I was happily surprised to find out they offer this service now. I spoke with Chris on the phone and it was not the friendliest interaction. He told me they don't do appts for wheel alignments and I'd have to walk in. I said I didn't want to be there waiting and he said, well you should get here early then. His tone was totally off. They open at 8am. I dropped off the car at 830AM but walked out at 9am because the line was so long! and it ended up being Chris who helped me and I recognized his voice immediately. He told me my car would be up next so I figured I'd get a call back pretty soon. I never got a call back saying my car was ready. I called in the afternoon to find out the status and a nice guy answered the phone and said he would go check and yeah, it was ready. Chris should've called me to let me know since I was waiting for the call. so annoying. he had my number, and if he couldn't call me then should've asked someone else to. I went in and thankfully Shawn was the one who helped me. The interaction was night & day. He was welcoming and friendly and explained everything on the paper about what they did to my car for the wheel alignment. $90.

The technician quickly got the tire off and got the used tire on. Next, he did a dynamic balancing. Because I had a front end wobble, he suggested he checked the other front tire as well. I think he was gonna do it for free, but I offered to pay $10. Upon taking the tire off, he quickly spotted a nail in it. He removed it and tested the tire to make sure it wasn't leaking. Since the tire was still good, he did a dynamic balance on it and mounted the tire. I felt the service was really good and better than most tire shops I've gone to. About the only thing I didn't like, was that they required cash. They have an ATM machine in their office area. So I had to get cash out to pay them. Their ATM machine cost $3.00 to use. So I wish I was told on the phone to bring cash. But other than that, I was very happy with the service. If I need another tire, I know where I'll go!

Yes, they might be "convenient," but at the end of the day, they are completely dishonest about their work and nothing short of thieves. I paid to have rims put on all four of my wheels, only to come out with more problems. This shop knows exactly what they're doing -- and it isn't honest work. They prey on people who don't know cars, cutting corners, lying, and stealing parts just to make a quick dollar. That's the only things these people are expert about. I went back to settle issues of the heavy vibration on my car, they slapped on hub caps just to stop the shaking and vibrating of my car -- something they should have done properly in the first place when installing the rims. AND STILL the car hasn't stopped vibrating while driving high speeds. To make matters worse, I asked them to check my tire pressure monitoring system since the TPMS came on immediately after installation. Suddenly they were able to make it "disappeared" for a day, only to light up again the very next day as if nothing had ever been fixed. Went to another shop just for them to tell me, they never installed my tire sensors!! Had to pay 400$ for new sensors and programming. Do yourself a favor--don't let the convenience fool you. This shop is a scam. Only thing they are good at is taking your money without actually doing the job right. Be safe and look for better shops. Don't know how these people continue to stay open.

I came in this morning to request a pre-trip safety check on my GMC Terrain. A few minutes after…read morechecking in, my service technician Matt informed me that one of my tires wasn't safe to travel with, but unfortunately they didn't have my tires in stock. Matt took the initiative to make a call to order a new tire and it arrived later this afternoon. He reached out to me, informing me that the tire arrived, at the time he called I was in a work meeting and wouldn't be out for an hour or so. He reassured me that he would wait, even if was 5 minutes before closing, he would ensure my vehicle was repaired and safe to drive for my long trip tomorrow. My tire was also covered under warranty so all of my services were complimentary. I was so impressed with his commitment to excellent service and customer satisfaction. It was a pleasant reminder of why I am a Les Schwab supporter. In addition to all of his efforts, his attention to detail is impeccable. He noticed I just got my oil changed and recommended that I come into Les Schwab the next time my car is due for an oil change. I had no idea oil change services were offered at this location, but now that I am aware, I can't imagine taking my car anywhere else. I came out to this shop because the tire shop across the street had told me they do not have any used tires in my tire size and recommended to try the shop across the street (Mr. Ed's Tire). I let the guy know which size I was looking for and after a a few minutes one of the other workers came out with a couple of tires. They were not the same brand and I asked if it was possible to see if they had matching brand tires in the back and the guy went and checked. Luckily they did and they proceeded to get the tires swapped out. Unfortunately one of the tire had an issue and the guy brought out a tire that was the same brand but a different model of tire. I contemplated just putting the old tires back on and leaving and asked if I was able to just replace one tire and put one of the old ones back on so we went to check and see which ones were the better of the two. He said none of them are good and I was just getting disappointed as the time I spent waiting was just going to be for nothing.Luckily, again, one of the guys came from the back with the same brand, same model tire to replace the bad one. I was relieved and thankful that they were able to replace my two front tires with used decent tread tires for the time being. The price was worth it and their service was quick. The customer service was great and they didn't have to go back and check again for a same branded same model tire but they did.
