01/10/23 - Buying Day I had been emailing back and forth with Josh Coon about a specific car on the lot. He was very responsive and answered all the questions I had. This was my first car buying experience and everything went extremely well. Josh never hassled or pressured me into anything. He was extremely helpful and transparent by making sure everything was good on both sides of the deal. It was stressful but there is always going to be stress when making large financial purchases. I did my due diligence by watching car buying videos on YouTube and reading car advice threads on Reddit. I'm super happy with my purchase and glad I went to Tracy Mazda. Big thanks to Josh and all the Tracy Mazda staff.

The best car purchase experience I have ever had! We are there on Saturday afternoon and David is already waiting for us, we have called and had the appointment at 3:30 pm. The car we have found on the internet is ready in front of the dealership. Clean and presentable! David is fun and professional, also attentive, and very detailed. I am enjoyed working with him, one of the best sales representatives at any business that I have met. I don't feel any pressure from David as from many car salesmen before! He understands how to make the sale without playing games with the customers. The next wonderful person there is Zamir, the finance director of the dealership. He helps us with the final paperwork and does his job to show us the optional service contract, explained the Mazda certified car program and warranties. Again, no pressure and another fun and professional person in the dealership. We are truly enjoyed our car purchase experience. I wish all the car dealerships are running their businesses as Tracy Mazda. My daughter is getting the car she like with a good price, good interest rate, and something extra!

Chipped caliber 3 months parts of the caliber grinding against the rotor. How? And why?

Bought a CX5 and the rotors and brake fail within 3month and 3,000. Mazda North America has not helped nor did Tracy Mazda. Even after returning to Tracy Mazda to show pictures. The manager try telling me they were wear items The sales try acting like he knew nothing of the accident. Be aware of the recent recall Mazda had for loose brakes and Caliber on Mazda 3 and 30 Please read the NHSTA numerous complaint of accidents in relates to brakes! And may people have complaint of rotors and brake pads wearing out rapidly on the vehicle. If you own a mazda please constantly check them!!

First of all, he is a young business owner that goes more above and beyond than any business owner I think I've ever met. He is transparent, honest, has amazing customer service skills , is a wonderful communicator , and incredibly thorough in his explanation of the what, the why, and the how when it comes to repairing your car. I took my 2017 BMW 430i to him for a second opinion so-to-speak after the dealer quoted me over $12,000 for the work. They did a diagnosis on my car and were very real with me with what it actually needed and then gave me a very , very fair estimate. I chose to do business with them for all of the above reasons and was incredibly grateful I did. I went on a business trip and left my car there to have all the work performed while I was out of town. I was shown all of the new parts that were original BMW parts, and he explained why we were going to use original BMW parts. When I picked up the car he showed me all of the old parts they took out, the condition they were in, and explained each piece to me and the why behind needing to replace it. I've never experienced anything like this with any repair shop I've used in the Bay Area or here in Elk Grove. Again, I could not be more impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and transparency. I was literally blown away. On top of all of this communication, I received photographs before and after the repairs were completed, as well as video - very much like a dealer would give you. Juan took extra time to go on the test drive with me when I felt I was experiencing a little bit of weirdness when I was driving it, and this is standard practice for this shop. Juan and his dad own the shop and clearly take pride in their work and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend anyone in the area or outside of the area take their vehicle to G and J as they are so incredibly knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the work before and after it's done.

These Gentlemen were a God send!…read more So prior to contacting MPB for emergency work needed on my vehicle, I previously attempted to work with another repair shop regarding some emergency work that needed due to what I thought, was major damage to my car. Thinking what was provided at my initial diagnosis and what I was quoted, scared, stressed and worried is putting how I was feeling about my predicament, lightly. So, strapped for what I thought was going to be close to 5 grand (Yes, that's what the other shop quoted me) and a LONG list of work that was advised "Needed" to ensure my vehicle ran properly, I became worried that I wouldn't be able to drive my car. So, I searched for somewhere who could work with me in what I actually needed and came across MPB Auto Repair. I called and spoke with Tony (I'm sorry if I misspelled it!) and gave him the rundown. Tony was able to quote me and advised I bring my car in for diagnostics. Tony quoted me and said we could find ways to work together without over charging me and get me back on the road. So, I brought my car in and was able to quickly get a better diagnosis than what I was initially provided - My alignment was off and just needed to be fixed - and man, when some of these people say they worked quick? They're Quick! No BS. Transparent. Straight to the point and affordable work? I went from being stressed and panicked to happy and so relieved. I absolutely will be coming back for work in the future. They were also pretty easy to find and very very customer friendly.
