These boys use proper tools. And they do things the right ways. I had them install brand new aftermarket wheels and tires. I was worried about mobile installer scratching the new wheels. But they showed up in the fanciest work van. The gear they got are on par with other tire shop, if not better. I also love it when they use a torque wrench to tighten the lug nuts. They mounted my brand new set of SCS wheels without coming in contact with the wheel. They mount to their wheel balance machine by the wheel lug holes so again, no contact to the wheel like low end tire shops with a cone. Using them again in the future!! read more

This is the second time using Onsite Mobile Tire Service, this time passenger rear tire. Ed was right on time (texted me beforehand to let me know he was on his way), as always he got right to work and within about 20 minites, he fixed the tire and also was able to rotate my tires. From start to finish, my experience with Onsite has been excellent and I highly recommend them. The person I spoke with on the phone answered all my questions patiently and competently and I was able to book an appointment at a convenient time. Edgar and his helper showed up at the promised time and were able to diagnose and replace all my tire pressure sensors, including rebalancing and remounting all tires/wheels, torquing them to spec and even checking my tire treads for even wear and remaining depth, all within an hour. Outstanding Service, Eddie contacted me immediately, asked me the preference for communication, we set up an appointment. He notified me of his arrival time on the appointment day, arrived on time. Super professional, knowledgeable and detailed oriented. I saw his equipment which were the one used by Exotic car shops. He quickly found the issue on my tire which could not be found by 2 local nationwide shops. Suggested options including going back to the shop where I has purchased the tire and use the road hazard insurance. The cost for this amazing service was very reasonable. Saving me valuable time, hassle and more. I own a Performance + Tesla Model 3, I was noticing that my back tire in the driver side had a small leak and losing 1PSI every 2 days. 2 separate attempts to 2 different nationwide shop did not find the issue. I was so frustrated and had to monitor my tire pressure every other day. Frankly I am so used to horrible service and unreasonable charges these days that on-Site shocked me. Edgar responded to my inquiry about tire rotation on Yelp. Response was fast and was flexible as i could not make his first appointment but he was able to set me up for the next window. Communication was excellent he gave me a quote which was $50 more than the shop that also responded but I had to remind myself that he was mobile and honestly after reading the past reviews it was a no brainer. Edgar texted me when he was 40 minutes away and showed up on time (SUPER BONUS). I had a issue with my after market Tesla hubcaps as i was trying to remove them and cracked one. I was actually ready to say forget and just tear them off and buy another pair but he took the time and removed them with a tool he had on the truck (I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT) . He proceeded to rotate my tires and we had a nice conversation. He educated me on the difference in tires for Teslas which i had no idea about. I thought I had cracks on my wheels, since they have low profile tires on them and it has happened before. So, I decided to have them taken off and swap them with the original 19" stocks. I didn't have time to load my stocks in the car, take them to the local shop and wait for the job so I looked up mobile options on Yelp and found Onsite. They replied to my request within minutes and next thing you know, they were at my house. Eddie was very courteous and his vehicle with all the equipment inside was impressive. He explained that it was his wife that arranged the scheduling and he does the service. This goes a long way for me since I always like to support small business, Eddie said he hopes to scaled his business in the future and given my experience with him, I surely hope he does! As Eddie performed the swap, he took inspected the wheel and pointed out the problem were the tires and there were no cracks in the wheels.
