They brought me home, picked up the parts I had at my house for the car, which had front and rear end damage. They did a wonderful job on the paint job,made the trunk lay flat so no water could get in and threw in a new grill free of charge. I cant remember the guys name but I stopped by to ask about my front bumper gap. I thought it needed a new bumper the guy came out with a few bumper clips and repaired it on the spot. I was so happy and it looks brand new again. I forgot to ask for his name but he did the most amazing free service. I even asked him if he wanted 20$ and he declined. Oh man, where do I start? I took my car here based off a recommendation. Never again. We hit something in the middle of the night on the freeway. This happened on 05/05/2021. I received a quote from them on 05/06/2021. I got approved from my insurance to bring my car in so I attempted to bring it to them 05/07/2021. There was a handwritten sign stating they were closed for the day. So I waited until Monday 05/10/21. 05/10/2021- I was told my car would be done by end of week because they were concerned that I was paying for my own rental car. I was happy to hear that. 05/13/2021- I was told my car would not be ready and they were still waiting on parts. 05/17/2021- Car still not ready. 05/20/2021- Told my car was ready but then they wanted to finish buffering the car. 05/21/2021- Went to pick up my car but something underneath was rattling meaning the didn't do an inspection. Went back very upset and had some gyy from the shop tell me to not come hostile. I told hi. I'm not hostile I'm pissed. They had my car for over 2 weeks for it to not be fixed still. They kept my car over the weekend. They also put on my Progressive they finished Thursday, May 20, 2021. 05/25/2021- Finally got my car back again. 05/26/2021- Drove my car through Patterson Pass at night and found the headlights weren't working. One was facing to the right and the other was so dim I couldn't see. 05/27/2021- Told the shop what happened and they stated the light must have been broken from the accident mind you it was my bumper that had damage not the light and the lights worked fine before I took it to them because I had to drive it home after we hit whatever we hit in the road. They didn't properly put my light back in and broke it but of course they blamed it on the accident. My insurance told them to order the part ASAP. Apparently the part would be there same day. Spoke to the rude shop guy again WHO HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE I WAS FRUSTRATED BECAUSE MY CAR WAS STILL MESSED UP!!! No phone call the rest of the day. Called again same day to be told the part wouldn't be there until next day. 05/28/2021- No call so I called and was told part still hadn't arrived. 06/01/2021- Part finally arrived and they advised they could fix it Thursday morning since we were busy June 2nd. 06/03/2021- Light fixed but dim on the entire driver side because they didn't replace with the same bulbs I had which is fine, I bought new ones. Almost a month!!! Never again will I use these people. I gave 2 stars because the receptionist was very nice. The garage guy can go somewhere with himself. I took one of the 2 stars away because just remembering being hung up on for saying they didn't actually inspect my car. read more

Our customer was in a car accident and had their vehicle towed to Anthony's Auto Body and Paint. During the claims process, the Insurance Adjuster made numerous attempts to contact the body shop to collect the repair estimate. After a couple of weeks, the estimate was finally delivered to the Safeco Insurance claims dept, and the vehicle was determined to be a total loss. The customer decided to keep the vehicle even though it was a total loss. That's when Anthony's Auto Body and Paint decided to hit the customer with a storage bill from the date the vehicle was towed to their location. Let me say that again, they charged the customer storage fees, from the date the was dropped off. They did not even take into account the amount of time they took to deliver the estimate. What kind of unethical business practices are they exercising? Since they knew that they were not going to repair the vehicle, they hit the customer with storage fees from the date that it hit their lot. Beware of this business! read more

