I initially had an issue where my AC was checked and fixed (valves replaced and Freon refilled) without my prior consent. Unfortunately, the Freon leaked out again within a couple of hours. When I returned, Peter performed a thorough leak test and diagnosed a bad compressor. Because my car is older, I decided against the costly repair and asked for a refund for the initial valve work, as it didn't solve the actual leak. After a respectful back-and-forth, Peter agreed to a full refund. Even though he lost money on labor and Freon, he prioritized doing right by the customer. I truly appreciate his integrity and willingness to earn trust. I initially wrote a good review but I have tried contacting them a handful of times to help with my check engine light and I've already gotten two repairs here and there's been no response. I went to another shop and they said I should go back to the shop that initially fixed my oil separator (which was sunrise auto) and I texted them through a work phone, called, and messaged through yelp. Life is already expensive and mechanic shops prices are rising. He could've at least pointed me in a direction to help if he didn't want my business. Mechanics stay doing this. I've only came in twice and I was calling to schedule a time. They gave me a diagnoses but I have called and texted to get a response to see when I should come in .
