Great place. After being charged huge truck loads of labor from dealerships in the past, I decided to try something different when I bought a used car with some body damage and ugly yellow flames on the sides. E&M was able to get my hood replaced, fender repaired, door fixed, paint over the flames, and they faded in the paint job to match my existing paint on the rest of the car. Not sure how much they charged me for parts, but who cares because their labor is more than reasonable!!! My used car nearly looks brand new, I could not be happier. All for $1,600 My quote at the dealership was about $5,500, and another body shop wanted about $3,000 E&M even buffed and polished my engine! I thought they mistakenly gave me a new engine, but they just went the extra mile and cleaned it up for me. They also cleaned up the rest of the car exterior. A++ read more

Stay away from this place. I requested an ESTIMATE for auto body repair which is free every other place. The guy said people come in for an estimate and then never come back. I make $25 for each estimate. To which I replied that I lose $25 if my insurance does not pay or I choose another shop. This guy did not seem to care. recently got a minor scratch. a friends mechanic told me about this shop. when I went to get an estimate Marco was super friendly and quick. his estimate was lower than a local auto body. I put my truck in on a Tuesday. again customer service was on top. we went over what was to be done and details. and I gave it to them extremely dirty. Edi did excellent work getting the motor repairs done on my 89 4Runner. I recently had an engine swapped out by another local mechanic who didn't put things together correctly. My timing belt was loose and misaligned. Edi resolved this issue and a couple of issue I had caused in just a few hours. I most definitely will be using this shop when I'm in need of service for my vehicles. His body shop also looks like it produces good work. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! This place is so terrible, marcelino is a huge crook! The first time they "work" on your vehicle, he cleans and shines everything under the hood, and BS's so you trust him. The second time I needed help with my car, he charged 90 for a diagnosis, and never gave any codes. Also, he said it would cost up to 1000 to fix my car, and I said no way. I took it to anohter mechanic, and it was NOTHING like what marcelino said was "Wrong" with my car!!!! Get away from this family owned rip off auto body. They are really a chop shop, and they don't do any auto body work. He charges top dollar, and cuts corners. Nothing is right about this family! My family and I were moving from Ca to another state, loaded down with 2 trucks each pulling trailers. Coming down the freeway one of the trucks lost a wheel and the truck had to slide on its axle before stopping (everyone is okay). Needless to say, it was very scary, we had our children with us and it was the middle of the night. After the police and tow trucks got us off the freeway they suggested coming to E & M Auto Body. The next morning, we returned not knowing what was in store. The manager told us everything would be ok and they would work with us to get what we needed done. They owner helped us try to find another truck so we could continue our journey and the employees went to work straight away trying to fix all that was broken. We ended up having to leave one truck behind, so they stored it for us (for a fee). This company was amazing, they did everything they could to help us and more. I highly recommend them. read more

The customer service I received by Esmeralda and Marcelino was the best I have ever received in auto repair/bodywork services and I have had a lot of cars over 30 years. My Mercedes was hit in a parking lot recently and had to be repainted etc. E&M guided me every step of the way and kept me informed every step of the way from start to finish, dealing with the insurance adjusters to obtaining a rental car for me and even driving me to pick up the rental car. At the same time I decided to have the entire car painted bumper to bumper due to some major scratches. I was able to put a claim in to my own insurance under comprehensive, once again they were by my side every step of the way. My car was painted bumper to bumper and looks like brand new again.
