could have sold me on a lot of work and I wouldn't have known any better but he was honest, gave me real information and never pressured me. I highly recommend them for any pest services. While I still have that contract with the big company, I will be calling Bug State for all future work. Integrity is something that is hard to find these days but it seems to be a cornerstone of how they do business.
