We had fleas in our home and called on a Saturday for our very first treatment. They came same day and treated the interior and exterior and also took care to make sure they didn't put granules in the back for our chickens. Quintelro was very helpful in explaining the process and what we needed to do after returning home after the treatment. They are now coming monthly, which I didn't love, but also we spent way more than $60 in the process of getting rid of the fleas (laundry, cleaning, etc), that it's nice to have peace of mind going forward. read more

Brooks treated my unit 3 times in April 2026. I still have tons of bugs. The second time they were scheduled to spray - they never showed up. I have loud door bell & 2 dogs. Office said they must have treated the wrong unit? The third time they finally arrived the tech had me unplug my oxygen unit, put it in the closet and leave for 30 mins for spray to dry. So Brooks put my health in damager during the first treatment. I will attempt to cancel my contract and will update you. Brooks is NOT worth the hassle and treatment is not strong enough to kill common bugs! read more

Technician Vernon was very professional and polite. He did his job very thoroughly and explained in detail what was he doing. I appreciated that he was particularly careful about my small dogs, spraying his chemicals and setting up the traps in areas that would not be dangerous to my pets. Ongoing Charges for a Problem They Never Fixed Review: I hired this company to treat my home for ants, and while the initial visit seemed promising, the problem came back within just two days. My family and I were still dealing with ants inside the house--getting bitten in our sleep--which is completely unacceptable after paying for a service like this. When I reported the issue, I was told to "give the chemicals time to work." Instead of resolving the problem, they placed me on a recurring service plan that charged me every three months. Despite repeatedly explaining that the treatments were not working and that I was dissatisfied, I was told I could not cancel because I was locked into a one-year contract. Over the course of that year, I spoke with multiple representatives, including two managers and an account manager. Each time, I made it clear I did not want them returning to my home or continuing to charge me for ineffective service. I eventually had to go out and buy my own products to fix the issue myself. Now, a year later, I'm still dealing with billing issues, and instead of resolving my concerns, they've offered "free services"--which is more of something I've already said I do not want. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I rely on reviews when choosing services, so I want others to be aware. Our Brooks Technician Julio went over and beyond with the thoroughness of his first inspection today at our condo. He was prompt and professional. I called only this morning for the appointment as it was necessary to get this done today and I was scheduled and completed before 5:00. Their pricing is fair and competitive but I have to mention that Mason, the scheduler, was excellent as he clearly described the pricing and explained the process start to finish. He's the reason I went with Brooks. Consumers need clarity and honesty start to finish. I talked to two other Houston extermination businesses and they could not compare to my experience today!! This is a very big scam simply on the information being given by them when you hire them, they offer a montly service and you decline and state its okay you just want the one time. Well they always refer you back to the paperwork you signed stating in there that it is a 2 year contract. So for sure that is how a scam artist works. "well you should of read what you signed" You also shouldn't be telling people that there is a montly service if you'd like, yet when it is denied you are still forcing clients by what they signed.. read more

The overwhelming majority of phone calls are outsourced overseas: I have encountered too many operators whose English speaking skills are poor. I was given [was not able to select] a date for a service call; the window was 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. I finally contacted someone in San Antonio who was able to give me a four hour window instead. As well, the obligatory contract is required before the first service occurs: substandard. I am most disappointed. read more

I almost went with this company because it did sound like a good deal when it was presented to me by the door salesman Jack. But I spoke to my current provider and they were able to offer me the same but for less. Plus I don't like to be on a contract. I specifically asked the salesman if it was a contract because I don't like contracts and he said " we just like for you to give us a full 12 months but that's it really". When he sent me the form to sign it was indeed a contract for 12 months. I also looked up the company and saw that the salesmen can get ugly if you decline and they are not BBB. So the next day I canceled my appointment. A few hours later the salesmen knocks on my door and rings my doorbell. I was a bit confused at first as I had already had to speak to two ppl when I called to cancel. I told him through my doorbell camera that Ihad already talked to someone & I'm ok. And he still kept trying to talk to me about it I told him again that I had already talked to someone and I was ok. He still persisted & was very pushy which quite frankly I felt very uncomfortable so I stopped responding. He said "hello hello" once he realized I wasn't talking back and then said "can I get a bottle of water while ur still here, it's hot as hell, (pause ) ok cool talk that was fun" then walks down my porch. I have cameras all around my home so I can hear and see everything. As he walks away he says "what a pain in the a**, holy sh*t bro , uuughhh dam* ppl are retar*** Man sh*t" I have all of this on video. Very unprofessional and I'm glad I did not choose this company. there is no place to put no star..These people said no to a contract for the service as they wanted me to do a trial then I could decide on the quarterly contract...in the meantime they came did the intial so called trial but since then they have taken 2 payments from my account with no work done on either month they took monies out so I called and said nope didnt want to do business with them and I also inquired about the 2 payments and was told oh we do that and as the 4th month came up we would have the quarterly payment thats what the contract says..I said no that wasnt what I was told and I wanted them to stop with what service they are taking monies out for which I havent gotten as of yet and besides what they did I have more living animals and insect than I did before they came so now they said I had a contract and I would have to pay 230.. to end it as we kept talking the thing on the other end of the phone started getting pushy which made me angrier repeated to stop taking monies out of my account and if I owed anything just as I told them before I wanted a paper billing which I have never received that or a copy of so called contract..He proceeded to tell me then he would have a billed sent and I again repeated do not take any more out of my account..now I went to the bank which is maybe 20 minutes from my house and he had already taken a payment of 270 from my account ,not 230 as he quoted, plus they still kept the 2 monthly payments that no job was done so they owe big time...Having heck trying to get things squared away because they be crooked company..
