I was so happy with the quality work that they did on my car. My husband hit a pole while he was backing out & my driver door ended up being jammed as well. Due to time constraints i just wanted them to be able to open my door. I got a quote and fixed that day since it would be a quick fix. They also managed to go above and beyond and got the paint from the pole off my car and fixed the dent. The tech who fixed it up also checked my brakes (they have been making a weird sound) and referred me to a reliable place as well. I also enjoyed Josh at the front desk being super kind and helpful! I bought a 2019 Ford Mustang Convertible in April. Absolutely beautiful car but had some minor damage due to a possible wreck, so I had Sal, Angie and Hansel help me out. They assessed what needed to be done and got to work, making my Pony even more beautiful than before. (I named my car Buddy). I knew that Buddy was in good hands as they fixed the loose back side panel, fixed a crack in the drivers side headlight area, made the front drivers side fender/grill area beautiful again, which was uneven due to a wreck ( also, someone had drilled holes in Buddy's bumper and put wood screws in it!! ). They also gave him some new Oxford white paint on his grill area, making it brand new. I had given them a call on a Friday morning, asked if they did headlight replacement (my car requires the entire front bumper to come off just to replace the lights), and they let me know I could come on in for them to check out. In a word...excellent. Our brand new car was delivered with swirl marks and scratches after we tried to get the dealer to clean off the caked-on dirt that covered it. It looked like they had it parked in a field and didn't know how to wash and polish it. Completely screwed up the paint. I scraped 1 of those cement curbs on parking lots & when I reversed I could tell by the sound that there would be some kind of damage. i took my car here to get fixed because my insurance made me go here and they are absolutely not pros. they took forever to fix my car and when I finally get a call that it was ready I noticed a lot of stuff was missing and a lot of things got broken , I immediately let them know and they just replied saying it was already like that . very frustrating. then I drove off and noticed that my automatic side mirrors won't work along with my window in the passenger side won't roll up or down.. all these things were working when I took it there and now they are not!!! they also stained my interior with oil or something the carpet also they are not careful at all! I give this place a 0 out of 10 don't recommend it at all!!!! read more
