Originally was going to be 4 stars or no review as I had a weird time getting their alleged "old website" to work or schedule an appointment. The same website apparently had an old or wrong number. I don't really like leaving reviews unless something's absolutely terrible or 5 stars. I'm not a car guy, but the service seems very good. Did a walk-in on late April and got my 2000 Sienna XLE's A/C evaluated, recharged, and ready to go within the hour. I recharged it in anticipation of a long drive along the 1 from the bay to San Diego and back. I believe it was Ed? Gave me pointers on my components and warned me it'll soon likely need to be replaced from the squeaking noise from the system at low RPMs after the AC was refilled. Overall good session. About a week later, a day before my trip, the alternator belt wore away, of which I didn't know at the time. I could smell rubber burning for the previous couple of miles, my A/C stopped working, and the battery indicator appeared. I called right when the battery light came on and described the issue, like an hour before closing to see if they'd take me same day and they did. Since I caught the belt failing in time, they advised I'd likely have enough battery remaining to get me to their location and just drive directly to them. Got there, they immediately saw the belt, ordered a new one down the street, and had it replaced also within the hour. (Old belt in photo (I retired the van a couple of months later so no new photos of work)) Overall very satisfied. read more

Once again, when I had the unfortunate event of needing vehicle repairs, EEE did their absolute best to help. I greatly appreciate the extra effort Edmundo put in trying to explain the needed repairs to my Range Rover to my MaxCare warranty. Poor customer service. I bought a van thru carmax and was referred to have the battery change at this place. The guy wouldn't even listen to me. He wanted me to sign the paperwork and my payment responsibility without doing anything. I asked him to check with Carmax what they have instructed and what is covered as per the contract, but the guy said "no", sign the paper first. I came back without getting the vehicle serviced. Had a car that wouldn't turn on picked up and diagnosed. After the diagnosis they told me I needed a new motor for this car to start up again. Didn't believe it as the car had been running great. Decided against the recommendation and worked on it myself. Turned out to be a valve issue and was able to fix it quick. Car is running great again. Let me say first off that Ed senior and Ed junior are a joy to work with. My check engine light lite up on my Ford 6.0 diesel. It had been running poorly for a couple days prior to that. I did a quick scan and the code for a bad injector popped up. Took it their shop and they plugged in their computer showing 2 really bad injectors and 4 semi bad injectors. We decided to put in all 8 new injectors. They did it in 2 days and I'm such a happy guy. Truck runs like a champ. Where to begin... these guys here are angels sent from heaven. I'm doing this thing where I've bought a shuttle bus, and am renovating it into an RV. Started out well. Went in for insurance work on the transmission. They worked with the insurance company and finally got everything done over three weeks. As things were wrapping up, they advised I could use new brake pads which I agreed they could replace. When the car is returned to me the alignment is significantly off which I immediately questioned. They agreed to take it back and address. Three days later and I need a ride to pick up the car,which was clear when I dropped the car off. They have now scheduled another service and he advises me to "take an Uber". I remind him that the car should have been returned in the condition in which I have it to them and not needed additional service and we wouldn't even be talking now. He finally drives my car to pick me up and I insist on driving back to the shop and again it is clear that the alignment is not right. I then insist on talking with the owner. I express the frustration around having to come twice to repair an issue that was not there when I dropped the car off. I state my intention to take it to another mechanic at this point as I do not have faith in their work. He says that he will take it elsewhere at his expense as he can't understand why it isn't where it should be after their remediation. Reluctantly I agree to leave the car a third time with the understanding he is taking it somewhere else and will give me a copy of the invoice of work done. Astoundingly he decided to again try to address it himself and completely skips over what we discussed, essentially doing unauthorized work that I now have no documentation of. They seem to do pretty good work but their communication with customers, poor documentation of services, and general disregard for the customer overshadows the actual service. At this point I have been without a car for a month, had to take off six days of work to drop off/pick up the car and meet with them at their convenience. At no point did they apologize and seemed only to minimize my concerns as being too picky. Will not be back. read more

This is the best auto mechanic shop and towing company I have ever done business with. My car started knocking so I drove it to the nearest shop from where i broke down. I continued to seek quotes and I was quoted over 2000 dollars less through EEE Auto Service, including the tow too. So i immediately committed to EEE Auto. The staff was more than accommodating when it came to scheduling. I never had to wait for them, no time was wasted. My engine was replaced promptly and operated better than the day i bought it. I was given valuable advice about each part they were able to salvage off of my old engine so i could save money and time in the future. I recommend them for all auto and towing jobs. read more

