Met with Chris who went over all the details on what to expect at our initial estimate meeting, which was on a Friday. Dropped off the car on a Tuesday and the following Monday the car was done. Chris and Jason did a great job getting the car back to looking brand new again, especially since it is less than a year old. I was impressed with the turn around time, and the quality of the work. Color matching can sometimes be an issue, but I was pleasantly surprised at the workmanship. I can definitely recommend taking your car to Collision King for repair.

Then a THIRD time because there were bubbles again. He offered to come to my house to do it but only because I was going to take him to court for a refund. The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think. I refused to pay and left .... I would NEVER go back to him or his shop for anything ! My son had his Tesla Model Y completely wrapped in a beautiful green, teal, gold, transition ... it took 1.5 days , was $2700 , and done right the first time at another place of course ....

Reflecting back on my involuntary experience of being the receiving end of a rear-end collision on the freeway, California Collision was the clear stand out. Not only did they get my BMW back on the road like it never happened, they handled it like a concierge would. Take that from a regular business traveler that works in the private equity world. George and Team handled everything in my best interests. They are an honest to goodness family business; the real deal- they all share the same last name. The first thing George did during the drop-off process was insist on giving me a walk-thru tour of the *entire* shop and work area. Other shops hesitate and deflect with these requests but George volunteers it first thing without even being asked. After using the restroom on the way out, there was not a corner I didn't see. Communication and customer service is first class- my calls, messages, and emails were always returned in a timely manner. They dealt with insurance and the car rental. I didn't have to do anything besides provide approvals. The job was done exactly how I wanted and even exceeded expectations. My BMW is older now and I expected aftermarket parts but I ended up coming out with all OEM parts at 0 expense to me. Even my optional factory/ OEM+ M-division performance parts were handled. Color match and fit were factory perfect. George is a perfectionist and personally inspects your vehicle after work is done and only releases back to you after it passes his high expectations. I called wondering if I could have him come out to fix it (I thought labor was covered under warranty). He said it wasn't and started saying that he has never had issues in 10 years and he wouldn't come out because gas was too expensive. I am willing to pay someone (including him) to fix it, but opted not to go with him because he was speaking unkindly and accusing the other mechanic of being wrong. I am disappointed in the service and follow up. I would suggest going to a local shop instead of someone who travels.

My BMW X5 was accidentally struck by some iron clip buried in the ground at a private parking area resulting in disturbing the alignment of the front bumper towards the passenger side. I found this autobody shop open on the weekend. The owner demanded $200 to fix it and asked to deposit car on 05/02/2022. I left the car at the workshop for that entire day and when I returned in the evening, I noticed that the front right side sensor was showing error. The owner said that the sensor needs to be replaced and demanded $100 as advance deposit to order for the part and asked me to return when they receive the part. He simply used a basic car scanner and announced the diagnosis results. I trusted him and on 05/11/2022 the car was kept by him for almost half a day to replace the sensor. He demanded another $115 and thus, I paid $415 cash in total since he did all the transactions in cash only. Thereafter he claimed that all was fixed after using a small basic toy type so called scanner. But when I drove the car, the sensors failed to work. When I confronted him, he got offensive and boasted that he had fixed it and installed a new sensor and there might be some other issue involved which needed to be further diagnosed from someone else since he had no diagnostic scanner for the BMW. He refused to refund the extra $215 taken from me by misguiding me and even did not return the defective part. The guy behaved offensively and remained unprofessional and tried to intimidate me. Later on I had to spend another $460 at a professional auto-shop for the BMW diagnostics and replacement of the defective part bought from the BMW Sacramento branch. It was also revealed that the Pro Mobile Auto Body guy never put the new sensor and used the defective part fleecing me of all the extra money for undue profits. All the guys, BE ADVISED. read more

I'm not one to write reviews but my experience with Luis was so outstanding that I just have to! I took my 2014 GMC Sierra Pickup in to him Tuesday morning because the paint on the hood was fading and peeling. He took one look at it and told me that he could have it for me by the end of the week. His quote to me was significantly less than other locations that I talked to and I got a call Thursday morning of the same week and he told me it was done! He did a super good job of matching the paint. It looks so great, I couldn't be happier! I brought my car SUV here for auto body work and paint ! The owner claimed they do high quality jobs here and wanted almost $2000 for it ! Spoke very highly of his work ! So I let him work on my car ! After 2 weeks later when I came to get my car the job was not what he said it will be !! I was very disappointed and unsatisfied !! It came to a point where I almost got in fight with the owner go instead of apologizing for his mistakes on the job, he was arguing with me ! While my family and kids were in the car waiting!! They do MICKEY MOUCE JOBS!!!, they pay their employees minimum wage but they charge people more than double !!! The owner (Luise) of this place is a big-time thief in a very big croak!! LIER!!! Saw he painted autos, so when I located the upholstery company and when finished, I went back to Luis. My clear coat on my car was peeling off.
