BEWARE- rude dispatch and initial ETA not true!!! I was in my car broken down between the slow lane and an entry ramp ( the Goree area for over 2 hours) The sole reason this company is even getting two stars is because of the tow driver Ramzi!!! he was polite, respectful, responsive, and very helpful. The company initially gave my insurance and arrival. ETA of 70 minutes only to directly communicate to me ( without updating my insurance) 30 minutes later that the driver would be at least another 60 minutes. And when I call the dispatcher to see if this was accurate and what was going on, she was very rude and abrupt as if the company was actually doing me a favor. Well aware that I was in an unsafe location, and that she had no driver on the way, as well as being aware I had already waited nearly an hour at this point she was more than willing to cancel my request to shut me up. And desperation, I told her I would wait the additional hour for the driver. (after 1 1/2 hours) Ramzi called my cell phone to share he has just been dispatched and had a 40 minute ETA. he was shocked to learn how long I had actually already been waiting. If it had not been for his kind personality, friendliness, and honesty, I would've canceled the company and waited for anybody except for them. But I really appreciate it his compassion and empathy from the first realizing told me the way would be. unless they are a free service, I would say they are not worth the value. This takes nothing from what is clearly great customer service coming from their drivers after reading all of the multiple reviews. Notice all of the comments are always about the drivers and never the dispatch team or the company itself.if you have options, please choose another company. But before towing my car, he asked to take a look under the hood and he was able to clean out some debris and get it started so that I can drive it in and just get a new battery. Great service, i had a truck ready in less than an hr which is fast for a medium/heavy duty tow usually i get a 60-90 min window so i was happy about that, once Rishad showed up he moved my truck and hooked it in about 30 min he wasn't trying to milk the clock like i have experienced before with other local companies, was given a hourly quote and was told that it would be a 2 hr minimum and it took him a bit less than that so i was really happy with the price i was giving at the end. This used to be our go to when we needed a tow, in past 6 months alone, I've used metro to tow mys son's Audi 8 times and my Challenger twice. Today, I got a flat in my Challenger. I needed it towed about 2 miles to American Tire, called Metro for the tow and the woman that answered the phone said a driver would be here in about 30-49 minutes. This was at 3, the tire shop closed at 5 on a Saturday, an hour goes by and I called back for an ETA. The same woman puts me on hold and doesn't come back and hangs up. Texts me 10 minutes later saying the driver will call here in 25 minutes. That makes the ETA 3:25 PM leaving 35 minutes for me to get to the tire shop before it closes. The driver doesn't show up until 4:45 waste another 10 minutes, talking to dispatch, afraid to put my car on the flatbed and refused to tow it unless I signed a waiver in case he damaged my car because he was afraid to put my car on the flatbed which is a standard height challenger towed by the same company more than once. He called his dispatch and his tits dispatch told him to cancel the call 525 on a Saturday evening before the tire shop closes. Metro lost a long and good customer and I will never recommend this company again to anybody if I could give you zero stars I would rave for American tire who stayed late while I got somebody else to take my car in there. read more

I needed a tow and as part of my car insurance coverage, Geico connected me with Metro Towing. Initially I thought it would take an hour for the tow truck to arrive. The estimate given was 40 minutes. The driver Amir called me in 15 minutes and arrived within 30. We were off to a good start as that already exceeded my expectation. Amir was friendly, helpful and efficient. Amir had to drive my car to get it hooked up to the tow truck - most likely company policy to minimize liability. That's good - I did not want to damage his tow truck either. Lol. On our way to the tire center, Amir was very conversational and there were no awkward dead silences. This towing was a very pleasant experience and it was done in half of my estimated time. Not sure if I'd ever get Metro Towing again through Geico if towing is needed, but I would certainly recommend it based on my experience. read more

Metro Towing was assigned by Tesla to exchange the failing 12V battery. Metro Towing it's trained by Tesla for towing Tesla cars the correct way and trained to swap out failing 12V batteries. Communication from Metro Towing was excellent. The dispatcher gave me a rough ETA for when the 12V battery would be exchange and asked if we were in a safe area. Alex was the person assigned to install the new 12V battery. He called me to give an ETA when he was going to arrive. Alex replaced the failing Tesla 12V battery and installed the new 12V battery in less than 10 mins. He tested to make sure the Tesla M3 was functioning properly before leaving. Metro towing literally saved my Saturday last weekend! I have a Prius and have never had any start up issues. When I went out one morning to run errands the car started, but barely and literally every warning light possible turned on. I have roadside assistance through insurance and figured I needed a certified Toyota dealer to check it out. The service center said it wasn't necessarily the battery and I should have it brought in. Metro towing was chosen by my insurance company to come help me since the car wasn't safely drivable. Their driver was in touch to keep me posted on the arrival and when he got to my house and tried to start the car, he was able to give me jump and identify it was indeed the battery. He recommended a local auto parts place and advised that I don't need to take it to the dealer (who was going to charge me $322 for just a diagnostic.) He offered to follow me to the auto parts store which I took him up on since we weren't sure how far the jump would get me. He also came in with me to be sure they had the part I needed and would install it. Super friendly driver, who went above and beyond to be sure I got safely on my way. Not only did it save me a day of getting towed and waiting for car repairs, it also saved me a ton of money. These guys know what they're doing and are absolutely reliable.
