I have been there twice. One ok experience and one good one. The first time the lady didn't do a very good job of cutting my cuticles. It looked a little sloppy and the gel polish she applied started pealing off about 9 days later but was suppose to last for 20 days. The second time I went it was GREAT! They were all super nice, and the lady did an amazing job. It has been 2 weeks and the gel still looks great, but I might go back this weekend just for fun. Decent manicure and pedicuare, but watch out for their sneaky "add-ons" you will end up spending a lot more than you expected. SO THEREFORE, for a $28 dollar pedicure they just splash on some salt scrub and barely massage you. I will not be returning. They talk too much amongst each other as well. read more

If you're looking for a pleasant, relaxing experience AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Weekday or weekend, appointment or not, you will waste most of your time just sitting there waiting. The owner simply refuses to keep her salon even moderately staffed. Don't get me wrong, when you walk in you may actually get seated right away. But then the excuses begin...we have to do a quick wax first, so-and-so was here before you (when you saw with your own eyes, while you ever so patiently waited with nothing else to do but read old magazines and curse your fate, that they came in after you), you're up next, and so on and so on. They have such a lack of respect for your time it's comical. The owner will tell you every lie in the book just to get you in the chair, where you will spend the first 45 minutes of your visit soaking, and wondering if your turn will ever come. If that's what you like, then go for it. However, if you (like me) would prefer not to waste your time while your feet slowly turn into prunes, then please save yourself the trouble. There are at least 6 other salons within 3 miles of this place. And all of those are infinitely cleaner, comparably priced, with nicer staff. Not even worth one star. read more

OK, this place is awful. I have been here before and gave them 3 stars but this is just ridiculous now. I had my nails done on Saturday. First they fought me over the $5 off coupon, then they forgot to give me a new stamp card for my full-priced pedicure. Within minutes my nail color looked bubbled and the next day one of my nails chipped! I wasn't even doing anything to chip them. I should have just walked out when I sat in the pedicure chair and my nail person spent more time on her cell phone and asking me how to send pictures via text than on my toes. This was NOT a relaxing experience and I swear I will stick to the Norco location from now on. I usually go to Lee nails at Dos Lagos which do great work but the person that always does my nails was not there so I gave this place a try. Big mistake. They do good work but they overcharge and gauge costumers, I think. I just got fills and gel on short nails not even long, no cut down no replacing nails and WOW $32. I've never heard of fills costing that much anywhere. I usually pay $25 and I always leave a $7 tip. I just left these people a $3 tip. They lost a good costumer. Never going back again. read more

Literally the worst nail spa I've been to. Not only did I spend 30 min "soaking" my feet in cold water, but the staff continuously lied about someone coming to help me so that I wouldn't leave. Once the guy started doing my pedicure he shaped them horribly, then attempted to stop right in the so that he could start on someone else's fill because she was threatening to leave. When I spoke up and said I needed to leave by 3pm he reluctantly started painting my toes. He paid absolutely no attention to detail and my pedicure came out horrible. I didn't have the energy or time to argue with them about it, plus I received a gift card to their spa for my bday so I wasn't spending my money but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this establishment to anyone. My teen-age daughter wanted to do her nails as her birthday gift. We reached this store at 7:10. As soon as we entered, the lady asked my daughter what she wants to do. She answered. All the ladies over there were busy. So we kept waiting. After few minutes, the same lady asked again if my daughter wants to do both hands and toes. She told just hand. We kept waiting. At 7:30, to our surprise, the same lady told my daughter to come back next day because they close at 7:30. What??? When I asked why she had not told us earlier, she repeated "We close at 7:30". I even mentioned about the birthday and requested again. But, the stupid lady said "we open at 9:30 tomorrow". If they did not waste that 20 minutes, we could have gone to the other Nails shop at the next shopping complex. I curse their business to close within this year. read more

I am extremely impressed! I was in a pinch with time and the place I go to regularly was closed today so I decided to give this place a try. I called first and Tony answered and told me to come down right away so I did. Tony was quick but gentle at the same time which I can't appreciate enough because the lady I normally go to cuts the skin on the sides of my thumbs every. single. time. Don't ask why it took me this long to find somewhere different. I showed Tony a picture of how I wanted my nails done and he did them exactly how I asked. I went in because I wanted to get a pedicure done & I had called and they said come in. I get there and I had to wait for a long time & I kept asking her if I was next all she kept saying was 5 more minutes. The one who did my pedicure wasn't able to remove my ingrown toenail and she said I need to see a doctor. I've never gone to a nail shop where they have told me that Usually where I've gone they always take it out and it wasn't as bad where it needed to be removed by a doctor. I seldom write yelp reviews but this has become one of my favorite salons! I have been to so many different salons and have ended up unhappy whether that be with the quality of the nails or the service. I usually get a gel manicure and gel pedicure here and they always do an amazing job and pay attention to detail, which many other salons I've been to, do not. I have got acrylics before by Amy and she is the sweetest and does an amazing job! Tonight I visited the salon and I forgot to catch the name of the lady who did my nails, I have had my nails done by her before and loved them but tonight she went above and beyond for me! I came in on a Sunday(forgetting what day it was and that they close earlier) but I was still taken care of! I know that can be a nuisance but I was very appreciative that I was helped! And she was really sweet the entire time! I've been to so many other salons in the corona area, and I believe this salon is a hidden gem. They have great service and very reasonable prices for such! Worst service. The lady doing my nails seemed like she has no idea what she was doing and was extremely rude to me. Didn't think it was that hard to figure out which color I wanted my nails to be when I showed and brought her the color I wanted. Her hands were extremely clammy the whole time she was doing my nails which felt very weird. She painted on the color she didn't even give me time to let me nails dry before she moved onto the next person. Then when I paid she charged me way more than I normally pay, and she said it because my nails are long. I do not like long nails and they are the same length I always get them. I tried so hard to give this place a shot. Gave it a chance 3 times. Each time I was told "only x minutes" and they made me wait double. I let it slide even tho 90% of their chairs were empty and they always seem understaffed each time. Today was the LAST straw for me. I came in while my car got washed and they told me 10 minutes. I told them "are u sure only 10 minutes? I have to pick up my car in 1 hour or else they will close and they have my keys.. Will I be done by then?" They kept reassuring me I'd be done on time. I sat in that chair for 30 minutes before anyone came to me. I even said "look if I go run over there and get my car right now, can I come right back to my spot and not have to wait all over again?" They said yes. I ran over, grabbed my car, ran right back. I walk in to see they put another girl in my seat and told me I had to wait for the next nail tech to be ready. They lie about wait times just so u won't leave then make u wait way beyond the quote. I don't mind waiting as long as I know how long I should expect to wait. That way I could have planned accordingly. I will never give this place another opportunity to waste my time again. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but my experiences at this salon need to be shared with the rest of you all. I have gone into this salon since my sophomore year in high school, about 4/5 years ago. Management must have changed to where Amy is the head lady in charge. There have been multiple times where I have gone in, not even been greeted, or given to a nail technician who is clearly not getting much business. These nail technicians (both men) butchered my nails SO bad that the next day, my nails started FLICKING off, and I would constantly get comments about how bad my nails looked. I came into the store multiple times afterward to complain to Amy (the manager) and she simply tells me that I should have explained what I wanted better, and that they can't do refunds or even a nail fix on the house. ANYONE who has ANY experience in the customer service industry knows that especially with LOYAL customers, you do anything to make sure that they are happy and keep coming back. I am absolutely disgusted by the way Amy treated me that day and I really hope everyone follows my advice and goes elsewhere for a manicure. I will never step foot in that place again. read more
