Trevor's is a cool spot as it's a liquor store and a pizza spot. We went early to beat the dinner rush and got a table immediately. Overall the pizza and salad were good but not anything incredible, especially for the price. The beets didn't do much for the salad dish and could be swapped for a citrus. The pizza came out steaming hot but they said they had no utensils to grab it like a spatula and we had to use our hands so we waited for it to cool down. The pizza was okay but nothing special for a $33 pizza. We got the better than ranch sauce for $1 and we'd rather just do regular ranch next time, if they offer it. Overall I'd likely not be back unless I'm desperate for food.
This is an easy review-- if all you do is come here for the pizza, you'll be happy. The pizza is SO good. There's also a full bar at this location. And on top of that since it's Trevor's, you can shop around the store as well. Both times I've been here, it's been pretty busy so that's just something to be aware of, there could be a wait for the dining area. If it's your first time at Trevor's, it's a great liquor store with multiple locations. I live closest to the south Scottsdale one. I come to this location typically after going to Undertow across the street. There's a large parking lot for Trevor's and the other businesses in that plaza, however it can get busy. Apologies for no photos, just went right to eating.
I had never been to Trevor's until today. My coworkers suggested it as a place to go eat and hang out after work. Everyone spoke highly of the pizza, so I gladly agreed to go. It did not disappoint. When we were sat down, we were quickly greeted and given water by our waitress. She was very kind and patient while we waited for the rest of the party to arrive. We then ordered our drinks and pizza to share. I ordered the cold brew-tini, which was delicious! We shared the double pep pizza and the white sausage pizza. Both were delectable. Upon finding out that we had two major milestones to celebrate, our waitress surprised us with two pizza cookies. These were a hit! Overall, it was a great experience. I would come here again.
Every time we come to Trevor's, we always have a good experience. The pizza is always spot on, and the service is top-notch. Who knew someday I could go to a liquor store where I could shop, eat, and just relax! I grew up in a state that had "state liquor stores" that were always so stuffy and closed at 6 p.m. The vibe here at Trevor's is always so fun and inviting!
We've been dying to try this spot and went on the Tuesday before New Year's Eve and no surprise, it was absolutely slammed. Since they don't take reservations, we waited at the bar and had a drink. The bartenders were quick, friendly, and made excellent craft cocktails. We tried the Sicilian Old Fashioned and were genuinely blown away by the depth of flavor. Unfortunately, that's where the strong service ended. There were three open tables for about 15 minutes with no one else waiting, yet we weren't seated until we went back up to the host to ask; at which point we were seated immediately. Once at the table, we waited another 15 minutes before seeing a server and again had to check in with the host. When our server did arrive, the experience didn't improve. She came across as rude, took about 10 minutes to bring a bottle of wine we ordered, and didn't offer a taste before pouring. The service remained inattentive throughout the meal. That said, the food completely redeemed the experience. We loved everything we ate. The Caesar salad was crisp, fresh, and perfectly tangy. We then ordered the white sausage and spicy pepperoni pizzas in the large size and they were MASSIVE. The ingredients were fresh, the sauce was delicious, and the prices felt very reasonable for the quality and portion size. Despite the service issues, the food alone will bring us back. Hopefully next time the front-of-house experience matches how good the kitchen clearly is.
After a long while, we returned to Trevor's to find that it is STILL the best pizza in Phoenix. Everything is made to perfection. We ordered the Cesar Salad. It was made with a hand-crafted dressing that provided great flavor and an immense amount if freshness. The pizza remains king. We ordered the White Sausage Pie, which was the perfect choice! Dustin was our server, and he did a fantastic job at making sure our questions were answered, our waters were filled, and our needs were being met as guests. Another 5-star experience!
Another one book marked and experienced! This spot is good for a casual night out. It's very different with a liquor store and a cigar bar all in one place. The liquor store has all sorts of things that you don't normally see and it was beautifully arranged. Clean Restaurant section; It is all about sitting at the bar and the tables that surround the bar. Interesting cocktails and intriguing mixtures. Limited menu, but everything we had was delicious. Great caesar salad (split the large portion) and a the Trevor's combo with the Calabrian Chili Relish is a must! It was presented nicely, a liitle greasy but did appreciate that thin crust with solid toppings. Get the Roasted Garlic & Parmesan Dipping Sauce to dip! Good beer list. My son had their pumpkin à la mode (awesome) and great service from the bar staff. Enjoyed the atmosphere with the old retro-themed vibe! Next time, will try the white pizza as that came highly recommended by two different regulars we sat next too!
First shout out to the bartenders! Our girl I wish I had her name was amazing. The drinks were 11 out of 10! I'm super indecisive and she created some cucumber egg white drink. Don't know what it was but super refreshing and it hit. We did order a white sausage pizza and the bacon on it was delicious. We did not take pictures of that because we ate it fairly quickly. All in all a great time in the Arcadia location would go back also because of this location, we will be trying the old town location with some coworkers when they come into town in a couple weeks. Overall, super glad we stopped in super fun little find and when you're done or when you're waiting, you can walk around our liquor store that has really good whiskey, selection and even had some samples going around.
I've heard about this place for years and know this is a staple of the Arcadia neighborhood. This place is always busy and they don't take reservations for smaller parties, just be aware of that- but the wait is 100% worth it. The good news is that this restaurant is also a giant liquor store, so there is plenty to space to explore as you wait for your table. There is a solid draft and cocktail menu, but they are most known for their pizza. I highly recommend their Blood Orange Blonde on draft. We ordered the house salad to start and it was very freshly prepared. We ordered the White Sausage pizza and Trevor's Combo pizza with ranch and honey on the side. Both pizzas were jam packed with great flavor combos. I really liked the white sauce on the White Sausage pizza and the chili relish as the topper on the Trevor's combo. I can't wait to come back and try their other pizzas!

