Scam of a company. We paid for a service due to wasps building a nest. Two days after we were "serviced" the wasps are back building again in the same location. The associate confirmed I had one final spraying scheduled to complete the contract. I agreed to keep that appointment (scheduled for the 12th) and then terminate. The associate recommended I wait a bit after the service to ensure there were no issues before calling back to finalize the cancellation. She did not give me a specific timeline for this. Then, on June 12th, the technician canceled my appointment via text at the last minute. They rescheduled for June 16th, and the service was finally performed. I waited just under two weeks to make sure there were no problems. However, when I called back near the end of the month, I saw that a charge had been applied to my account on June 28th. I was shocked because I had specifically called to cancel weeks prior. Today, I spoke with "Brayden" in the accounting department. I explained the situation and asked for a refund and termination. He refused, citing a clause in the agreement that states I will continue to be billed until I speak to their accounting department--even though I was instructed to wait by the previous associate. He refused to refund my money. The "solution" he offered was to put the charge toward a future credit for September, or I could pay an additional $70+ to get service earlier. Essentially: I paid for a service I don't want, cannot get a refund, and will not receive another treatment unless I pay more money. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency, the miscommunication, and the "gotcha" policy regarding cancellation. It feels less like a service agreement and more like a trap to continue billing customers who are trying to leave. Advice to others: Be incredibly careful when you call to cancel. Do not accept "wait and see" advice; get a clear timeline and confirmation in writing, or you will be billed indefinitely. read more

We were told via text message when we signed up that we could cancel at any time because we were renting. Went to cancel today because we are moving and our new place has pest control already covered. Well it's not easy. They want you to jump through a million hopes or they will continue to charge you. Brayden is a jerk so good luck dealing with him in accounting. Just a scam of a company honestly. We had fleas in our home and called on a Saturday for our very first treatment. They came same day and treated the interior and exterior and also took care to make sure they didn't put granules in the back for our chickens. Quintelro was very helpful in explaining the process and what we needed to do after returning home after the treatment. They are now coming monthly, which I didn't love, but also we spent way more than $60 in the process of getting rid of the fleas (laundry, cleaning, etc), that it's nice to have peace of mind going forward. read more

Brooks treated my unit 3 times in April 2026. I still have tons of bugs. The second time they were scheduled to spray - they never showed up. I have loud door bell & 2 dogs. Office said they must have treated the wrong unit? The third time they finally arrived the tech had me unplug my oxygen unit, put it in the closet and leave for 30 mins for spray to dry. So Brooks put my health in damager during the first treatment. I will attempt to cancel my contract and will update you. Brooks is NOT worth the hassle and treatment is not strong enough to kill common bugs! read more

Ongoing Charges for a Problem They Never Fixed Review: I hired this company to treat my home for ants, and while the initial visit seemed promising, the problem came back within just two days. My family and I were still dealing with ants inside the house--getting bitten in our sleep--which is completely unacceptable after paying for a service like this. When I reported the issue, I was told to "give the chemicals time to work." Instead of resolving the problem, they placed me on a recurring service plan that charged me every three months. Despite repeatedly explaining that the treatments were not working and that I was dissatisfied, I was told I could not cancel because I was locked into a one-year contract. Over the course of that year, I spoke with multiple representatives, including two managers and an account manager. Each time, I made it clear I did not want them returning to my home or continuing to charge me for ineffective service. I eventually had to go out and buy my own products to fix the issue myself. Now, a year later, I'm still dealing with billing issues, and instead of resolving my concerns, they've offered "free services"--which is more of something I've already said I do not want. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I rely on reviews when choosing services, so I want others to be aware. I called only this morning for the appointment as it was necessary to get this done today and I was scheduled and completed before 5:00. This is a very big scam simply on the information being given by them when you hire them, they offer a montly service and you decline and state its okay you just want the one time. Well they always refer you back to the paperwork you signed stating in there that it is a 2 year contract. So for sure that is how a scam artist works.
