I would highly recommend staying away from this company because they tend to just show up on the day of your service on their convenience and never once have they been able to accommodate the timeframe that I was promised I just canceled my contract with them after being with us for several years and have been dealing with this issue every three months. He found the source of the entry, got on a ladder and took a picture. His solution: wait til I don't hear it anymore and call them back and they can seal it up. Seriously? Paid 59$ for this - for nothing. I called wildescapes. Matthew said "I'm gonna come put a one-way trap up there, seal all but the trap and I'm gonna do it right now" The squirrel was gone by the afternoon. I will say biotech called me back an hour after their tech was out here. Office person asked if I would like them to come put a one-way trap on the vent? You know what??? that would've been an excellent suggestion for the tech to make while he's sitting here talking to me and STARING AT MY HOUSE but it's too late now. She said they could send a more experience technician. Then why did you send that one to begin with? Don't waste your money- call Matthew.