Great ambiance it's lively. The pizza is delicious with just the perfect crunch on the crust. Our waitress Tiffany was great she was a ok helpful and recommended some pretty good pizzas. I didn't take a picture because I kept drinking it but you just try the red sangria made by Nathan the one with brown hair we will definitely be back for more or even to just have a few drinks read more
Some coworkers and I were looking for a happy hour spot with good food and Trevor's was my suggestion....it was a hit! For context, the "clean and sober guy of 17 yrs" was picking the happy hour spot...wrap your head around that :) I've seen the reviews and heard great things about Trevor's, this was my shot. The place is huge! For the food side of the restaurant, there's couches, typical bar area, high tops, tables, booths, etc. Great options for any occasion. Plenty of TV's to catch a game as well. We were greeted quickly and the service was spot on. We ordered the Trevor's Combo 11 inch (6 slices) and a Margherita 11 inch. Loooved both! The pizza is as advertised, delicious!! We had a group of 6 and it was just enough for a "snack." Drink wise, I opted for the No-Whiskey Sour mock tail, which was really good...I got 2...I had to drive so I had to limit myself :) On a scale of 1 - 10, go to Trevor's, you won't regret it! Ordered takeout and one of the pizzas was missing an ingredient. We ordered the seasonal veggie and the arugula was missing. I noticed after we got home and could not go back. I sent a message on the website but nobody cared. The other pizza had good flavor. Both of them were really thin in the middle and difficult to eat. This seems to be an issue with the large pizzas only. read more
Met a friend from the East Valley at Trevor's. Had a great time. Our service was stellar! We grazed on a board and then ordered a pizza. Drinks were incredible. A tad over priced.... But hey... what isn't anymore? I loved the vibe and the store was fun to walk through. I will be Bach! read more

I'm sure with a bunch of others Dave Portnoy had us wanting to stop into Trevor's. We went during lunchtime and it wasn't busy. Service was super friendly and it's a cute spot to dine in. They had the windows open so having the nice cool breeze in was great. We ordered the meatballs, Cesar salad with grilled chicken added, mushroom pizza and a summer strawberry mocktail. The meatballs were $18 came with 4 meatballs, sauce and some bread. They were really delicious meatballs!! Would get again. The Cesar salad was fresh and the grilled chicken we added was seasoned perfect and not overcooked. The mushroom pizza was perfect. Great flavor, could've used more mushrooms was the crispy wood fired bottom crust was delicious! Overall, great lunch spot for delicious food and friendly service. Would stop in again! read more
I met a group of friends at Trevor's around 4:30pm on Tuesday night. It was the perfect time, right before the crowd. The large windows were open but I didn't hear the street noise considering how crowded the parking lot happened to be at that time. I thought the restaurant and store was kept very clean and neat. Our server was Tiana and she was pleasant and attentive. We were never left waiting. It is a small menu but I felt a perfect amount of items to choose from. We ordered the Charcuterie, meatballs and the Prosciutto pizza. I will just say that they were all absolutely delicious. The sauce with the meatballs was so tasty I almost asked for more. The meatballs were tender and flavorful. The pizza crust was just right. Super crispy and flavorful. I loved the pizza and can't wait to try some other choices. The charcuterie board had the perfect assortment of items. I wish I would have taken pictures of the food! After dinner I decided to shop for some specialty liquor I couldn't find at the grocery store. There were at least 2 or 3 staff members walking around assisting customers and they knew exactly where the items were we asked about. They were super helpful and nice. I had no idea what to expect. I will definitely be back to Trevor's. read more