I wonder how this place in even in business, I dropped of my boat and trailer that had the left wheel fall off. My insurance sent roadside coverage to pickup the boat and they recommended this place when I was going to take it somewhere else. Long story short I took it there based on recommendation. When I dropped off the boat and trailer they never gave me any paperwork like a service slip that said what they were going to do. The tow truck had already dropped it off so I could not take anywhere else easily so I left it. They took it in Monday and by Thursday they wanted 900.00 for storage for 3 days. They charged 900 for storage and never even provided an estimate. My insurance flagged this as predatory and requested we send it somewhere else. When my insurance had sent another tow truck to pick it up and take it to a legit shop they had it stored on a undersized tow truck on a milk crate. They would not take it off their tow truck even tough my insurance paid the 900.00 for storage. They wanted to tow to the next place and wanted to be paid more money for that. My insurance said no way and they finally pulled it off their tow truck. They dragged/pulled the boat off tow truck and completely damaged my boat outdrive and break assembly from what I can tell. It finally made it to a legit shop and they are assessing all the damage they caused. Never, never take a trailer, boat, car, truck, bike, scooter or hot wheel to this place. My son worked three jobs to save money to buy a truck. They sold it with a smog certificate that was expired by one day. We took that as a fact since these people own this shop. We took it to a local shop next day. They laughed at us and said you have no catalytic converters on your truck. We called this shop back and they said come back we will smog. There are converters and you don't know what you are looking at . We drove it back and they took it to a shop that faked smogged the truck. We thought something was shady. We took it to a local mechanic and he said that the converters had been off years from the rust. And all the new parts they said they put on ( they said they would email the receipts for all the work) where from China not Ford parts. Please do not use this shop. They screwed us over big time and we have a truck worth nothing as it has no re-sell value. We asked them to take it back and they threatened me on the phone saying " we don't like the way you are talking to me". read more

Shady. The owner said $85 for an inspection fee, which is supposed to be waived if you get the work done there. Jaykay white boy, you get charged. I'm homeless and my car is my world, so I had to try to fix it. They had lil jose look at the car, after telling me he had to leave to work on another car (i'm not important, apparently). After being unable to diagnose what was wrong without the scanner, gave up and told me I was basically up schitt's creek, after charging me 60 bucks for ten minutes of useless jabber. He knew my situation too. It's not like I'm gonna starve for 2 weeks because of it... I wouldnt let these people near my grandma, that's for sure. "Yknow we have a mustang for sale..." Nah buddy, fix my car please, I can pay... Eventually the owner shows up an hour later. Dude works on the car a bit, doesn't fix what is wrong with it, and never waived the inspection fee after working less than 15 minutes total and maybe $15 worth of solvents used. Told me I needed to find God. Nah... What I need to find is an honest, competent mechanic. They don't care if you're starving. They will hustle you. read more

The customer service here is amazing! We have a 2011 Denali HD 2500, that had a TCM short. We found these guys on yelp and when they test drove the truck, they knew exactly what it was. We got our vehicle back sooner than expected and the price was reasonable, especially considering the truck is a diesel. We've had the truck back for a couple weeks now and everything is, so far perfect. Side note, when we got the truck back, it wasn't super dirty like vehicles usually are after coming back from the shop. It was exactly how we left it. One star , because you cannot do " no star".. I was recommended here for my older Cadillac. I made appt as AC was not blowing cold. I agreed to pay them the quoted price, left it for service. Pick up car.. get home and it won't shut off..Drive back.. let him know what's happening. He claims I've had problem all along.. " that is incorrect" He can't get it to shut off, brings out the buggiest wrench I've ever seen, proceeds to bang on my car. Leave car again... in order to get car shut off, they need to destroy steering column. I must wait for parts... all and all they had my vehicle 2 weeks, I had to pay to rent a car, steering column and wheel only repaired 80%..." that's the best we can do" and charged me another $600 for their disrepair. Here I am 2 days later.. and no AC . Perhaps a call to B.A.R is in order. read more

I had called several places around and no one would send their driver out to me or would have made me wait 2-3 hours. These guys are simply amazing. I needed all of the fluids changed in my car and they were able to change everything for less than $120 than most competitors performing the same job. Erick is great and very personable. He ensured through their diagnosis that they would fix any existing problems if discovered. I walked away from the experience feeling great about the service I had received on my car. I recently moved to the valley area and one thing that seems to be subpar is customer service when obtaining goods or service in the area. Service goes a long way and these guys have nailed. Lastly, I brought my father in law's SUV in for a particular service and EEE was able to locate the problem and fix it the same day. They are very honest people and very helpful. I got two oil leaks fixed on my Lexus GS300 that the dealership wanted 2k+ to fix. They also offered to make new bushings for my car instead of having to buy a whole new rack an pinion set. They communicated very well and explained everything to me throughout the whole process. I was even brought in and taken under the car to show what was wrong and how they fixed it, and shown diagrams. They're great people and I will continue doing business with them.
