They show me their appointment book which has so no other appointment following mine but claims I can't be seen for being "late" Zero care for the person in front of them. Waste of my time to drive here. They will gaslight you like no other. Edit to add: this is not false info - this has happened multiple times and I've continued to go because I liked one nail tech there. Being asked not to return as a loyal customer is another clear sign of their poor customer service. These events occurred and are true on multiple occasions.

The nails were not cut or shaped evenly, and the polish application was also very messy and did not look good. I tried to politely explain that I was unhappy and asked if they could fix the shape, but I was repeatedly told, "That's just the way your nails grow." I understand that everyone's natural nails grow differently, but isn't the whole point of getting your nails done to have them properly shaped and even? If I'm paying for a service, I expect the nails to be filed and shaped correctly rather than being told that the uneven shape is simply how my nails grow. I tried to give them an opportunity to fix the problem while I was there, but unfortunately I left feeling like my concerns were not taken seriously. Looking at my nails afterward, I genuinely couldn't believe they thought this was an acceptable finished result. I normally try to be understanding when something isn't perfect, but this was a really disappointing experience. I would not return or recommend this salon based on my experience.

I first went to Angie's Nail Garden in July because I needed my nails done for a family vacation. I booked my appointment online, and when I arrived, I was greeted and offered a drink. Everything seemed fine at first. When it was time to paint my nails, I specifically asked for a pink and white ombré French tip. Instead, my entire nail was painted white, and then the tips were painted pink. I was very surprised by how they turned out and told Angie that I did not like the way they looked. Instead of removing the white gel, she painted another color over it. I wanted to say more, but I also had an infant waiting for me and did not want to stay any longer. The following week, I went to another nail salon to have them fixed. Even the new manicurist pointed out that the second color should not have been painted over the first one. This made me feel that my frustration with the experience was valid. My second issue was being blocked from scheduling appointments because of cancellations. I had booked several appointments, but there were times when Angie did not respond in a timely manner to confirm whether my appointment was approved. Because I had not received a response, I would cancel about an hour before the appointment. If there is a cancellation policy, I feel appointments should be approved or denied in a timely manner so customers know whether their appointment is confirmed. Overall, I was not happy with my experience. Being blocked from the scheduling system may be for the best, as I do not plan on returning.

Definitely not worth the $130 spent . Nails started lifting after 5 days while I was on a business trip. It wasn't just one nail but 3. After 8 days I had 5 lifting. I normally can go 3 weeks without any issues with my fills elsewhere. Pedicure was fine but should have gone with the basic pedicure because the massage was just her slapping lotion around on my legs. I will go anywhere else for half the price and receive nails that last.

The original experience was disappointing, but the way Anthony responded afterward really changed my perspective.