I met a group here for a happy hour as my friend lives down the street and loves it so he talked us all into trying it and I'm glad he did! The ambiance and seating was great! The staff was knowledgeable and we got great service. The manager even came out and was super nice! And the pizza was super yummy...it did get a little loud with music by the end of the night so it was a little harder to talk as a large group but then we just played musical chairs lol. read more
Wow now I knew why people are crazy about their pizza. They are delicious! The meatball is also delicious. I like that I could taste juicy meat in the meatball. Their liquor selection is always great, like their original location. You should get here early if you want to get the table for their food. We got there a couple minutes before 11 and people started to come in for the restaurant side non-stop. read more

Okay so pizza in a liquor store? Why not?! This place shocked me when I received a friend referral for amazing pizza near the central PHX Zipps location. Headed down and was pleasantly surprised to see a little restaurant tucked away in the alcohol haven. It's not weird- it's to the side and adorned nicely. Hostess was really nice. Ambiance was accepting and filled with love! The pizza was SO good and the Caprese sandwich even better! They just need a few more vegetarian appetizers/starters to seal the deal. Trevor's has been on my list for a while. Very interesting concept. I think it definitely attracts a young crowd for obvious reasons. We came on a Thursday night and waited probably 10-15 mins which was not bad. I love that we could bring our dog. Service was welcoming and friendly. I loved the ambiance, very relaxed and great spot to come hang out with friends although we did see a few couples. I ordered the beet and goat cheese salad to start and so glad I did, it was fresh and tasty. We got the Trevor's combo with the Calabrian chili on the side and the white sausage pizza. My favorite was definitely the Trevor's combo - meaty and flavorful. I am glad we went without the Calabrian chili as both the hostess and the waiter told us it was very spicy. We got the 11" and it's a good size for 1 person. Parking was good. I suspect it gets even busier on the weekends so plan ahead. All in all a great experience and I would definitely come back. read more

Came here on a Saturday night, waited about an hour 1/2 for a table. We killed some time around the store & some of the shops next to the restaurant. I know our waitress was busy and I'm sure the kitchen was slammed with how busy it was, but the service was ok at best and we needed up waiting an additional hour for 1 pizza. Honestly the pizza was not worth waiting almost 3 hours in total. If you do come to try their food don't do it on a weekend. read more

