He mixed the special sauce for the underground wasp nest in his backpack sprayer and had another can in his hand for the aerial assault and marched into the danger zone. He probed/dug up and sprayed the area and underground very thoroughly. Soaked the larvae and honeycomb looking blocks. He's a natural pro wasp killer. read more

Extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. I originally wanted and understood that I was signing up for a one-time service, but the terms were not clearly disclosed to me. At no point was it made clear how long the service would take, what the total cost would be, or that I was being enrolled into a two-year membership/commitment. The way the cancellation policy was presented made it seem like I could cancel at any time, which is why I felt comfortable moving forward. When I later tried to cancel because I only wanted a one-time service, I was informed that I was actually committed to a two-year membership. Had that been clearly explained upfront, I would have never agreed to the service. I feel the pricing, timeline, and length of the membership should have been disclosed clearly and upfront rather than being buried in the terms. Customers should not have to discover after the fact that they agreed to a long-term commitment when they believed they were purchasing a one-time service. As I was coming to the end of my 12-month contract (paying ~$36/month for quarterly services), I knew I wanted to terminate my service. On June 9th, I called to inform them of my intent to cancel. The associate confirmed I had one final spraying scheduled to complete the contract. I agreed to keep that appointment (scheduled for the 12th) and then terminate. The associate recommended I wait a bit after the service to ensure there were no issues before calling back to finalize the cancellation. She did not give me a specific timeline for this. Then, on June 12th, the technician canceled my appointment via text at the last minute. They rescheduled for June 16th, and the service was finally performed. I waited just under two weeks to make sure there were no problems. However, when I called back near the end of the month, I saw that a charge had been applied to my account on June 28th. I was shocked because I had specifically called to cancel weeks prior. Today, I spoke with "Brayden" in the accounting department. I explained the situation and asked for a refund and termination. He refused, citing a clause in the agreement that states I will continue to be billed until I speak to their accounting department--even though I was instructed to wait by the previous associate. He refused to refund my money. The "solution" he offered was to put the charge toward a future credit for September, or I could pay an additional $70+ to get service earlier. Essentially: I paid for a service I don't want, cannot get a refund, and will not receive another treatment unless I pay more money. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency, the miscommunication, and the "gotcha" policy regarding cancellation. It feels less like a service agreement and more like a trap to continue billing customers who are trying to leave. Advice to others: Be incredibly careful when you call to cancel. Do not accept "wait and see" advice; get a clear timeline and confirmation in writing, or you will be billed indefinitely. read more

Due to confusion on my part.I was not home to receive the young man Cory.But He took the initiative to do my front yard as my dogs were in the back.I was thankful. especially since I was able to set out in my yard and not be bothered by fleas.I even let my cat run around in the grass and she only had two fleas on her When I checked her before going back inside and that was about a hour later. We were told via text message when we signed up that we could cancel at any time because we were renting. Went to cancel today because we are moving and our new place has pest control already covered. Well it's not easy. They want you to jump through a million hopes or they will continue to charge you. Brayden is a jerk so good luck dealing with him in accounting. Just a scam of a company honestly. Pest control service wasn't even good either so I wouldn't even recommend them for that if the contracts were better. Look elsewhere and pay more trust me! read more

We had fleas in our home and called on a Saturday for our very first treatment. They came same day and treated the interior and exterior and also took care to make sure they didn't put granules in the back for our chickens. Quintelro was very helpful in explaining the process and what we needed to do after returning home after the treatment. They are now coming monthly, which I didn't love, but also we spent way more than $60 in the process of getting rid of the fleas (laundry, cleaning, etc), that it's nice to have peace of mind going forward. read more

I appreciated that he was particularly careful about my small dogs, spraying his chemicals and setting up the traps in areas that would not be dangerous to my pets. Brooks treated my unit 3 times in April 2026. I still have tons of bugs. The second time they were scheduled to spray - they never showed up. I have loud door bell & 2 dogs. Office said they must have treated the wrong unit? The third time they finally arrived the tech had me unplug my oxygen unit, put it in the closet and leave for 30 mins for spray to dry. So Brooks put my health in damager during the first treatment. I will attempt to cancel my contract and will update you. Brooks is NOT worth the hassle and treatment is not strong enough to kill common bugs! read more
