At 1:28pm, another client arrived for her 1:30pm appointment. I was then asked if I could have my pedicure done first while Chloe helped her next client. This meant I would have to wait for my manicure to be done while she worked on someone who had an appointment after mine. Essentially, I would have been waiting nearly double the time to have both services completed. I make appointments because my schedule is limited, and I value my time. It felt like my appointment was not being honored. If double-booking is part of the scheduling process, that should be communicated clearly in advance. Unfortunately, I chose to leave without receiving any services because I did not feel comfortable waiting significantly longer than my scheduled time. I do not recommend this place if your time is limited.

The person who took over was nice, but I kept running into frustrating little issues--bubbles in my polish, uneven dip powder, you name it. When you're paying good money, those little flaws really start to add up. Thankfully, one of my best girlfriends introduced me to Christina, who has over 20 years of experience in the business, and thank the stars she did! From day one, Christina has been an absolute gem. Over my past few visits, she has been consistently punctual, clean, friendly, and reliable. My nails come out beyond beautiful every single time--smooth, detailed, and completely flawless. Plus, she is amazingly FAST without sacrificing an ounce of quality! To top it off, my daughter got to enjoy an appointment with her as well, and we are both over the moon happy! Finding a master technician who respects your time, delivers perfection, and treats your family so wonderfully is rare. Christina has gained customers for life!

She is knowledgeable of what her clients need for the care of their nails and offers a wide range of nail applications. I personally went from gel to acrylic with gel and then the dip method. I love the dip method the best! Her French manicure look (my favorite) was constantly complemented on by other women. But best of all, was when Covid 19 hit, closing the salons, she and her entrepreneurial spirit prevailed! She came to my home, using all the Covid precautions and did my nails!!! Yay! What a blessing not only for her (continue working) but for me and all her other clients who wished this type of service! I miss her greatly!!! Michelle moved to Southern California to be close to her family. I am very happy for her for that! In the meantime, finding her replacement will be a challenge because to me she is irreplaceable! It was ok- just like any old nail place. Not very cleanly- products and bottles dirty. I had to…read morehave the guy go over the acrylic again because when he filed them down they were paper thin and bending- still are way too thin and bending. Shaping is off- both hands look completely different and were different lengths. I didn't want any length off my nails but with all the filing they are super short. I had to fix them when I got home. I had a design I wanted that was pretty simple and they wanted to charge me $40 extra for it. Won't be coming back. I did tip because they did the work and know sometimes that's all they get (I've worked in the beauty and service industry). All I liked about the nails were the polish color. I was hoping this could be an alternate place for when my normal nail girl is on vacation or has an emergency like in this case- but nope I'll wait for her next time. Response: I've already had a nail break because of how thin they are. The cleanliness needs to be improved the bottles were dirty, files dirty, tools not cleaned after use. The man who did my nails did not know what he was doing. I expected more from a "luxury" nail salon- and it is just like every other cheap nail place out there only with higher prices. The staff was very friendly and the overall customer service was great. The quality of work was very poor. Maybe more training for the person who did my nails. Yes I had ombré acrylic and they did have to file that off but they should also not be left with only a fill in acrylic at the bottom and no restructuring of the whole nail- which I would gladly pay extra for if needed. I am just used to better quality nail care I guess. I tried to communicate what I wanted and it just seemed like I wasn't understood.