My sister and I visited Trevor's last weekend at the recommendation of....some loud guy on a plane home. New life lesson--maybe loud guys on planes are on to something? Because this place was fire. We had a brief wait before being sat, but it wasn't a huge deal because we just browsed the retail element of the restaurant. Once we were sat, my sister started with the Summer Strawberry mocktail and it was like summertime in a cup; she really enjoyed it. We each got a smaller size pizza, with me doing the white sausage pizza and my sister doing the mushroom pizza. I also ordered a side of Trevor's version of ranch. Everything was delicious. Our food came out fairly quickly and was super hot. We kept marveling about how random and wonderful this find was. We finished off with the pizza cookie. It was not overly sweet, but in a good way. It was quite tasty. We will definitely be back and maybe even tell people on planes about it! read more
I finally made it to this place after seeing what Dave Portnoy's pizza score was. I was also intrigued about it being connected to a liquor store since I'm always in search of hard to find bourbons. I knew I wanted pizza with my main three important ingredients of red sauce, cheese, and a good crust. Quality topping can then be added. Me and the wife decided on a Trevor's Combo, which included spicy soppressata, sausage, spicy pepperoni, and Calabrian Chile relish. For drinks I ordered a Weller's 12 year old bourbon and my wife had a Michelob Ultra. The pizza looked fantastic with its charred crust and toppings. There were ample toppings on the pizza with melted gooey cheese. I took my first bite and I was hit with Calabrian chiles. It over powered the whole pizza. I almost ordered this pizza without the chiles because I was afraid it would take away from the experience I craved. It tasted like Sambal chiles. I tried to remove the chiles, but it still overpowered my taste buds. I think this would've been an excellent pizza if I ordered it without the chile relish. The crust was flavorful and I liked the chew. I blame myself for the pizza. I know other people may like the chile relish on their pizza, but I wanted a "normal" pizza for my first time trying this place. It's the only way I can judge an establishment for its pizza. I couldn't even judge the pizza on the quality of their ingredients because all I could taste was the Calabrian chiles. But next time I'll keep it simple. Yes there will be a next time because I can tell the ingredients are good quality. I just need to be able to individually taste them. Our server was awesome and friendly! So kudos to her! The hostess was also very friendly! I liked the vibe of the place. It had sports bar vibes but wasn't! You can bring your significant other, a date, family, or large group. Finally got to try this pizza place out! Dave from one bite pizza reviews came to give this place an 8.3! Inside this liquor store there's a pizza restaurant. The pizzas were thin and crispy! White Sausage was my favorite! Usually white pizza are not my top choice, but the flavor was so good with all the ingredients. Spicy Diavola was my second favorite. It was not spicy so definitely have room to add in red crusted peppers. Prosciutto was my least favorite. This pizza was too sweet for me. Also, I didn't like how the fig jam was just big chucks and many chucks of them throughout the pizza. If you love sweet pizza, this might be for you. We've passed Trevor's a million times and finally made it a point to stop in. I am so glad we did! Trevor's is a combination liquor store and restaurant/bar. When you walk in you can head either left for the store or right for the bar and restaurant. There was a half hour wait when we got there, but two seats were opening up at the bar, where there was no wait. We decided to grab those bar seats. There were several people behind the bar, and they work together. I like that any of them can help you at any time. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We ordered a delicious orange vanilla hard cider and a coke. We decided to share a large Caesar salad and a pizza. The salad was big and I really liked the croutons, which had a slight spicy bite to them. The double pepp pizza was delicious. The crust was thin, just the way I like it, and we both commented about how good the sauce was. Yum!!!; This place is busy, so be prepared for a wait. The good news is that the store is fun to visit and look at some of the great bottles and labels. Some of them are really works of art. read more
I saw Dave Portnoy's review on the place, and decided to head down to check it out. It was myself, my brother in law, and my 2 kids. We got there right at 11am when they opened and were the first people in the restaurant. By the time we left at 12, the place was getting very busy. Anyways............we went with a Large Trevor's Combo and a Small Cheese Pizza. We had waters to drink and my brother in law got a beer. How was it? Amazing! One of the top 3 pizzas in Phoenix IMO! The Trevor's Combo came with pepperoni, sausage, sopresatta, and a grip of calabrian chiles (a little spicy). This pizza was packed with toppings! The dough was pretty thin though, so it kind of made the pizza floppy. No problem though, I ate mine with a fork and it was one of the best pizzas I've had in Phoenix. Good crust, good char and all the meat toppings were incredibly delicious! They use Bianco tomatoes for the sauce, and you could tell. Fantastic! Great pizza! The cheese pizza was tasty too. A little bit greasy, but easier to pick up and eat. Kids liked it and ate about 2 pieces each. Service was attentive and friendly. They have a nice bar, as well as about 10 pinball machines ($1.00 a game, my kids played a couple times). Clean and fancy restrooms with personalized thick paper towels bearing the Trevor's name. Nice touch! I will definitely be back soon and also take my buddies here when they come out for Spring Training. I have a couple slices leftover in the fridge and can't wait to eat them tomorrow. A lot of people on here talking about Dave in their reviews, but I've had this spot on my list since seeing Trevor's on Diners Drive in and Dives with Guy. We were in the area checking out a few other things and it was a must stop. Locations parking was easy. Which if you know the area can be much harder at some spots. Location was pretty good size. We were greeted right away when walking into the store which was awesome and just off to the right is your restaurant area with full bar, booth or table seating. Towards the back near the restrooms is a cozy seating area as well with couches, chairs and a few video games. So if you'd like to chill and drink but not have food this is also an option. We were seated instantly which was a plus. Just in time too because as time went on the place got busier and busier. Our server was great and we had our drink orders fast. I was pleased to see sours on tap which not may place tend to do. The menu is vast alcohol wise, but food is more limited. There are some great options here for appetizers like charcuterie boards, salads etc and of course your pizzas. I had a few of my kids with me and one is insanely picky when it comes to pizza. It can be frustrating, but with their double pepperoni option it was a win. There were about five other pizzas to choose from if I remember correctly, but the make your own option is nice. The pepperoni was good, nice kick to flavor and the crispy crust phenomenal. It was quite loud so if that bothers you may have to opt elsewhere. The location was bright. Clean and felt a little more upscale from your typical neighborhood pizza joint, but not stuffy by any means. If you'd of told me this was hiding inside a liquor store I'd of been so surprised. Great stop with some delicious pizza for sure!last but not least this spot definitely has insane liquor options. There wasn't anything we couldn't find here that we loved. read more
Had pizza at 2 different location over the weekend but saved the 5 star rating for Trevor's. Everything thing was delicious about the pizza. Cheese, crust, marinara sauce, and all the different meats. The service was great and the ambiance unexpected for a pizza joint and liquor store. Had multiple tvs going so you can watch any sports game. read more

