Came in at 11:15am with hardly any customers in the place and tons of staff and took forever to even get acknowledged and then get a drink. Came to get lunch but because of the lack of service left and went somewhere else. I go to the North Scottsdale location and it's never like this. I've been wanting to try Trevor's for a long time, and I love how they've expanded around the valley to different locations. This is such a cool setup. 2/3 of the location is a huge selection of liquor and spirits, many of which are local and also global. They give samples at the front, which is a nice touch. Now to the restaurant! The other 1/3 is a fairly small restaurant with a big bar and somewhat limited seating. Expect a wait, but there's lots to do with some games and tvs showing a lot of different sports. The pizza was excellent! Thin and slightly chewy crust. I had the Trevor's Combo and the flavor was top notch. My mom had the Seasonal Veggie and loved hers as well. Our waitress was really attentive and one of the sweetest. Love that there's a location in Phoenix! I loved how welcoming the staff was. The selection of beer, wine, spirits, cigars, and even N/A options is 10/10! The arcade and restaurant are a very nice plus. A great stop for some great finds or to refill your fridge/bar. The prices are also reasonable for a majority of their selection. The restaurant & arcade areas are also a fun way to spend time with a date, friends/family, or by yourself. It is extremely welcoming and inviting. Awful customer service here from the hostess. We put our names on the 30 minute waitlist, and after 30 minutes, two seats at the bar opened up. Upon sitting down, the bartender said "it's going to be an hour long wait for food orders." This is unacceptable. If people are coming in for a table to have a meal, this information should be stated up front. Tell me before I put my name down that it's gonna be 30 minutes until I'm seated, and then another hour before I see food. It's inconsiderate to waste 90 minutes of a customer's time. Had I known this information up front, I would not have stayed, and would not have needed to write this review. To make things even worse, the hostess approached us and asked if we still wanted our table. I mentioned to her that we should have been told up front that there was a 60 minute food wait in addition to a 30 minute wait for a table. She was defensive and said "well that's not how it was when you guys checked in." She forgets that I approached her twice to check in on our waitlist status. I'm baffled at how a food wait can go from 0 to 60 minutes during the timespan we stood around there. Just take accountability and apologize. It's basic professional restaurant staff conduct, which apparently is asking a lot. The $50 bottle of gin I bought is nice though. Trevor's please do better. read more

The craze has been growing and finally got a chance to check it out! Of course, I wouldn't have known about this place without social media-via Dave Portnoy's pizza review. Arrived around noon time. Checked in with the host and told us it would be a 10 minute wait. Took that time to check out the liquor store. What a variety of spirits! If you're looking for something to try, come here. I love candles and surprised to see liquor themed candles. They all smelled good! I should've gotten one. Next time! Received a text that out table was ready. Our server was great and accommodating. We ordered the Double Pepp-Fripper'd pepperoni. It came with generous slices of pepperoni. I enjoyed the thin, airy slice. The crust was perfect. The only personal downside was the grease drippings but hey that's what makes a delicious pizza right?! Next time I would try the margarita pizza. The Caesar salad was decent;I enjoyed the infused chili kick to the croutons and the cheese to balance everything out. Not big on drinks but decided to try Trevor's Spritzer but it was a little too strong and requested a margarita instead. The margarita was sweet, tangy and refreshing. Made just right. I'd have that again. It was cool to see arcade games inside the restaurant. Families with kids enjoyed this a lot. If you're looking to have a laid back feel with lounge chairs and watch the kiddos, there's a spot for that too. Lastly, the tables were clean, the staff/servers were great. The bathrooms were squeaky clean. Props to the fancy towelettes they had there also. That extra made the vibes feel a bit more fancy. I'd come again try something different! read more

Definitely a pizza joint to return I had this pizza in a to go container, the same day and next day reheated and it still tasted great! The order, ranked: 1. White sausage 2. Spicy Diavola 3. Prosciutto The good: white sausage was a surprise favorite for my wife and I. It was a very nice flavor and well presented. The bad: we both agreed that the prosciutto was far too sweet for a pizza. This place is great in every way. The gentleman working in the liquor knows a lot about tequila. We picked up a bottle of course. The pinball machines are taken care of which was also a plus. We waited 35 mins for a table which I was expecting longer. The hostess was really nice and friendly. I had asked to get a half booth table and that's what we got. When she sat us she thanked us for coming. In to the food and server. We got the white pizza and it was fabulous. The 18 in is huge. The two of us could only eat half. I had one full slice and a few bits of a second. Hubby had to finish mine. The sausage wasn't too spicy and I always worry when the menu says spicy sausage. Our server( forgot his name). Was also outstanding. He gave us pre check and we decided we wanted to have another drink. He was absolutely ok with it and got us another round and an updated check. Really good selection of bourbon, to include a number of their own store picks. Although not the place for rare allocated bottles, their shelfer selection is good and fairly priced. I keep trying to like Trevor's as it's right down the street from my house and usually has a fun environment. Yesterday I purchased an 11 inch mushroom pizza. There are barely any mushrooms, basil or garlic on it. I find it frustrating that you buy something that's more gourmet, pay a premium price and it has less toppings than Domino's. read more

