They had my car from 12/4/2025 until May 15th 2026, 5 1/2 months. I needed the Hybrid EV battery replaced. They ordered 2 batteries that were not the correct part. The third battery ordered was the correct part. They put it in, I drove directly to Carmax to trade the vehicle in. Carmax informed me the battery did not work. I then took it to Hyundai who also confirmed the battery did not work. Also... If you have a problem with MPB Auto Daniel will not answer any questions and will not work with you to fix the problem. Where do I even begin? These Gentlemen were a God send! So prior to contacting MPB for emergency work needed on my vehicle, I previously attempted to work with another repair shop regarding some emergency work that needed due to what I thought, was major damage to my car. Thinking what was provided at my initial diagnosis and what I was quoted, scared, stressed and worried is putting how I was feeling about my predicament, lightly. So, strapped for what I thought was going to be close to 5 grand (Yes, that's what the other shop quoted me) and a LONG list of work that was advised "Needed" to ensure my vehicle ran properly, I became worried that I wouldn't be able to drive my car. So, I searched for somewhere who could work with me in what I actually needed and came across MPB Auto Repair. I called and spoke with Tony (I'm sorry if I misspelled it!) and gave him the rundown. Tony was able to quote me and advised I bring my car in for diagnostics. Tony quoted me and said we could find ways to work together without over charging me and get me back on the road. So, I brought my car in and was able to quickly get a better diagnosis than what I was initially provided - My alignment was off and just needed to be fixed - and man, when some of these people say they worked quick? They're Quick! No BS. Transparent. Straight to the point and affordable work? I went from being stressed and panicked to happy and so relieved. My partner can usually work on our car, but lacked the equipment and time for this particular service, which is important to note because any advice/next steps Igor gave was spot on and reliable. I stopped in this morning because the tire sensor in my car was on for all 4 tires & I was going to ask them if they knew the closest place with a pressure gauge (I'm from out of town). The manager & the guys in the shop were awesome. They offered to check all my tires, added some air, and had me on my way - no charge.