Always looking for great pizza and I found it!!! Trevor's pizza is the best I've had since moving to Phoenix! Had a byo small mushroom and pepperoni and the pepperoni was very crispy and the crust was crisp! Caesar salad also was perfectly made!! Love the dressing! Even used it to dip the crust. Tried a couple beers and they were both great! They have about 20 beers on tap! Love the bar/tv set up for when the games are on! Also amazing selection liquor store. Can't wait to go back! read more

We finally ventured to Trevor's Liquor, thanks to the pizza hype machine known as Dave Portnoy. Naturally, we ordered the "closer to an 8.4" and the white sausage pizza--because why not combine our love for pizza with a side of questionable life choices? Both pizzas were so good--perfect undercarriage, zero flop, and tasty AF! Our server was the sweetest and the vibe was so chill with various football games on big screens. We'll definitely be back for another pizza review! ;) read more

Overall a great experience. I ordered the Mushroom pizza which had mushroom, basil, and garlic. The garlic was the best topping and pulled everything together, and the crust was super crunchy and fluffy. The pizza overall was a good consistency and had good crunchy, I really loved that it was soggy. The flavor was also great, seasoned well. The interior and ambiance was also great, super cute decor and seating. Staff was also nice and helpful! read more

Visited with a couple.of co workers on a Wednesday afternoon. We have the "Closer to an 8.4" and "Spicy Diavola." Both of those pizzas were fantastic, so much so that the 3 of us ate almost both of them, there were maybe 3 slices left. The crust was crispy and firm, the tomato sauce was flavorful, and the meats on the spicy diavola were flavorful as well. The place wasn't crowded, but had a healthy stream of patrons. After eating, we browsed the liquor store and grabbed a few cigars and drinks to take home. read more
Brought my boyfriend here based on Dave Portnoy's most recent visit to Phoenix. He is a big fan of Dave, so you can imagine the excitement when I mentioned Trevor's recently earned Dave's best review in the valley. Came around 2pm on a Tuesday and we were still pretty surprised with the amount of people here during a slower time of day. We were greeted right away by a gentlemen who may have been a manager (?) and he told us we could sit wherever. We sat ourselves in a booth and our server, Gabby, came by quickly. We did ask for beverage recs but she was not of drinking age, so understandable on why she couldn't provide drink recs. When it came to the menu, she was able to tell us about the popular pizzas and how to order them which was helpful. For drinks, my bf ordered an IPA beach-fu and I got the oaxacan sun. I really enjoyed my drink and the mezcal was not overly smokey. Now to food - my bf agreed the Trevors combo is the best pizza he has had in Phoenix. The cook on the pizza was perfect and the crust/undercarriage had the right amount of crunch. The chilis on there were so delicious with the proteins on the pie. He wasn't a fan of the proscuitto because of the sweetness of the fig, but I did enjoy the salty/sweet combo. Gabby was spot on recommending "light" arugula on this pizza, I do wish there was more saltiness from the proscuitto. Overall this is a cool spot. Some place you can pick up local brews, grab a cocktail and a super delicious pie. Ambiance is nice and the service is nicer. read more