Went there on Friday 10/31 for Halloween it wasn't very busy we went probably around 2:30-3pm sat at the bar got a couple drinks and put in a to go order for two small pizzas and a Cesar salad(best Cesar salad tbh). And it took about 15 mins to get our drinks and then they charged my card 5 times total. Watch out. Called and spoke the manager Shannon. She was honestly pretty rude. They need to train their employees on how to handle complaints. I did dispute with my bank but be careful. Held up over $300 with all those charges. My sandwich was incredible. I love the Calabrian chili spread. It made it a little spicy the cookie was, but it was better with the ice cream for sure. We definitely would go back. I came here as results of watching the Dave Portnoy video. It was unique to see a really nice restaurant attached to a liquor store. I can't say that something I've experienced in my past however I was quite surprised with how good this pizza was. Against my better judgment, I ended up ordering the 11 inch margarita pizza when I realistically should've ordered the 18 inch pizza. I came in hungry but set mysights too low. The crust was perfect, the cheese amazing. The basil was delightful. I even burnt the roof of my mouth which was worth it. I was still hungry after the first pizza, but wanted the exact same thing again and ended up ordering another 11 inch one to go. The service was solid. The value was tremendous. We visited on a Wednesday afternoon during a layover after watching Dave Portnoys recent review. I went to the website after seeing they have multiple locations to make sure I was visiting the right one. The address listed on the "pizza" page was for the flagship store which does not sell food. It was a very cute store and we bought tshirts before heading to the correct store. We sat at the bar and the service was amazing. Very attentive. We ordered the margarita pizza. The flavor was amazing, but our pizza was just a bit under, the bottom had no color. A bit disappointing but from what I understand the business has seem a dramatic influx of customers since the review, so I'm sure they are still working out kinks. Overall would recommend, but would ask for well done to ensure bottom is crisp in the future. read more

The first time I went to Trevor's, I was mind-blown, but I thought hey maybe it was a fluke because I have heard mixed things. I am writing this review after my second time because it was definitely no fluke. This place is amazing and deserves the long wait and recognition that it receives. We always end up changing the toppings on the fan favorite pizzas to make it vegetarian (watch out though, it costs extra to do this). My favorite is the Margherita. I know, I know, it sounds boring, but the richness of the sauce with the fresh basil and melted cheese are just delicious! The Summer Daze is a fruity, fresh, drink that pairs well with the pizzas. Lastly, we enjoy coming to this place on football nights because it is definitely a sports bar with TVs everywhere. There are arcade games towards the back as well but I have never played them. Trevor's is one of my favorite pizza places in Phoenix and I will be back again and again. read more

We decided to check out Trevor's Liquor based on a friend's recommendation, and we were not disappointed! The liquor store section is well-organized and has a great selection. The staff is helpful and gave us great recommendations of brands to try. You can also taste a variety of select liquors, which is so awesome! The restaurant/lounge section is awesome and beautifully-decorated. We got there right when they opened on a Saturday and were seated immediately. The drinks were absolutely delicious! I had The Oaxacan Sun, which I highly recommend. Our group tried four pizzas and while all of them were good, the White Sausage and Spicy Diavola stood out! I didn't enjoy the Prosciutto pizza as much, it was too sweet for me. Overall, highly recommend this place! I'll definitely be back. read more

She was inattentive, rude, rushed us, didn't take a single drink order from us and brought the wrong orders out which we ended up paying for just so we could get out of there. I drove by the McDowell location, which piqued my interest and I was about to go in when I husband told me to wait for him and that he wanted to go checkout this Arcadia location... A few days later, we popped in and had a great shopping experience at the liquor store. Selection is impressive and so is the service. Ricky helped us with the beer selection and Tim with the wine... we also left with a case of High Noon. We will absolutely return for the store and hopefully check out the restaurant / bar / pinball too. There are actually three locations: McDowell, Arcadia, and Mayo, and it seems they each have a store, bar/lounge/restaurant, and some other fun ie: pinball, golf bays, etc... Worth the hype. Be prepared for a wait, but there are plenty of bars nearby to stop in and have a drink while you wait. Fun atmosphere where you can pick out a bottle of wine, or the drink of your choice in the liquor store and bring it over to Trevor's for dinner. There are also pinball machines. The pizza was great.
