I came in for a routine oil change and overall the service was smooth and completed in a timely manner. Staff was courteous and everything on the surface went as expected. I also did a tire rotation for $44. It's more than pretty much any shops out there (usually around $20-35) but expected and reasonable because that's how dealerships are. Plus my car is more than a year old only so I decided to let them rotate the tires. However, I was recommended to replace my engine air filter for $130 at the end. Are you kidding me? The part itself typically costs around $20 and all it takes is pop the hood, take out the old filter, and drop in a new one. So around $30 total with labor would make more sense, but $130? That's ridiculously outrageous. Thankfully I have some basic car maintenance knowledge and have replaced this filter myself before, or else I would have fallen for it. On top of that, the filter had only been used for about 2,400 miles and was replaced just 2.5 months ago, so it was nowhere near needing replacement. So I declined the recommendation without hesitation. This felt like an unnecessary upsell rather than a genuine maintenance recommendation. I understand businesses need to make money, but suggesting a service this early -- especially at that price -- doesn't build trust. I'd encourage others to double-check any additional services being recommended. Transparency goes a long way. read more

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication both between their employees and for potential customers at Nissan of Tracy. I spoke with Sergio on Friday 7/11 around 3:30 PM about a Tesla, asked a few questions, got more photos, and scheduled an appointment to see the car the next day at 11:45 AM. The next morning (Saturday 7/12), I called at 10:30 AM to confirm the car was still available. The employee checked and assured me everything was set for my 11:45 AM appointment. After driving an hour, I arrived to see the car parked out front -- seemingly ready for me -- only to be told it had actually been sold the night before around 7 PM. Minutes later, I watched the new owner drive it off the lot, leaving us standing there with confused as to what just happened. I understand this industry moves fast, which is why I did everything I could on my end to avoid wasting time -- but the dealership never called to cancel my appointment after the car was sold, and even confirmed its availability the next morning despite it already being gone. That kind of disconnect says a lot about the customer service experience you can expect here. I won't be coming back or recommending this dealership. read more

Drove over an hour with my wife and kids (one special needs) to their location because i thought they had best prices. But turns out This place is an absolute joke and their sales reps and management are liars. Don't go in expecting to get the price on their website. I elaborated multiple times over the phone and in person. I wanted to to pay only the price pictured on their site + taxes and registration. They have 0% financing right now so that's all I expected to pay. Well after sitting there for 2 hours and finally getting to the sign stage I read the numbers In the contract and they tried sneaking in $2800 for leather seats because they upgraded the car. So im responsible to pay for an upgrade I did not want and that u didn't price the car with the upgrade price? Ya I don't think so. Maybe next time just put the actual price of the car including that upgrade so u don't deceive us. Also don't fall for the " All our cars are installed with the security/alarm devicee they try to charge u $1500 for that. And it's a completely optional feature. Don't fall for that scam. Tell them u won't buy if they don't remove it. I walked right out of there. Never again . And then all they will do is come on here and reply sorry for ur negative experience we hope to earn ur business in future. Ya right. Never again read more