From my first phone to pickup up my car today, the customer service has been fabulous. My brand new Jeep had two dents from outside sources, and they repaired it so it looks like new. I cannot tell at all and it is amazing. I couldn't be more pleased. Was given an estimated time of five days but they got it done in less than two. Anthony painted the bodywork on my CBR 1000rr, I was concerned that with half fiberglass and half plastic it would be hard to get a good finish but he did a spectacular job in about half the time he quoted me. I came here for an estimate on a touchup paint job for my new truck, and they quoted me. After I confirmed I wanted to move forward, they pushed me aside for days. I kept calling to set up a date, but they kept saying, "paint guy isn't in today." What type of response is that? They kept saying, "Wednesday he's in" or "Thursday he's in." UNBELIEVABLE!!!! My boyfriend left his old GMC Truck with them to put new lights, bumpers (front and back), replace the GMC emblem and also paint the truck. We were the ones who bought the parts online, even the taillight/headlight assemblies. They sure were eager to take our money.....but they were also hard to get a hold of when we had questions. We paid them a LARGE hunk of money.....here's what we got.........BURNED! This took OVER 3 months! Most of the work was done for them...we bought a lot of the parts....all they had to do was install and then paint the truck. Fast forward. We pick up the truck. The paint job is HORRIBLE! Orange peel and drip marks! There is NO SHINE! It's almost Matte! Looks like they got a bunch of cans of Spray Paint from Walmart and went over the truck! Poor quality! Not to mention missing pieces of the interior Panel of the doors & now we find out (months later) that some of the clips that hold the panels in place ARE MISSING!!!!!!!! And the Hood will not unlatch unless you mess with it now. Oh, not to mention they installed the new tail lights....AND FORGOT SOME OF THE SCREWS!!!! 7/2019 We just found out that THERE ARE BOLTS MISSING FROM THE TOW/TRAILER ASSEMBLY!!!!!! IF ANY FAILURE OF THE ASSEMBLY WOULD HAVE HAPPENED WHEN WE TOW THE TRAVEL TRAILER......... WOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE COMPLETE FAULT OF ANTHONY'S! They were the LAST people to touch that assembly when they replaced the bumper!!!! My boyfriend said "just leave it alone...I'll never go back there". But I'm tired of biting my tongue! Their work is HORRIBLE! Please...if you value your safety and care about your classic truck/car......do your homework! DON'T GO HERE! Leaving parts out is UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSAFE!!!!! Anthony's has a responsibility for people's safety when they work on ANYONE'S vehicles! PERIOD! Now we have to get the screws replaced before we tow the trailer in a few weeks. No we will NOT BE TAKING IT BACK TO THESE CLOWNS! Took my Cadillac Escalade in to get the black window trim Painted around All four doors. I called and spoke with Anthony(owner & operator) I discussed with him what I needed done and that I was having trouble coming in to talk in person due to work scheduling and that they were already closed by the time I got off... he asked me to take pictures of what I wanted done, in which I did. He then was quick to respond with a quote and noted that the price could be a little higher once seen in person. I then scheduled and appointment with Chelsey in the office who was very nice and accommodating to my schedule. I also want to add that I only had a 3 day window to get the truck completed, due to the fact we were using it to go on a last minute family vacation. I then spoke with Mario who then assured me it would be ready and there was no need to reschedule... I have to admit I was a little hessitant... So to make a long story short.. I did the night drop off on Sunday and I got a call that it was complete on that Tuesday.. Wow!! & the Best part about it.. it looked Fantastic!! Looked Brand New! No! Blemishes No Flaws! It looked perfect! These Cadillac's are notorious for the window trim to fade... and honestly no matter how clean the truck is it just makes it look Horrible! Now a 13 year old Truck looks brand new! My truck tail light was stolen off of my vehicle and I called Anthony's for advice on fixing it without involving my insurance. Chelsea was very helpful with advice on purchasing a replacement light. However, when I brought it in for install, the tech told me the electrical unit was also missing from the tail light. I went directly to the dealer and purchased the replacement and brought it back to Anthony's right away. This is how wonderful they are: they replaced the light for me, free of charge! If there was a zero...I would give it...avoid at all cost--lets hope COVID puts this place out of business....I brought him my 69 mustang with new paint...for him to align the doors, trunk and put on new trim, $500, for three days. When I got a call four days later...the new cost would be $1500...and some time next week...minor and this seems to be the nature of Tracy and guess a guy with a 69 Mustang would pay more. When I picked it up...one door had a dozen large finger nail sized paint chips where they bumped the fender adjusting it...the fender was also trashed...and then...the hood had a major paint chip out...as big as my thumb. and the other fender had mouse bites along the hood--did not do a great job on the hood alignment. The new interior was covered in sanding dust--so guess no plastic covering....and the battery was dead from having the doors off...and the full tank of gas was empty--it ran out of gas leaving the lot....I could not speak..but tears ran down my checks..really...all I could do was moan. He offered to waive the fee...guess he knew it was bad. I asked him to fix the chips and asked what it would cost to repaint the other door as the paint color was off from me. He agreed to paint the chips....and the comped the door for the original $1500 . I was so eager to get it back the next week when I picked it up.....I did not catch he had originally scratched the paint on my shaker hood...ruined that paint...the hood sits 1/4 inch high on one side...and he got paint on the new chrome. he must have matched the paint on the other door...since the door color is still off...and not the greatest paint job. The window does not align with the new door setting...and for $1500...you would think it would. I will not go back for any more of his work. Just a pure shame to destroy a new paint job like this. I heard he does good work when he is there..but I guess he is not there much. I was so upset I brought my wife for pickup to keep me sane....she broke down later that day and said how bad the paint match was. read more

Chelsea is EXTREMELY helpful. My car required major repair work after an auto hit my car from behind, resulting in a trunk that would not close, bumper pushed into the trunk area. Very happy with the service Anthony did for my 2015 Honda Pilot. I brought it in because I was having issues with defective dealer paint on my roof. It took a day longer than expected to fix but because I wasn't told by his service people what was going on, he gave me a discount. This review is strictly based on customer service. I was rear ended last month. I have bummer, muffler and possibly frame damage although the car is drivable. Anthony's was recommended by my attorney. The insurance company for the driver that hit me has accepted liability. I called Anthony's twice in the last 10 days or so to set up an appointment. Each time I received voicemail advising me they couldn't answer the call and to leave a message and they will get back to me. They have not called me back.
