I've been the biggest fan and supporter of CV Collision. I haven't trusted anyone else. But today, I feel cheated. I took my car down for brake service, left the car there and was told they'd call with the cost for repair. They called and told me my service would cost $251. I agreed to proceed. Later in the afternoon, they called to say it was now $371! When I asked why / how it increased $120, I was told where they received the parts from Monument- their costs went up. That sounds like a "you problem" not a "me problem". Did not feel they cared or showed any sense of being sorry. I have choices of where to take my cars. I will find a mechanic I trust. read more

I only went here because AAA told me to. I will be taking my issues up with AAA as well. All I can say is if you need your car fixed don't go here. Called me to come get my car said it would be ready by 5:30. I waited til 4:30 and decided I'd take my rental back and be ready to get my car. As I'm on my way to get my car i get a call saying it's not gonna be ready. It will be ready the following day. Fine whatever it happens. Just wish they Could've let me know earlier so I didn't return my rental. The next day comes I get no calls about my car all day or the status. So I call in at 4:30 myself. I speak to a lady She said she's gonna check on the status comes back on the phone and says my car will be ready by 5:30. They are just washing it for me and doing a detail. I show up at 5:15 not only was my car not washed or detailed. They are still trying to fix it. No call no nothing just an outright lie. I was told by the lady upfront. Nothing but excuses after that, and she honestly could've cared less. At this point, I'm pretty upset because I was straight up. Lied to. I speak to Gerardo the owner. Of course he apologizes and gets my car finished and they do a express cleaning Because at this point, I'm upset and just want to leave this place. However, upon getting my car back Gerardo Let me know they broke one of the tail lights they were installing so then I would have to come back once they have the part in. I also noticed some dents and dings in my car that I didn't realize before I dropped it off. They tell me they were already there and apparently have some kind of pictures. Who knows when they took them I can't prove it so I just have to accept it. However, I see other posts that complain of the same thing at this place. They also tell I can't wash my car for 30days to let paint cure. This is because they don't have a facility to properly do the painting of cars. All I can say don't go here they're not trustworthy. I have to go back on my own time on a Saturday told they were open at 9 AM. People are already waiting outside because no one shows up until 9:05 AM. I get my light fixed and leave of course the owner is not there on a Saturday so I can't speak to him. I'm sure they will post some lie to dispute everything I've said, but trust me this place is no good. Don't go here!!! read more

I will bring it back. The video you took was it done with the customer present? The front desk person took notes. My car had paint that was dripped on the back of my car. I had front damage only. The dings and scratch repairs I asked to be billed for not my insurance. I just thought that would be okay rather than making a second appointment. If that is not okay.. tell your front desk lady not to say it is okay. Or if it is a problem call me. Seems to me your business was overwhelmed and tried to do a rushed job. My daughters car was unfortunately hit by her good friend so it put us in precarious situation wanting to get this accident repaired at very reasonable price. After several quotes from local shops, CVC was the lowest quote by far. Not only did they provide the lowest quote but was able to get us in quickly and out within 6 days. Workmanship was excellent and on top of that, my daughters driver side window and mirror stopped working when we got it back. Not knowing if issue was related to repair, I called and they said to bring in and would scope it out. But come to find out it wasn't related and the shop scoped it out and fixed the solution with no charge! That's customer service! MY NEW GO-TO SHOP! My brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport was hit in a parking lot and scratched my driver side door all the way to the back bumper. I was so clueless as to where to begin this repair/insurance process. I contacted a couple places for a consult. After a few moments of speaking with Natalie, I knew right away that I was going to take my vehicle to CV Collision Center. I arrived to CVCC and Natalie walked out with her notebook to take a look at my car. She explained what would need to be done in order to repair. She took a copy of my claim paperwork from GEICO and communicated with the adjuster directly. She even made sure my rental would be accommodating to my schedule! When I picked up my restored car, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! You couldn't even find remnants of the dents/scrapes/scuffs and it was cleaned inside and out! I looked over everything & noticed some dirt marks on my driver seat from the mechanics getting in and out of the car (understandable, my interior is cream color), I pointed it out and they had me bring it in the following day and they cleaned my whole interior. I was very happy with their service. I am due back w/in 30 days for a follow up and fresh wax at no extra cost. (don't know if that's standard, but I appreciate it nonetheless) ;) All and all Natalie was so attentive and didn't even get annoyed when I called her sometimes 4 times in a day! She was so sweet and knowledgeable, I trusted her consultation and I could tell she was experienced in this field. She created a personal rapport with me which I greatly appreciate. He's done bodywork, both minor and extensive on cars from Hyndai's to Honda's and Chevy trucks to Audi convertibles for me. I just got my Chevy Silverado back after an engine swap at 352k miles. Runs strong and sounds great. So happy with it I'll probably have them paint the hood and roof (where the clear coat has faded) in a couple months to make it look like new again. We had a black Audi convertible which we took in for a deep detail and the thing came out looking better than new. My daughter got rear ended and he repaired the car back to spec, matched paint and all the related repairs. Gerardo (owner) and his team did an amazing job on my car. One of the dealerships stripped paint off my front bumper during a service (i'll have a review for them soon) so I needed to get it repainted. I got there early one morning and Gerardo greeted me with a friendly smile. I showed him what I needed done and he told me it wasn't a problem at all. Granted I didn't have an appointment and it looked like his shop was full already. He gave me a very reasonable quote and told me it would be ready in four days. I know most body shops don't meet their timeline so I was going to hold them to it. While I was filling out the paperwork, I was waiting for my ride to pick me up outside of the shop. Gerardo stopped what he was doing (sanding a bumper) and told me he could give me a ride. That's pretty cool. What place drops what they're doing to take care of customers? I thanked him and told him I had one on the way already. That's bonus points! The next day I called him and asked him if he could fill in the front license plate holes. I told him I would gladly pay for it and to add the extra cost into the estimate. He told me no problem and not to worry about it. More points! Ok...so four days after I dropped off the car...sure enough, the call comes in. He told me the car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived, my car was super clean. They had put on a seat protector and a floor protector. The front bumper was immaculate. They used PPG paint, which is the best paint to use. The color match of the bumper was spot on. Perfect. I had a loose rear bumper and he had adjusted it for me without me even asking. Awesome! Gerardo told me he couldn't reuse the factory emblem so he had ordered a new one for me. He told me don't worry about the cost. He's racking up the points! He told me not to wax the bumper and let the paint cure for about 4 weeks or so then bring the car back and he'll wax the entire car. Are you kidding me? The service is incredible! I've gotta remind you guys...this wasn't an insurance payout, thousands of dollars kind of a job. It was a few hundred bucks. What kind of place offers this much for so little? I'm going to be bringing my other car to get some other work done. Seriously, the level of service they provided blew me away. My driver's side mirror was hit while my truck was parked. The other driver's insurance company wrote me a check to repair the damage; however, they used a cheap aftermarket mirror for the quote. Central Valley Collision took it upon themselves to contact the Chevy dealership and convinced them to price-match the quote for the cheap aftermarket mirror with a original GM mirror. I have been putting off fixing my door handle for months partly due to who can i get to help me on a Saturday. CVCC was so helpful and fast getting my problem fixed today I am impressed! The parking bad because there are about 4 businesses that use the same 20 spaces but it was a weekend so next time I will park on the street. They were willing to work on my truck even though they were busy. The front girl is so nice and the guy that worked on my car walked me through all of the work he was going to do and at a reasonable rate. The only con is there is no bathroom and a place to grab a snack is about a 20 minute walk. What was supposed to be an 20 min job on a busy Saturday was about an hour and half. Understandable, just be prepared. I will use them for my auto glass repair next weekend! read more
